Abstract

Abstract. The Instagram account @rayiputra26 is often associated by many people as a fashion influencer account and how to dress luxuriously which is often uploaded, but in reality the photo uploads that are often uploaded by @rayiputra26 in highlighting the style of dress are the result of thrifting, the research method used in research This is with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 100 respondents, namely Instagram Followers @rayiputra26. Data collection techniques are by distributing questionnaires and observation. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test and hypothesis testing. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze whether there is an influence of Fashion Influencer Thrift on the Instagram account @rayiputra26 on the fashion style of Instagram followers @rayiputra26. The results of the research on the influence of Thrift Fashion Influencers have a significant and significant influence on the Instagram account @rayiputra26 on the fashion style of Instagram followers @rayiputra26. Abstrak. Akun Instagram @rayiputra26 sering dikaitkan oleh banyak orang sebagai akun fashion influencer dan cara berpakaian mewah yang sering di unggah, akan tetapi dalam kenyataanya unggahan foto yang sering diunggah oleh @rayiputra26 dalam menonjolkan gaya berpaikan itu adalah hasil dari thrifting, Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden yaitu Followers Instagram @rayiputra26. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner dan observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliablititas dan uji hipotesis. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Apakah terdapat pengaruh Fashion Influencer Thrift Pada Akun Instagram @rayiputra26 terhadap Gaya Busana Followers Instagram @rayiputra26. Hasil penelitian mengenai pengaruh Fashion Influencer Thrift memperoleh pengaruh dan signifikan Pada Akun Instagram @rayiputra26 terhadap Gaya Busana Followers Instagram @rayiputra26.

Abstract

Abstract. Phenomenon of online shopping has resulted in changes in consumer behavior where consumers rely on reviews in making purchasing decisions. This study aims to determine the effect of electronic word of mouth on the female daily website on followers' decisions to buy cosmetic products. There are 40 respondents which are members of the Beauty Adds-ons group using a simple linear regression analysis technique. Based on the results of the research that has been done, simultaneously Electronic Word Of Mouth influences purchasing decisions. Where is the Electronic Word Of Mouth indicator that has the greatest influence on purchasing decisions, namely content because clear and detailed information will arouse consumer buying interest so that consumers decide to buy a cosmetic product, while the Electronic Word Of Mouth indicator has the least effect, namely intensity because members access the Beauty Adds-ons group according to the need to obtain information Abstrak. Maraknya fenomena berbelanja online mengakibatkan perubahan perilaku konsumen dimana konsumen mengandalkan ulasan dalam mengambil keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari electronic word of mouth pada website female daily terhadap keputusan followers membeli produk kosmetik. Terdapat 40 responden yang mana termasuk kedalam anggota group Beauty Adds-ons menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, secara simultan Electronic Word Of Mouth berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Dimana indikator Electronic Word Of Mouth yang berpengaruh paling besar terhadap keputusan pembelian yaitu konten dikarenakan informasi yang jelas dan detail akan membangkitkan minat beli konsumen sehingga memutuskan konsumen membeli sebuah produk kosmetik, sedangkan indikator Electronic Word Of Mouth yang berpengaruh paling kecil yaitu intensitas karena para anggota mengakses grup Beauty Adds-ons sesuai dengan kebutuhan mendapatkan informasi

