Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and work discipline partially and simultaneously on employee performance at PDAM Kota Parepare. The analytical method used in this study is a multiple linear analysis methods with the help of SPSS software version 20. The sample in this study were employees in the field of engineering and operations at PDAM Parepare City, totaling 52 employees. The results showed that the work environment had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the local drinking water company in the City of Pare-Pare by 3,340 > 2,010, and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the regional drinking water company in the City of Parepare by 3,272 > 2,010 and the work environment variable. and work discipline, simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance variables where F count > F table (62.139 > 3.19).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menilai kinerja keuangan PT. Bosowa Asuransi di Makassar periode 2017-2019 berdasarkan metode Balanced ScoreCard.Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Balanced scorecard yaitu perspektif keuangan, perspektif pelanggan, perspektif proses bisnis internal, dan perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan..Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi kinerja keuangan PT. Bosowa Asuransi Makassar berdasarkan metode Balanced ScoreCard adalah perspektif keuangan untuk ROI dan profit margin kurang efektif sedangkan Efisien Biaya sudah efektif, Perspektif Pelanggan untuk pangsa pasar, kepuasan pelanggan, dan profitabilitas pelanggan sudah efektif, perspektif proses bisnis internal untuk inovasi produk dan kualitas layanan sudah efektif, dan perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan untuk pelatihan karyawan, ketersediaan IT, dan profesionalitas karyawan sudah efektif

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh produk, harga, promosi, dan tempat terhadap pembelian sepeda motor Honda Beat dengan menggunakan metode analisis SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; 1. Produk (X1) tidak berpengaruh pada variabel keputusan pembelian (Y) dan memiliki probabilitas yang signifikan. 2. Harga (X2) tidak berpengaruh pada variabel keputusan pembelian (Y) dan probabilitas yang signifikan. Promosi (X3) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) dan probabilitas signifikansi. 4. Tempat (X4) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) dan probabilitas signifikansi.5. Produk (X1), Harga (X2), Promosi (X3) dan Tempat (X4) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian (Y) di PT. Daya Anugrah Mandiri, Cabang Parepare   The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the product, price, promotion, and place had on the purchase decions of a Honda Beat motorcycle using the SPSS 20 analysis method. The results showed that; 1. The product (X1) has no effect on the purchasing decision variable (Y) and has a significant probability. 2. Price (X2) has no effect on the purchase decision variable (Y) and significant probability. Abstract

Researchers want to know if employee welfare initiatives affect how productive employees are at work. The population for this study, which has 300 executive workers working in one of the branches of one regional bank in Indonesia, was sampled using a combination of convenience sampling and quota sampling approaches. With the use of SPSS for Windows 25.0, questionnaires and scales were used to gather data, which was then processed using basic linear regression analysis. The findings demonstrated that there is a substantial relationship between employee welfare programs and employee productivity, with the t value being significantly higher than the t table value and the significance value of 0.00 being lower than 0.05. Employee welfare initiatives impact job productivity by 50%.

Abstract

Tujuan penulisan karya ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengembangan program pelatihan keterampilan usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) dalam meningkatkan perekonomian lokal di Kabupaten Karawang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk pengembangan Program Pelatihan Keterampilan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) di Kabupaten Karawang adalah pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR). Pendekatan ini melibatkan partisipasi aktif pemilik UKM dan pemangku kepentingan dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi program. Teknik pengumpulan data mencakup wawancara, survei, dan observasi, sedangkan data yang dikumpulkan akan dianalisis secara kualitatif dengan pengkodean data dan penyusunan naratif untuk mengidentifikasi masalah dan solusi yang relevan. Hasil karya ini yaitu program pelatihan keterampilan UKM di Kabupaten Karawang adalah inisiatif komprehensif yang melibatkan partisipasi aktif pemilik UKM dan pemangku kepentingan. Ini mencakup pelatihan teknis, manajerial, keuangan, dan literasi keuangan untuk meningkatkan produksi dan daya saing UKM. Program juga mencakup aspek seperti teknologi informasi, keterampilan sosial, keberlanjutan lingkungan, dan kolaborasi untuk memberdayakan UKM secara menyeluruh. Dengan pendekatan holistik ini, diharapkan UKM di Kabupaten Karawang dapat berkembang dan berkontribusi pada pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal serta memiliki peluang pasar yang lebih luas.

Abstract

The competition amongst Indonesian pawn services, both state-run and commercial, has intensified in the contemporary globalization age. In this study, Pegadaian is one of the government-owned pawn service branches, was examined by researchers. The purpose of this study is to ascertain if or to what extent the factors of work discipline, leadership, and salary affect employee performance. This study makes use of quantitative methodologies and data gathering strategies that include questionnaire distribution and library data. Thirty employees made up the study's sample. Multiple linear regression is the data analysis method that is employed with SPSS. Additionally, the impact of leadership, work discipline, and salary on employee performance is seen in hypothesis testing. The corrected R Square value, derived from multiple linear regression analysis, is 60%. Thus, it makes sense that factors related to work discipline, leadership, and remuneration account for 60% of the variance in employee performance.

Abstract

Abstract Job satisfaction has an important role in the company. If employees feel satisfied then all aspects of the company's targets can develop and can easily be achieved. There are several factors that can influence Employee Job Satisfaction, including the Transformational Leadership aspect which is an external aspect and the Employee Commitment aspect which is an internal aspect. This research aims to analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership and Commitment on Employee Job Satisfaction. Different from previous studies, this research adds work environment variables which researchers believe can strengthen the relationship between Transformational Leadership and Commitment to Employee Job Satisfaction. This research is a quantitative research with an exploratory approach. The research results show that each variable of Transformational Leadership and Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Running side by side with the researchers' assumptions, the Work Environment variable can moderate the influence of each of the Transformational Leadership and Commitment variables on Job Satisfaction.
