Abstract

This research is based on the environmental conditions of traffic in several big cities in Indonesia which have an impact on traffic users, especially users of two-wheeled motorized vehicles or motorcycle taxis (ojek). Traffic congestion demands the need for a fast, safe and cheap means of transportation for the community. The Covid-19 pandemic condition that occurred in Indonesia also had an impact on many people needing work to support themselves and their families. This causes many ojek in big cities to be a rational choice for users of transportation on the highway. This situation can have an impact on vehicle passengers, especially on security, safety and health risks. To achieve this, educational institutions (universities) are the spearhead in providing risk assessments in risk management. Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Asuransi is a college that has a major in risk management science concentration. On this basis, researchers are interested in conducting research on the analysis of the risk measurement of security, safety and health of passengers on two-wheeled public vehicles on the highway. The type of research carried out is field research using quantitative methods and descriptive analysis approaches. So this type of research requires researchers to be directly involved in the objects and activities carried out. Research respondents are ojek passengers in the cities of Jakarta and Bekasi. Data collection techniques through interviews with questionnaires. There are three main outcomes that are targeted to be carried out in this research, namely, first, providing an analysis of security, safety and health risks for ojek passengers; second, providing recommendations on the need for risk mitigation for ojek passengers; third, introducing insurance as an effective and efficient risk mitigation tool related to risk management for ojek passengers. Keywords: risk management, online ojek, insurance, traffic accidents, risk mitigation ABSTRAK Penelitian ini didasari atas kondisi lingkungan lalu lintas di beberapa kota besar di Indonesia yang berdampak kepada para pemakai lalu lintas, khususnya pengguna alat transportasi kendaraan bermotor roda dua atau ojek. Kemacetan lalu lintas menuntut perlunya alat transportasi yang cepat, aman dan murah bagi masyarakat. Kondisi pandemi covid-19 yang terjadi di Indonesia juga berdampak kepada banyaknya orang membutuhkan pekerjaan untuk menghidupi diri dan keluarganya. Hal ini menyebabkan banyak pula ojek di kota besar yang menjadi pilihan rasional bagi pemakai angkutan di jalan raya. Situasi ini dapat berberdampak bagi penumpang kendaraan, khususnya terhadap risiko keamanan, keselamatan dan kesehatan. Untuk mewujudkan hal ini, maka institusi pendidikan (perguruan tinggi) menjadi ujung tombak dalam memberikan kajian risiko dalam manajemen risiko. Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Asuransi Trisakti adalah perguruan tinggi yang memiliki jurusan kosentrasi keilmuan manajemen risiko. Atas dasar ini, peneliti tertarik untuk membuat penelitian tentang analisis pengukuran risiko keamanan, keselamatan dan kesehatan penumpang kendaraan umum beroda dua di jalan raya. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan pendekatan deskriptif analisis. Sehigga jenis penelitian ini menuntut peneliti untuk terjun secara langsung dalam objek dan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan. Responden penelitian adalah penumpang kendaraan ojek di Kota Jakarta dan Kabupaten Bekasi. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dengan kuesioner. Terdapat tiga pokok luaran yang ditargetkan yang akan dilaksanakan pada penelitian ini, yaitu, pertama, memberikan kajian analisis risiko keamanan, keselamatan dan kesehatan bagi penumpang kendaraan ojek; kedua, memberikan rekomendasi perlunya mitigasi risiko terhadap penumpang kendaraan ojek; ketiga, memperkenalkan asuransi sebagai sarana mitigasi risiko yang efektif dan efisien terkait dengan manajemen risiko bagi penumpang kendaraan ojek.

Abstract

This research to understand the application of risk management to Bajaj’s business and operational, including to its business sustainability, with the object of this research is the Bajaj Pool Sunter-North Jakarta. The main source of risk exposure exploration are interviews through 3 (three) sources, namely the Owner, Manager, and Driver. The frequency(ies) and impact(s) as parameter to define and classified the risk category. There are 6 (six) risk with significant impact to disrupted the Bajaj business sustainability and 3 (three) risk with significant impact to disrupted the operational of Bajaj. The risk treatment currently by own retention or self-insured because not yet availability the insurance product against that risk.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine Generation Z’s level of resilience in facing challenges in the workplace. Generation Z is known to have unique characteristics as digital natives, but they are also susceptible to stress, anxiety, and burnout. Resilience is an important aspect in supporting their productivity and psychological well-being. This study used a quantitative approach with a descriptive survey method. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics such as mean, median, mode, and standard deviation. The results showed that the average resilience score was above 3.5 for all indicators, with the majority of respondents showing a fairly good level of resilience. The mode and median were consistent at a score of 4 (agree), and the low standard deviation indicated a stable distribution of answers. These findings indicated that although Generation Z had good resilience potential, there was still room for strengthening, especially in the aspects of stress management and tolerance to discomfort.

Abstract

The minimum capital requirement for insurance companies planned to be implemented in 2026 constitutes a key element of prudential regulatory reform aimed at strengthening solvency and ensuring the stability of the insurance industry. However, this policy may generate indirect yet significant implications for consumer protection mechanisms, particularly through the role of insurance brokers as independent intermediaries. This study aims to comprehensively analyze the impact of the 2026 minimum capital requirement on consumer protection as exercised through insurance brokers, while linking regulatory developments to brokers’ empirical performance conditions during the 2023–2025 period. The research employs a qualitative approach using a juridical-empirical and policy analysis framework, drawing on regulatory documents and high-quality international academic literature. The findings indicate that stricter capital requirements tend to accelerate market consolidation and narrow brokers’ operational space in product comparison, policy negotiation, and consumer assistance. Such structural pressures may weaken brokers’ substantive independence and diminish their effectiveness as consumer protection instruments. The study concludes that consumer protection in the insurance sector cannot rely solely on insurers’ financial strength but must also be supported by a regulatory framework that preserves and strengthens the role of insurance brokers through proportional and risk-based regulatory approaches.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) dilihat sebagai usaha yang paling bisa betahan dalam segala kondisi perekonomian nasional. Strategi Pemasaran Digital dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk rumahan masyarakat desa khususnya Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Sosial media sangat berperan dalam memberikan informasi dan publikasi untuk penjualan barang dan jasa bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Kegiatan pengabdian beryujuan untuk mengedukasi dan memberikan pemahaman tentang pemasaran digital melalui sosial media kepada masyarakat desa sukaratu, kecamatan banyuresmi, kabupaten garut dan pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Metode pengabdian dilakukan melalui penyuluhan dan literasi sehingga menarik peserta mengikuti kegiatan secara antusias sampai selesai. Hasil kegiatan menunjukan masyarakat desa sukaratu secara umum dan pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di desa sukaratu memiliki pengetahuan tambahan tentang Strategi Pemasaran Digital Melalui Sosial Media, memilih saluran pemasaran digital secara baik dan tepat sasaran serta keterampilan mengoperasionalkan sosial media sebagai sarana memasarkan produk secara online/digital.
