Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether incentives affect employee motivation at PT Saerah Surya Perkasa Surabaya, to determine how much influence incentives have on employee motivation at PT Saerah Surya Perkasa Surabaya. In this thesis research, the sample used is simple ramdom sampling, namely random sampling without regard to level and the population in this study amounted to 100 people. This study uses primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques using observation and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is quantitative. The results of this study are, Data is analyzed by validity test, reliability test and simple regression test (t test) using SPSS 20 for windows application. The results showed that incentives had an influence on employee work motivation and the magnitude of the influence of incentives on employee work motivation at the regent's office of Southwest Aceh Regency was 10.0%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at Waringin Group Surabaya. This research used a sample of 65 who were permanent employees and employees who had worked for at least one year at Waringin Group Surabaya. Data was collected through literature studies, questionnaires, interviews and observations. Data analysis techniques in this research include instrument testing, classical assumption testing, simple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The research results show that organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance at Waringin Group Surabaya.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the growth of e-commerce, particularly in the skincare sector, is driven by advances in digital technology. Features such as ratings and online customer reviews have become important components in customer decisions about online shopping. The purpose of this study was to determine how ratings and online customer reviews influence people's decisions in Surabaya City to purchase facial care products through the Shopee application. The respondents in this study were 45 active Shopee customers who had purchased facial care products. Data were collected through a Likert-based questionnaire, and the SPSS program was used to analyze multiple linear regression. The results showed that the rating and online customer reviews variables had a significant influence simultaneously on purchasing decisions, but only online customer reviews had a significant influence partially. These results emphasize that informative and reliable review content is more important than rating value alone in building trust and influencing customer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of TikTok trends on online product purchases in Bojonegoro Regency. The background of this research is based on the phenomenon of increasing use of TikTok as a social media that not only functions as entertainment, but also as a means of product promotion that has an impact on consumer behavior. The method used is a quantitative approach with simple linear regression analysis. The research sample amounted to 44 respondents who were selected through purposive sampling techniques, with the criteria of active TikTok users who have made online product purchases in the last three months. Data collection was carried out through an online questionnaire using the Likert scale, and the research instruments have been tested for validity and reliability. The results of the analysis showed that the TikTok trend had a significant effect on the purchase of online products, with a determination coefficient value (R²) of 0.690. This means that TikTok trends are able to explain 69% of the variation in consumer purchase decisions. These findings support the Stimulus-Organism-Response (SOR) theory, which states that stimuli in the form of TikTok viral content can shape consumer perceptions and responses in the form of purchase decisions. This research provides practical implications for business people to utilize TikTok trends as an effective digital marketing strategy in increasing product sales online.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul "Analisis Prosedur Administrasi di Balai Pelatihan untuk Meningkatkan Omzet Polindo Surabaya". Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana prosedur administrasi di balai pelatihan berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan omzet Polindo Surabaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prosedur administrasi yang diterapkan di Balai Pelatihan Polindo Surabaya sudah cukup baik, namun masih terdapat kendala seperti kurangnya tenaga administrasi, proses manual, dan keterbatasan keterampilan pegawai dalam administrasi. Strategi yang diterapkan untuk meningkatkan omzet antara lain pemasaran melalui media sosial, kolaborasi dengan lembaga, dan peningkatan layanan serta fasilitas pelatihan secara berkelanjutan. Selanjutnya, Polindo Surabaya melakukan evaluasi minat pendaftar untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keikutsertaan pelatihan. Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya penguatan sistem administrasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja organisasi dan hasil keuangan. Keywords: Administrative Procedures, Training Center, Turnover.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh Honor of Kings dalam meningkatkan loyalitas pengguna di pasar global. Metodenya menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran Honor of Kings melibatkan kombinasi digital marketing, kolaborasi dengan influencer lokal, adaptasi budaya, serta penguatan komunitas game. Penyesuaian konten dengan preferensi budaya lokal menjadi kunci dalam menciptakan kedekatan emosional dengan pengguna. Selain itu, pembaruan konten secara berkala dan interaksi dua arah dengan pemain melalui komunitas memperkuat loyalitas pengguna. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran yang berorientasi pada nilai dan budaya lokal mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan dan retensi pemain dalam pasar global yang kompetitif

Abstract

Koperasi simpan pinjam artha mitra sejahtera menghadapi persaingan yang ketat dari lembaga keuangan lainnya, seperti bank dan perusahaan fintech. Meskipun semangat dari masing-masing karyawan masih tinggi, namun kurangnya ketelitian dalam proses seleksi nasabah dan pemantauan tagihan menjadi faktor utama yang menghambat kemajuan koperasi. Indikasi penurunan kinerja karyawan dalam beberapa aspek, seperti ketepatan waktu, efisiensi proses administrasi, dan kepuasan anggota. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transaksional dan Kompensasi Tidak Langsung Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Artha Mitra Sejahtera. Data yang diteliti berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa 1) Gaya kepemimpinan transaksional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Artha Mitra Sejahtera. 2) Kompensasi tidak langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Artha Mitra Sejahtera. 3) Gaya kepemimpinan transaksional dan kompensasi tidak langsung berpengaruh simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Artha Mitra Sejahtera.
