Abstract

This study aimed to analyze and describe human resource management in Special Education School (SLB) Insan Madani Metro, focusing on the four functions of management in this school: (1) planning, (2) organizing, (3) directing, (4) and controlling. This study used a qualitative research design. Data were collected using observations and interviews. Results of this study are that, in SLB Insan Madani Metro, (1) planning of human resource management was implemented, (2) organizing of human resource management was implemented, (3) directing of human resource management was implemented, even though there were some obstacles, (4) monitoring of human resource management was also implemented but should be improved.Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia di SLB Insan Madani Metro, dengan sub fokus penelitian: (1) Perencanaan manajemen sumber daya manusia (2) Pengorganisasian manajemen sumber daya manusia; (3) Penggerakan manajemen sumber daya manusia; (4) Pengawasan manajemen sumber daya manusia di SLB Insan Madani Metro. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan bersumber pada pengamatan dilapangan dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian yaitu: (1) Perencanaan manajemen sumber daya manusia sudah terlaksana (2) Pengorganisasian manajemen sumber daya manusia sudah terlaksana; (3) Penggerakan manajemen sumber daya manusia sudah terlaksana meski masih ada beberapa kendala; (4) Pengawasan manajemen sumber daya manusia sudah berjalan dan harus ditingkatkan.Kata kunci: manajemen pendidikan, sekolah luar biasa, sumber daya manusia

Abstract

This study is an action of teachers to improve student learning achievement Civics Class XII Science SMAN 1 Gantung in the Academic Year 2014/2015. This classroom action research conducted in three cycles and includes four phases, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. Each action consists of three activities, namely the preliminary (appersepsi), the core activity of carrying out the Learning Model "Web Based Education", and cover with giving about evaluation, motivation and reinforcement. To assess learning achievement Civics, researchers used tools test instrument. The results showed that the use of the learning model "Web Based Education" can improve student achievement in high school civics class. This is evident from the learning achievement test data also showed an increase in pre-cycle that is as much as 7 students (20.59%) reached KKM with an average of 66.62, in the first cycle of students who achieve complete by 73.59% or 25 students with an average of 82.65 and the second cycle is equal to 88.24% or 30 students with an average of 90.24. After the whole cycle is done, it can be concluded that the use of Learning Model "Web Based Education" can improve learning achievement in civics class XII IPA SMAN 1 Gantung in the school year 2014/2015. Abstract

ABSTRACT"Gerbang Pelangi" (Gerakan Pengembangan dan Penguatan Literasi, Sinergi raihPrestasi) as an alternative to solving problems in optimizing the achievements of SMA1 Gantung. The main focus of "Gerbang Pelangi" is to empower all schoolstakeholders in their daily activities by allocating available educational resources toachieve school achievements. Development of academic and non-academic schoolachievements through the "Gerbang Pelangi", carried out with three (3) mainprinciples, namely: (a) Development and strengthening of literacy into a realmovement and action, (b) Establish communication and synergy with various parties,and (c) Building a shared commitment to achieve both academic and non-academicachievements. The results of the "Gerbang Pelangi" implementation include: (a)Development and strengthening of literacy into a real movement and action (theformation of a school literacy team and the school literacy task force, theimplementation of extracurricular activities that support literacy skills, the formationof literacy classes, documented work of students in the literacy museums in schools,giving appreciation to educators, students and education personnel as well ascommunity elements in the form of the SMA 1 Gantung award, (b) Goodcommunication and synergy with various parties (growing commitment andcooperation from teachers, participants students, librarians, committees, parents tosupervise, monitor and ensure the sustainability of the school literacy program), (c)building a shared commitment to achievement (improving the quality of teacherperformance and learning quality of students become more meaningful to theemergence of creativity and courage of educators, educational staff education, studentsto continue working).Keywords: Gerbang Pelangi, school achievement.

Abstract

“BUS PATAS” focus on the daily activities of the school were directed to the achievement of academic and non academic all students by allocating education resources (teachers, staff, equipment, supplies, materials, and funds) in order to achieve the vision, mission and objectives of the school agreed. Development of school achievement both in academic and non-academic via the “BUS PATAS”, conducted by three (3) main principles, namely: (a) raising Culture Superior School, (b) make up the school community who have Active Participation and responsibilities in school activities, and (c) build a shared commitment to success in academic and non-academic. The results of the implementation of the “BUS PATAS” includes: (a) the school culture superior to being a necessity (classroom becomes more conducive, the creation of a school environment that is safe, clean, green, orderly, religious, and familial, and the growing culture of quality in the neighborhood school), (b) start embedding the active participation and responsibility of the school community (the implementation of development educators who are competent and dedicated and implemented the management of education personnel effectively), (c) the establishment of a shared commitment to success (growth aspirations for high achievement growth and a willingness to change).

