Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the management of a special curriculum in an educational institution in strengthening students' character. Programmed management will be able to optimize educational institutions in achieving learning goals to produce students with positive character. The location of the study was at SD Juara, East Jakarta. The special curriculum that was implemented was named "Kurikulum Langit". The method used in this study was descriptive qualitative. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations and documentation studies. From the results of the study, it was found that the management of the "Kurikulum Langit" consists of the planning, organizing, implementing and supervising processes. Curriculum planning goes through the stages of compiling objectives, internalization plans for the work culture of educators and education personnel, developing a special curriculum and designing learning programs. The organization is carried out by the principal by forming a curriculum development team, program coordinator, making a decree and distributing tasks involving homeroom teachers and teachers. The implementation process at the school, class and home levels is through the process of exemplary behavior, instilling values, habituation and enforcing rules. The implementation involves parents such as in the maghrib pengajian program, mabit keluarga, lukman berilmu and parenting school. While the supervision process is carried out by conducting periodic supervision and evaluation of the “Sky Curriculum” that has been implemented and evaluating the obstacles experienced in implementing the curriculum. The positive impact of the curriculum is seen in the character of students who reflect the values ​​of the 7 Champion Habits of the “Sky Curriculum”.

Abstract

Character education is fundamental in facing modern challenges. The characters of mujāhadah (sincerity) and istiqōmah (consistency) are the keys to developing a resilient personality. However, initial observations indicate a lack of discipline among some students in the tahfidz program, such as lateness, lack of seriousness in participating in Al-Qur'an memorization activities, and the use of impolite language. This study aims to describe the character development process, analyze the implementation, identify the formed characters, and analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors for the development of mujāhadah and istiqōmah in the Al-Qur'an memorization program at SD Plus Nurul Aulia, Cimahi City. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with triangulation data collection techniques (interviews, observation, and documentation) and informant selection using purposive sampling. The results show that SD Plus Nurul Aulia implements the tahfidz program with a unique and comprehensive approach, supported by strategic planning, detailed routine implementation, and comprehensive evaluation. This program has succeeded in creating significant improvements in student discipline, responsibility, and religiosity. With the support of a conducive environment and the active role of parents, despite facing external obstacles, they can be proactively overcome.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to know the Islamic message conveyed in Rizky Riplay's YouTube animation content, Rizky Riplay's role as a communicator in delivering da'wah through animated media on YouTube. The response of subscribers to the content of Rizky Riplay's YouTube animation account, and the pattern of da'wah communication in the animated content of Rizky Riplay's YouTube account. This research uses descriptive qualitative. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and content analysis. By using Lievrouw & Livingstone's New Media theory. The results showed that the Islamic message conveyed includes the values of faith, sharia, and morals which are packaged through everyday stories to be easily understood by all groups. Rizky Riplay plays a creative role with a relaxed storytelling style, utilizing conflict and humor so as not to seem patronizing, and actively responding to audience input. The response of subscribers is generally positive, shown by support, suggestions, criticism, and active discussion. The communication pattern techniques used include one way patterns by taking viral phenomena to be used as da'wah animations, two way patterns by responding to comments, and multi directional patterns through discussions between subscribers in the comments column. These results prove that Rizky Riplay's account utilizes new media by using animations on YouTube that are packaged in a relaxed and creative manner that is able to attract young audiences and facilitate the delivery of relevant islamic messages. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pesan keislaman yang disampaikan dalam konten animasi YouTube Rizky Riplay, Peran Rizky Riplay sebagai komunikator dalam menyampaikan dakwah melalui media animasi di YouTube. Respon subscriber konten akun animasi YouTube Rizky Riplay, dan pola komunikasi dakwah dalam konten animasi YouTube Akun Rizky Riplay. Penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis konten (content analysis). Dengan menggunakan teori New Media Lievrouw & Livingstone. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pesan keislaman yang disampaikan mencakup nilai akidah, syariah, dan akhlak yang dikemas melalui cerita sehari-hari agar mudah dipahami semua kalangan. Rizky Riplay berperan kreatif dengan gaya bercerita santai, memanfaatkan konflik dan humor agar tidak terkesan menggurui, serta aktif merespons masukan penonton. Respon subscriber umumnya positif, ditunjukkan dengan dukungan, saran, kritik, dan diskusi aktif. Teknik pola komunikasi yang digunakan meliputi pola satu arah dengan mengambil fenomena viral untuk dijadikan animasi dakwah, pola dua arah dengan menanggapi komentar, serta pola multi arah melalui diskusi antar subscriber di kolom komentar. Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa akun Rizky Riplay memanfaatkan media baru dengan menggunakan animasi dalam YouTube yang dikemas secara santai dan kreatif mampu menarik minat audiens muda yang telah mempermudah penyampaian pesan keislaman yang relevan.

Abstract

Abstract. The development of dakwah in the digital era requires a communication approach that not only conveys religious messages but also emphasizes ethical and appropriate delivery. This study aims to examine how Ustadz Felix Siauw applies the principles of qaulan in the Escape program on Raymond Chin’s YouTube channel. The research uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collected through video documentation, literature review, and analysis of viewer comments. The object of this study includes three episodes with varying view counts. Data were analyzed using the SMCR communication model to examine the relationship between the message source, message content, media channel, and audience. The results show that qaulan sadida is the most frequently used principle by Ustadz Felix, while qaulan baligha is the most recognized and appreciated by viewers. His polite, clear, and emotionally resonant communication style has proven effective and well-received, especially by younger audiences. This study concludes that the principles of qaulan in the Qur’an can be practically applied in digital dakwah and may serve as a model for other Islamic preachers on social media platforms. Abstrak. Perkembangan dakwah di era digital membutuhkan cara komunikasi yang tidak hanya menyampaikan pesan agama, tetapi juga memperhatikan etika dan cara penyampaian yang sesuai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Ustadz Felix Siauw menerapkan prinsip-prinsip qaulan dalam program Escape di kanal YouTube Raymond Chin. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui dokumentasi tayangan video, studi pustaka, dan analisis komentar warganet. Objek penelitian meliputi tiga episode dengan jumlah penayangan yang berbeda. Data dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan model komunikasi SMCR untuk melihat hubungan antara penyampai pesan, isi pesan, media, dan audiens. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa qaulan sadida paling sering digunakan oleh Ustadz Felix, sedangkan qaulan baligha paling banyak dikenali dan diapresiasi oleh audiens. Gaya komunikasi yang santun, jelas, dan menyentuh menjadi kekuatan dakwah yang diterima dengan baik oleh generasi muda. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa prinsip qaulan dalam Al-Qur’an dapat diterapkan secara nyata dalam dakwah digital dan dapat menjadi contoh bagi para pendakwah lain di media sosial.
