Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job stress, job satisfaction, and work environment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at PT IEI. The type of research applied is explanatory research, with a quantitative approach. The research population consists of 70 employees who work in the E2 production department of PT IEI. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with saturated sampling method. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires. Data analysis was performed using SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) version 3.2.9. The results of the analysis show that the effect of job stress on OCB has an original sample value of 0.132, with a T-Statistics value of 2.203 and P-Values of 0.028, which shows results greater than α (0.028 < 0.05). The effect of job satisfaction on OCB resulted in an original sample value of 0.221, T-Statistics 2.101, and P-Values 0.036, which is also greater than α (0.036 < 0.05). Meanwhile, the effect of work environment on OCB shows the original sample value of 0.572, T-Statistics 6.268, and P-Values 0.000, which is smaller than α (0.000 < 0.05). From the results of hypothesis testing conducted through path coefficient analysis, it can be concluded that: 1) job stress has a significant positive effect on OCB at PT IEI; 2) job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on OCB at PT IEI; 3) work environment has a significant positive effect on OCB at PT IEI.

Abstract

.This study investigates the influence of green marketing and sustainable product attributes on customer purchasing intention within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, using brand image and trust as mediating variables. With heightened environmental awareness, consumers increasingly favor eco-friendly brands and products, yet their actual purchasing behavior may be affected by factors such as brand image and skepticism about green claims. The study's findings confirm that green marketing positively impacts brand image, which subsequently enhances purchasing intention, while sustainable product attributes significantly influence customer intentions directly. Utilizing survey data from 300 respondents and analyzing results through Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), the study provides insights for FMCG companies aiming to leverage sustainability as a competitive advantage. The implications suggest that transparent green marketing and authentic sustainable practices are critical in building trust and loyalty among eco-conscious consumers

Abstract

This study investigates how Gen Z investors in the Jabodetabek region make investment decisions based on their perceptions of risk and financial literacy. A survey design was used to gather information from 150 Gen Z investors. To evaluate the proposed correlations, The study used partial least squares structural equation modeling, or PLS-SEM. The findings show that while risk perception has a negative impact on investing decisions, financial literacy has a favorable impact. The study also reveals that the association between risk perception and Financial literacy moderates investment decision-making. These results imply that even when young investors confront significant perceived risks, improving their financial literacy can help them make better investing decisions. The report provides insightful information for lawmakers and financial institutions looking to promote ethical investing practices in young adults.

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) play an important role in the company, with employee performance influenced by fair compensation and a supportive work environment. A mismatch in these two aspects can trigger turnover intention. Compensation, motivation and job satisfaction are interrelated in improving performance, while good HR policies can reduce turnover and retain quality employees. This research aims to analyze the influence of Compensation, Motivation and Job Satisfaction on employee turnover intention at PT. XY Plant Cibitung. Data was collected through a questionnaire with quantitative methods and a sample of 40 people. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to test the hypothesis. The research results show that compensation (sig 0.004), motivation (sig 0.038), and job satisfaction (sig 0.001) have a significant effect on employee turnover intention. To reduce turnover intention, companies are advised to increase compensation, provide good motivation, and manage employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