Abstract

ABSTRACTBackground: Puskesmas is a first level of health facility in the public health services and for that, rationality drug used is important to achieve a better quality of life supporting productivity and nationality endurance. Aim: This study aim to evaluated rationality of drug used thorough WHO prescribing indicator to all subdistrict public health (Puskesmas) in Kendari City. Method: This was a cross sectional observational study at 15 subdistrict public health service with restrospective data collected. Total sample was 1680 prescription for 2016 period. Data compare with WHO standard indicator. Result: Result of this study showed that average drug prescriber was 3.23, average percentace of medicine prescribed by generic name was 96.08%, average percentage encounters with antibiotic prescribed was 36.85%, average percentage encounters with injection prescribed was very low 0.16%, average percentage of medicine with National Formularium was 75.07%. Result showed that drug used at all Puskesmas was still irrational except injection used and there was significant difference (p<0.005) between Puskesmas except injection used. There were three Puskesmas (Puskesmas Labibia, Puskesmas Kemaraya, and Puskesmas Benu-benua) has achieved standard of percentage of drug prescribed. Antibiotic achieved standard used was Puskesmas Nambo, Puskesmas Benu-benua, Puskesmas Wua-wua, Puskesmas Labibia and Puskesmas Perumnas. There were no one Puskesmas has achieved generic names and national formularium prescribed.Conclusion: Puskesmas Benubenua was most rational drug use with prescribing indicator of WHO.Keywords: Rational Drug Use, Prescribing Indicator, Puskesmas, Kendari City

Abstract

ABSTRAKLatar Belakang: Pengelolaan obat merupakan salah satu segi manajemen rumah sakit yang sangat penting dalam penyediaan pelayanan kesehatan secara paripurna. Ketidakefisienan dalam pengelolaan obat akan memberi dampak negatif bagi rumah sakit, baik secara medik, sosial maupun secara ekonomi. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi pengelolaan obat di Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit Angkatan Darat dr. R. Ismoyo Kendari Tahun 2018 yang meliputi tahap seleksi, perencanaan, pengadaan, penyimpanan, distribusi dan penggunaan. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif non eksperimental dengan pengambilan data secara retrospektif dan concurent menggunakan metode randomized sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi dan panduan wawancara. Lembar observasi digunakan untuk mendokumentasikan data yang diperoleh terkait data pengelolaan obat sedangkan panduan wawancara digunakan untuk mendukung data observasi yang diperoleh melalui lembar observasi. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kesesuaian item obat yang tersedia dengan DOEN sebesar 59,06%, presentase jumlah item obat yang direncanakan dan yang diadakan sebesar 100%, presentase kesalahan faktur sebesar 3,22%, frekuensi tertundanya pembayaran faktur 0%, ketepatan data jumlah obat pada kartu stok 100%, presentase stok mati sebesar 1,64%, nilai Turn Over Ratio (TOR) adalah 4,85 kali, presentase peresepan dengan nama generik sebesar 90,5% dan presentase peresepan antibiotik sebesar 20,83%. Simpulan: Pengelolaan obat di Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit Angkatan Darat dr. R. Ismoyo Kendari Tahun 2018 pada tahap perencanaan dan tahap penggunaan sudah efisien, sedangkan tahap seleksi, pengadaan, penyimpanan dan  tahap distribusi belum efisien.Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan Obat, Instalasi Farmasi, RSAD dr. Abstract