Abstract

Abstract. Online media at this time is one of the sources of information that is the choice of the general public. Not long ago, at the beginning of 2022, news about the discourse on the addition of President Joko Widodo's term to 3 periods surfaced. Many pros and cons occur in the wider community, related to the discourse on the addition of President Joko Widodo's term of office, to 3 periods. For this reason, the media is here to provide the latest news or the truth about the discourse on adding this period. Therefore, in this case, researchers want to know how the media, especially online media, framing the news or information they create and then disseminate for public consumption. This research uses a qualitative approach using the pan and kosicki model framing analysis method. The subjects in this study are 2 online media, namely cnnindonesia.com and tempo.co, which discuss the discourse of President Joko Widodo's 3 periods. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation and documentation, and the data analysis technique used is the Pan and Kosicki model framing analysis method. The results showed that the framing carried out by online media cnnindonesia.com and tempo.co on the news of the discourse on the addition of President Joko Widodo's period to 3 periods was objective and fair enough without any partiality of one particular party, for a media. Abstrak. Media online pada masa ini adalah salah satu sumber informasi yang menjadi pilihan khayalak umum. Belum lama ini, pada awal awal tahun 2022 berita perihal wacana penambahan periode Presiden Joko Widodo menjadi 3 periode mencuat. Banyak pro dan kontra yang terjadi pada masyarakat luas, terkait wacana penambahan masa jabatan Presiden Joko Widodo, menjadi 3 periode. Untuk itu media disini hadir untuk memberikan kabar terkini atau kebenaran perihal wacana penambahan periode ini. Karena itu dalam hal ini peneliti ingin tahu bagaimana media khususnya media online, mem-framing berita atau informasi yang mereka buat lalu di sebarluaskan untuk konsumsi publik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode analisis framing model pan dan kosicki. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 2 media online yaitu cnnindonesia.com dan tempo.co, yang membahas wacana 3 periode Presdien Joko Widodo. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah observasi dan dokumentasi, serta teknik analisis data yang dilakukan adalah motode analisis framing model Pan dan Kosicki. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa framing yang dilakukan media online cnnindonesia.com dan tempo.co terhadap berita wacana penambahan periode Presiden Joko Widodo menjadi 3 periode sudah objektif dan cukup adil tanpa adanya keberpihakan satu pihak terentu, bagi sebuah media.

Abstract

Abstract. TikTok is one of social media platforms which allows its users to post and share audio-visual formatted messages like short videos that are able to carry messages in the form of words or clauses, presented by communicators, who deliver them with such specific intonations and gestures, that are very strongly capable in directing audiences’ perception and strengthening their influences toward the audiences. One of the TikTok accounts, @Vmuliana, which regularly upload audio-visual contents containing education messages such as tips and general information concerning with career and job, particularly the ones related with job interview tips, which are one of important knowledge that job seekers need to comprehend in order to successfully obtain the job they want. The study is aimed to examine how video contents related with job interview tips are contained in videos postings on the TikTok account @Vmuliana. The paper is expected to be able to provide answers on questions about efforts taken by the TikTok @Vmuliana accounts owner in communicating her contents messages to be so that they are appreciated by their users. The Author uses content analysis method with descriptive qualitative approach in the study, where education video messages related with job and career matters, particularly the onses related with job interview tips uploaded on the TikTok account @Vmuliana are analized based on found theme and category. The theory that is used in the research is Content Theory, the Author will start the analysis with selecting the sample and finally interpreting those video messages. Abstrak. TikTok merupakan salah satu platform media sosial dimana penggunanya dapat mengunggah dan membagikan pesan-pesan dengan format audio-visual berupa video singkat yang mampu membawa pesan berupa kata-kata/kalimat yang disampaikan oleh komunikator, yang menyampaikannya dengan intonasi suara maupun gesture tertentu sehingga sangat kuat dalam mengarahkan persepsi para penerima pesan serta memperkuat pengaruh komunikasi pada para penerima pesan tersebut. Salah satu akun TikTok, yaitu @Vmuliana, yang sering mengunggah konten-konten audio-visual yang berisi pesan-pesan edukasi berupa tips-tips maupun informasi umum terkait karir dan pekerjaan, khususnya tips wawancara kerja yang merupakan salah satu hal yang penting untuk dipahami bagi para pencari kerja agar sukses dalam memperoleh pekerjaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana isi konten video edukasi terkait tips wawancara kerja dikemas pada unggahan-unggahan video pada akun TikTok @Vmuliana tersebut. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan jawaban tentang upaya apa saja yang digunakan olah pemilik akun TikTok @Vmuliana dalam mengkomunikasikan isi konten unggahannya sehingga menjadi pesan yang disukai oleh para penggunanya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis Isi dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, dimana peneliti akan melakukan analisis terhadap isi unggahan video pesan-pesan edukasi terkait karir dan pekerjaan pada akun TikTok @Vmuliana khususnya terkait tips wawancara kerja. Teori yang digunakan adalah Teori Konten, peneliti akan memulainya dengan memilih sampel dan menginterpretasikan isi dari pesan-pesan video di akun tersebut.