Dalam era perkembangan teknologi dan transformasi sosial yang pesat, generasi Z menjadi salah satu kelompok pekerja yang paling menonjol di berbagai sektor industri. Kajian mendalam ini diarahkan guna menelaah dampak work-life balance, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan generasi Z di Kabupaten Bekasi. Kajian ilmiah ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan teknik sampel jenuh, di mana seluruh populasi yang memenuhi kriteria dijadikan sampel penelitian, berjumlah 90 orang. Penentuan ukuran sampel dilakukan menggunakan rumus Hair et al., 2010 yaitu N=5×jumlah indikator, dengan jumlah indikator sebanyak 18, sehingga diperoleh N=5×18=90 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner tertutup menggunakan skala Likert 1-5. Temuan penelitian menggarisbawahi signifikansi faktor-faktor di sekitar area kerja dalam mendorong kapasitas dan kualitas kinerja para profesional, sedangkan work-life balance dan motivasi kerja meskipun mempunyai hubungan positif, tidak memberikan dampak signifikan secara statistik. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi bagi literatur manajemen sumber daya manusia serta menawarkan rekomendasi praktis untuk meningkatkan kinerja generasi Z melalui pengelolaan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dan kebijakan yang mendukung keseimbangan kerja-pribadi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuiadanya pengaruh antara Komitmen Organisasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan.“dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini menjadikan penelitian sebelumnya sebagai salah satu sumber literatur serta referensi. Namun penelitian ini memiliki perbedaan dengan penelitian sebelumnya yang pada umumnya terletak pada populasi atau sampel, variabel, tempat serta metode pengolahan data yang digunakan. Data penelitian diperoleh dari kuesioner yang disebarkan secara langsung kepada Karyawan PT Indomarco Prismatama Bekasi. Variabel bebas meliputi Komitmen Organisasi (X1), Gaya Kepemimpinan (X2) dan Budaya Organisasi (X3). Untuk variabel terikat adalah Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan program SPSS versi 20.0 yang meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji korelasi, uji linearitas (uji asumsi klasik), uji regresi linier berganda, uji T, uji F dan uji koefisien determinasi (R­2). Pengambilan sampel menggunakan kuesioner dengan responden sebanyak 115 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Komitmen Organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dilihat dari nilai Thitung -1.085 < Ttable 1.981, Gaya Kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dilihat dari nilai Thitung -1.632 < Ttable 1.981, dan Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dilihat dari nilai Thitung 9.228 > Ttable 1.981. Secara simultan menunjukan adanya pengaruh signifikan antara Komitmen Organisasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan, dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dilihat dari Fhitung 36.170 > Ftabel 2,69 dan besarnya pengaruh adalah 56.7%.” Kata Kunci: Komitmen Organisasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan pengendalian kualitas saat ini, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penyebab defect SM-A127, dan bagaimana usulan perbaikan untuk mengurangi defect. Seventools digunakan untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut antara lain: check sheet yang diperoleh dari data laporan produksi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan histogram, pareto diagram dan fishbone diagram. Hasil analisis dari pareto diagram menunjukkan bahwa defect yang tertinggi pada produksi SM-A127 yaitu scratch. Dari hasil analisis menggunakan fishbone diagram dapat diketahui faktor-faktor penyebab defect pada model SM-A127 dengan mempertibangkan beberapa faktor, antara lain: faktor manusia, mesin, metode, material dan lingkungan, akar masalah yang ditemukan berdasarkan analisis menggunakan fishbone diagram ini digunakan sebagai usulan perbaikan untuk mengurangi defect

Abstract

Employee performance is a key factor that determines the success of a company. Epson is known as a leading company in the field of technology and innovation. It is known that employee performance at PT Epson Industry is still relatively low due to several factors. An in-depth understanding of the factors that influence employee performance is very important. Work motivation, work-life balance, and workload are some of the factors that have a significant role in determining the productivity and effectiveness of the organization as a whole. This study aims to determine work motivation, work life balance and workload affect employee performance at PT Epson. This research is a type of quantitative research with causal associative research design. The sample of this study amounted to 222 respondents selected through stratified random sampling technique. The data were analyzed by Outer Model and Inner Mode). The results showed that work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance with a path coefficient of 0.45 (p-value = 0.000), work-life balance was also found to have a significant positive effect on employee performance with a path coefficient of 0.35 (p-value = 0.000) and workload has a significant negative relationship with employee performance with a path coefficient of -0.20 (p-value = 0.005). So it can be concluded that rewards, recognition, job satisfaction and work-life balance and workload affect the productivity and quality of employee results.

Abstract

Ahead of Ramadan, the phenomenon of rising staple food prices in the market has become a recurring pattern and almost always happens every year. This condition affects people's purchasing power. The purpose of this study is to find out why the price of basic necessities in the market ahead of Ramadan always experiences an increase in market prices. As we know, the increase ahead of Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr is not a new song, but has become a habit. Based on this problem, the purpose of this study is to identify the factors that cause the increase in the price of basic necessities in the Bekasi Main Market. This study uses a qualitative method, with data sources from reference journals and direct interviews with business actors in the market. Some of the factors causing price increases include high demand that is not balanced with the availability of goods, raw material factors, production processes, distribution, and government policies.

Abstract

This research aims to provide empirical evidence about the influence of work discipline as a mediator of ethical leadership and the digital work environment on employee performance. The sample in this study were employees at PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional RU IV, with a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The number of respondents in this research was 158. This research is quantitative research using primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to respondents. Proposing hypotheses in this research using the AMOS 24 software analysis tool. This research provides results that ethical leadership has a negative effect on employee performance, digital work environment has a positive effect on employee performance, ethical leadership has a positive effect on work discipline, digital work environment has a positive effect on work discipline, work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance, work discipline can mediate ethical leadership on employee performance, and work discipline can mediate the digital work environment on employee performance.
