Abstract

Entrepreneurship that is imbued with Islamic values can become a spirit or spirit in an effort to achieve success so that it will be recorded as a form of servitude to Allah SWT in carrying out his duties as His caliph on earth. The purpose of this research is to analyze the concept of entrepreneurship in an Islamic perspective. This research method uses a type of literature study research with a descriptive approach. The data source for this research consisted of 5 books and 25 journals on Entrepreneurship in Islam. The results of the study are business owners who also act as managers are able to take advantage of business opportunities, take into account various risks by organizing and managing a business and receive income in cash or in other forms. The attention of business people (entrepreneurs) to consumers today is getting bigger due to increasingly fierce competition in business and the assumption that consumers are everything or are called kings and must be based on the best.

Abstract

Poor people who wish to continue their studies at the senior high school level can choose MA Nurul Ali Secang as a place to educate their children. MA Nurul Ali Secang is a boarding school-based private school. The purpose of this study was to examine information regarding the accessibility of education for the poor at MA Nurul Ali Secang. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are interviews and literature study. The location or object of this study is at MA Nurul Ali which is located in a rural area. The research location is at MA Nurul Ali. The time of the research was in November 2022. The research results obtained were that the poor could get access to free education by fulfilling 3 conditions, namely having KIP, PKH or being orphans. Free education is very much needed to accommodate the poor so that high dropout rates do not occur.

Abstract

Final exam scores are not the only indicator of the quality of educational outcomes in today's society. Society is starting to observe, in terms of the quality of education, the extent to which college graduates can integrate into everyday life. In this article the researcher will explain strategic management to improve the quality of Islamic educational institutions. This article is written using the library research method. Library study is a data analysis method using references in the form of books, journals, notes or the results of previous research. Based on the results of research that researchers have conducted, by carrying out strategic management, educational institutions have received real benefits, through strategic management these educational institutions have obtained effective strategies in determining their direction or goals. Implementation of strategic management can be carried out using SWOT analysis. With a SWOT analysis, educational institutions can carry out strategic steps, so that they can improve the quality of educational institutions

Abstract

Cooperative learning (Cooperative Learning) is education that focuses on organizing students into small groups to collaborate in order to improve the learning environment and achieve learning goals. This learning paradigm is often used to implement student-centered teaching and learning activities, especially to overcome the challenges that instructors have when trying to engage children who are hostile, unable to interact with others, or who do not care about others. The aim of this research is none other than to find out the evaluation of cooperative learning to increase the learning motivation of MTs Nurul Ali Secang students. The method used in this research uses qualitative research methods, using three data collection methods. First, observation, interviews, third, documentation. The results of this research show that there are three evaluations used by MTs Nurul Ali Secang teachers in evaluating cooperative learning to increase motivation for their learning. First, observe student participation, second, hold formative exams, and listen to feedback from students. Third, carry out regular reflections on the effectiveness of cooperative learning in achieving learning goals. Then the method he uses is four things. The first is group formation, the second is the division of roles, the third is continuous improvement, the fourth is collaboration with fellow teachers.

Abstract

Manajemen pembiayaan adalah salah satu faktor yang sangat utama dan yang paling penting dalam lembaga pendidikan, salah satunya di MI Tarbiyatul Athfal Tugurejo Magelang. Pengembangan model pengelolaan pembiayaan yang ada di MI Tarbiyatul Athfal Tugurejo yaitu menyesuaikan dengan situasi dan kondisi dari lembaga tersebut. Dana BOS yang diterima oleh Sekolah MI Tarbiyatul Athfal Tugurejo Magelang dengan dua tahap, tahap 1 (Januari-Juni) sebesar Rp 26.650.000 dan tahap 2 (Juli-Desember) sebesar Rp 26.650.000. Satuan biaya BOS MI sebesar Rp 900.000,00 (Sembilan ratus ribu rupiah) per 1 (satu) peserta didik setiap 1 (satu) tahun. Pengelolaan dana BOS di madrasah ini menerapkan prinsip efisiensi, efektivitas, transparansi dan akuntabilitas. Adapun jenis penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif , karena data yang dikumpulkan berupa kata-kata. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi dan wawancara. Adapun narasumber dalam penelitian ini yaitu kepala Sekolah MI Tarbiyatul Athfal ibu Munthofiyah, S.Pd dan bendahara BOS Ibu Wahyu Okta Verinawati. Adapun hasil penelitiannya yaitu implementasi pengembangan model pembiayaan dana BOS sudah sangat baik, karena dana BOS dikelola dengan baik oleh pihak MI Tarbiyatul Athfal Tugurejo. Laporan dana BOSnya juga sudah mengikuti Juknis yang telah ditentukan oleh Pemerintah serta meningkatkan kinerja guru.