Abstract

Abstract. West Java Province as a Government Agency that has a high level of expertise or competency in implementing the merit system. The implementation of Merit System-Based ASN Management in the West Java Provincial Government is still not implemented evenly. The Center of Excellence, which is a center of excellence, is an embodiment of West Java Province to provide support, innovation and knowledge for the government or other agencies in implementing Merit System-Based ASN Management throughout Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach to find out more about the West Java Provincial Government BKD's public relations strategy in publicizing the Center of Excellence (CoE) program. Data obtained was taken using in-depth interview techniques, observation and documentation. Until finally it was discovered that the Public Relations of the West Java Provincial Government's BKD showed that activities in publicizing the Center of Excellence program included several stages starting from planning, view reference, content placement, and communication actions. Then there are problems that become obstacles, namely, time management, project timelines, inconsistent, and no evaluation and feedback. It ends with the results of using website media as a publication medium for reasons of minimal time and repeated questions, informative and educational website media, and the final goal of the Center of Excellence program, namely the signing of an MOU for cooperation between districts/cities and the West Java Provincial Government BKD. Abstrak. Provinsi Jawa Barat sebagai Instansi Pemerintah yang memiliki tingkat keahlian atau kompetensi yang tinggi dalam penerapan sistem merit. Penerapan Manajemen ASN Berbasis Sistem Merit pada Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Barat masih belum terlaksana secara merata. Center Of Excellence yang merupakan pusat keunggulan menjadi sebuah perwujudan dari Provinsi Jawa Barat untuk memberikan dukungan, inovasi, dan pengetahuan, bagi pemerintah atau instansi lain dalam penerapan Manajemen ASN Berbasis Sistem Merit di seluruh Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus untuk mengetahui lebih dalam strategi humas BKD Pemprov Jabar dalam mempublikasikan program Center Of Excellence (CoE). Perolehan data diambil dengan teknik wawancara yang mendalam, observasi, serta dokumentasi. Hingga akhirnya ditemukan bahwa Publikasi Humas BKD Pemprov Jabar menunjukan kegiatan dalam mempublikasikan program Center Of Excellence meliputi beberapa tahapan mulai dari planning, view reference, penempatan konten, dan Tindakan komunikasi. Kemudian adanya permasalahan yang menjadi hambatannya yaitu, time manajemen, timeline project, tidak konsisten, dan tidak evaluasi dan feedback. Diakhiri dengan hasil dari penggunaan media website sebagai media publikasi dengan alasan minim waktu dan pertanyaan yang berulang, media website yang informatif dan edukatif, serta tujuan akhir dari program Center Of Excellence ini yaitu penandatanganan MOU kerja sama antara kab/kota dengan BKD Pemprov Jabar.

Abstract

Abstract. Mentoring is a group-based activity used in business to update existing concepts. BRIncubator, Rumah BUMN Bandung program, which is designed to support the development of knowledge of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in business management, marketing strategy and product innovation, with a focus on acceleration and incubation classes. In the process the mentor provides material with intent to the mentee with a predetermined activity schedule. This research aims to determine the mentor's interpersonal communication activities in the BRIncubator Training Program, identify obstacles in mentoring activities, and understand the reasons underlying Rumah BUMN Bandung's decision to use mentoring in the program. In this research, the author used qualitative research methods, which provide greater flexibility in interacting with participants. In this study, researchers found that the effectiveness of interpersonal communication that mentors carry out is influenced by timing or time management. The mentor's good time management helps to maintain an effective communication flow during the mentoring process, so that the mentee can receive and understand the information in the form of material presented better. Abstrak. Mentoring adalah kegiatan berbasis kelompok yang digunakan dalam bisnis di gunakan untuk memperbarui konsep yang sudah ada. BRIncubator, program Rumah BUMN Bandung, yang dirancang untuk menunjang perkembangan pengetahuan para pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) dalam manajemen bisnis, strategi pemasaran, dan inovasi produk, dengan fokus pada kelas akselerasi dan inkubasi.. Yang dalam prosesnya mentor memberikan materi secara intents kepada mentee dengan jadwal kegiatan yang sudah ditentukan, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas komunikasi interpersonal mentor pada Program Pelatihan BRIncubator, mengidentifikasi kendala dalam kegiatan mentoring, dan memahami alasan yang mendasari keputusan Rumah BUMN Bandung menggunakan mentoring dalam program tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, yang memberikan fleksibilitas lebih besar dalam berinteraksi dengan partisipan. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menemukan bahwa efektivitas komunikasi antarpribadi yang mentor lakukan dipengaruhi oleh Timing atau manajemen waktu. Manajemen waktu yang mentor lakukan dengan baik membantu untuk menjaga alur komunikasi yang efektif selama proses mentoring berlangsung, sehingga mentee dapat menerima dan memahami informasi berupa materi yang disampaikan dengan lebih baik.