Teachers’ competence has been discussed by some Islamic figures as the main indicator in order to formulate the concept of teachers’ personality for teachers in general. However, the indicators that are spesifically for Islamic education teachers have not been discussed yet, so it is important to deepen and specify the study to formulate criteria of the concept of teachers’ personality that mainly focus on Islamic education teachers based on Islamic view. Based on those reasons, the writers are interested in conducting research in the area of the concept of teachers’ personality based on the Kuntowijoyo’s prophetic social science which contains transcendence, humanzation and liberation values. The prophetic social science by kuntowijoyo is formulated based on the surah Ali Imron verse 110. In this research, the writers will focus on the teachers of Islamic religious education (PAI). By using the concept, the research is expected to formulate the indicators for the concept of teachers’ personality which is intended specifically for Islamic religious education teachers. This research uses library research methodology with psychological-pedagogical approach. The main source of the research is the book by Kuntowijoyo with some secondary data sources. The results of the study show that: (1) the concept of teacher’s personality, in the perspective of Islamic education, must refer to the noble morals as exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad SAW based on the values of Islamic teachings. (2) the concept of Islamic education teacher’s personality based on Kuntowijoyo’s prophetic social science must include three prophetic values (transcendence, humanist and liberating). So, in order to acquiring the concept of teachers’ personality, it is important for the Islamic education teachers to be transcendence, liberating and humanist as well as emulating the values of Prophet Muhammad. In relation to the current context, this concept can be used as a solution in response to the challenges of Islamic religious education teachers that come from the aspect of the teacher's personality. So, it is hoped that the indicators which is based on kuntowijoyo’s prophetic social science can be used as the formulation for all teachers to upgrade their personality competence, especially for Islamic religious education teachers.

Abstract

Poor people who wish to continue their studies at the senior high school level can choose MA Nurul Ali Secang as a place to educate their children. MA Nurul Ali Secang is a boarding school-based private school. The purpose of this study was to examine information regarding the accessibility of education for the poor at MA Nurul Ali Secang. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are interviews and literature study. The location or object of this study is at MA Nurul Ali which is located in a rural area. The research location is at MA Nurul Ali. The time of the research was in November 2022. The research results obtained were that the poor could get access to free education by fulfilling 3 conditions, namely having KIP, PKH or being orphans. Free education is very much needed to accommodate the poor so that high dropout rates do not occur.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pemikiran Immanuel kant tentang etika. Banyak para filsuf yang membahas soal etik. Etik sebagai sesuatu yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dalam kehidupan manusia, salah satunya yaitu Etik Immanuel Kant. Etika Kant merupakan etika kewajiban yang tidak menuntut adanya kebahagian atau faktor-faktor yang datang dari luar. Etika Immanuel Kant berlandaskan kepada kehendak baik. Etika ini menilai suatu tindakan baik berdasarkan kepada kehendak baik atau keinginan baik. Berbeda dengan filosof Barat lainnya, tujuan atau konsekuensi bukanlah penilaian terhadap baik buruknya suatu perbuatan. Kehendak baik yang berdasarkan kewajiban sebagai penentu tindakan yang bermoral. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research), yaitu mengumpulkan buku-buku, artikel, dan dokumen yang mengkaji tentang penelitian yang dibahas oleh peneliti. Pemikiran Immanuel kant tentang etika deontologi sangat menekankan motivasi, kemauan baik dan watak yang kuat dari perilaku. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemikiran Immanuel Kant khususnya etika bersifat analitis dan tajam. Sistem etika Immanuel Kant berkisar pada soal kewajiban atau etika deontologi. Deontologi merupakan pemikiran etis yang menyatakan baik buruknya tindakan tidak diukur dari akibat yang ditimbulkan tetapi berdasar kepada sifat tertentu dari hasil yang dicapainya. Relevansinya terhadap pendidikan Islam dengan pendidikan islam diatas agar manusia bertaqwa dan mendapatkan kehidupan bahagia dunia dan akhirat dalam hal ini taqwa yang dimaksud adalah kewajiban bagi manusia untuk menjalankan segala perintah Allah dan menjahui segala larangannya.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of Islamic values, both normative and historical, in shaping adolescent identity. Normative Islamic values, which are based on religious teachings, and historical Islamic values, which reflect the cultural heritage and long history of Islam, have a significant impact on adolescents' self-understanding, behavior and worldview. In a normative approach, this research highlights how values such as faith, worship and Islamic ethics shape teenagers' religious identity. The library research research method is used to explore and analyze normative and historical approaches in Islamic studies, and a qualitative approach with content analysis is used to analyze and present research findings. The research results show that understanding and internalizing these values influences a strong religious identity in adolescents. In addition, Islamic moral and ethical concepts, such as justice and goodness, influence teenagers' behavior in everyday life. On the other hand, in a historical approach, this research emphasizes that historical Islamic values play a role in shaping the cultural and social identity of adolescents. These values reflect the cultural and historical heritage of Islam, influencing adolescents' cultural identity and worldview