Abstract

Pikiran Rakyat Media Networks (PRMN) engaged in the digital media business, develops its business by creating a media ecosystem through multiple portals. The PRMN sub-domain news portal is managed and filled with content by content creators as PRMN partners. The phenomenon of content creators on news portals creates opportunities for strategies in tourism recovery. This research was conducted with the aim of looking at strategies for utilizing content creators as a form of journalism to advocate for tourism recovery in Indonesia. This study aims to get an overview of tourism journalism patterns carried out by content creators which can be a strategy for recovery and increasing the attractiveness of tourist destinations. This study uses a constructivist approach by finding qualitative data to be analyzed and categorized so that it becomes a pattern of tourism communication through journalism in digital media. The results of the study show that the strategy to restore the tourism sector after the Covid-19 pandemic requires the role of mass media and social media. The collaboration business strategy carried out by PRMN with the google algorithm supports the creation of positive tourism content in marketing tourist destinations according to tourist targets.

Abstract

Abstrak. Google Scholar banyak menyediakan jurnal-jurnal penelitian atau karya-karya ilmiah, artikel, dan tesis. Kegiatan  mahasiswa dalam mengakses Google Scholar ini akan menambah wawasan ilmu pengetahuan apabila digunakan pada saat jam pelajaran sedang berlangsung ataupun sedang belajar dirumah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan Deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan paradigma konstruktivis. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan teknik snowball sampling karena memperhatikan pertimbangan tertentu yang kemungkinan akan dihadapai pada saat penelitian. Teknik yang relevan terhadap pengumpulan data terdiri dari Observasi, interfiew, dan dokumentasi. Teknik observasi adalah teknik pengamatan dan pencatatan secara sistemik terhadap gejala yang tampak pada objek penelitian. Dalam pengujian kredibilitas data dibedakan menjadi tiga macam triangulasi sebagai teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data yang memanfaatkan penggunaan sumber, teknik, dan waktu. Hasil penelitian 5 dari 7 informan yang berhasil diwawancarai mengatakan, manfaat dari penggunaan Google Scholar sangat besar, untuk menambahkan referensi. Pemanfaatan Google Scholar terdapat beberapa hambatan yang dialami oleh mahasiswa dalam mencari informasi edukatif. Abstract. Google Scholar provides many research journals or scientific works, articles, and theses. This can make it easier for students to find sources of learning, and student activities such as accessing Google Scholar will increase scientific knowledge if used during class hours or while studying at home. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a qualitative descriptive approach. In this study, the researcher uses a constructivist paradigm. In this study, the researcher used the snowball sampling technique because it considers certain considerations that are likely to be faced during the study. Relevant techniques for data collection consist of Observation, Interpreting, and Documentation. The observation technique is a technique of observing and recording systematically the symptoms that appear in the object of study. Testing the credibility of the data is divided into three types of triangulation as a technique for checking the validity of data that utilizes the use of sources, techniques, and time. The results of the study 5 out of 7 informants who were successfully interviewed said, the benefits of using Google Scholar are very large, to add references. With the use of Google Scholar, there are several obstacles experienced by students in finding educational information.

Abstract

An aging population is a global demographic trend that creates social problems. Whether they live with family members or apart from them, elderly individuals often experience potential conflict in intergenerational communication. This research aims to find out the family communication patterns of the elderly in their communication with children, in-laws, and grandchildren. The Revised Family Communication Pattern Instrument (Parent Version) or RFCP-PV was used to measure family communication patterns that link conversation orientation and conformity orientation. This study used quantitative descriptive methods on 94 elderly people in Bandung City. This elderly group consists of Seroja Cinambo Elderly, Bahagia Antapani Elderly, Sibulan Sukajadi Elderly, and Sicetar Ujung Berung Elderly. The elderly who were used as respondents were elderly people who were under the auspices of Indonesia Friendly Elderly (IRL), West Java. The elderly were asked to complete a questionnaire regarding family communication patterns and provide an overview of variations in their communication with their families. The results indicate diverse patterns in how elderly individuals communicate with their children, in-laws, and grandchildren, particularly regarding their orientation toward conversation and conformity.
