Abstract

Advances in technology, this recruitment information system aims to develop an employee recruitment information system specifically for the marketing division in a company. Currently, many companies still rely on conventional methods in the recruitment process, so it is necessary to increase efficiency through the use of information systems. This research uses the Waterfall method approach in system development, with a focus on user needs analysis, system design, and implementation. The system developed allows admins, managers and prospective employees to access information related to the selection process more efficiently. Test results show significant improvements in time efficiency and employee selection accuracy. The conclusion of this research confirms that the implementation of a website-based recruitment information system provides an effective solution to speed up and simplify the recruitment process, support accurate decision making, and increase the efficiency of human resource management in companies.

Abstract

Penyakit kusta merupakan salah satu penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh infeksi Mycobacterium Leprae. Hingga saat ini cara yang masih banyak dipakai untuk menangani pasien penderita kusta adalah melalui pemberian obat secara teratur atau biasa disebut dengan pengobatan Multidrug Therapy (MDT). Pengobatan MDT mengharuskan setiap pasiennya meminum obat secara teratur dengan pengawasan ketat dari dokter, tenaga medis maupun pengawas minum obat (PMO). Melalui studi literatur diketahui bahwa terdapat korelasi yang kuat antara kedisiplinan minum obat dengan tingkat kesembuhan atau kesehatan pasien penderita kusta. Sehingga peran tenaga medis dalam melakukan pengawasan, kedisiplinan pasien dalam menjalani terapi medis serta dukungan keluarga menjadi hal yang sangat penting. Untuk memudahkan proses pengawasan maka pada penelitian ini telah dirancang sebuah aplikasi website yang dapat memudahkan dokter, tenaga medis maupun PMO untuk melakukan pengawasan terhadap kedisiplinan pasien dalam menjalani terapi medisnya. Aplikasi ini menggunakan algoritma Fuzzy C-Means Clustering untuk melakukan penilaian tingkat kedisiplinan setiap pasien secara otomatis. Pada pengujian aplikasi melalui serangkaian skenario menggunakan metode blackbox testing didapatkan hasil bahwa seluruh fitur aplikasi yang dikembangkan dapat bekerja dengan baik. Sementara fitur penilaian tingkat kedisiplinan pasien mendapat tingkat akurasi sebesar 75%.

Abstract

East Java is one of the largest egg producing provinces in Indonesia. This is because the number of chicken farms is increasingly developing in every region, especially in the province of East Java. One of the farms that is currently developing is CV Semeru in Blitar City. This company has one problem in the financial department which is still manual in recording & reporting finances using Excel. Therefore, an accounting information system is needed to overcome company problems so that financial recording and reporting becomes accurate & efficient. In system development, a system requirements analysis is required which produces a software requirements specification document. This research aims to create SRS documentation so that it can become a reference for developers in developing accounting information systems. All stages in this research were made using the ISO/IEC/IEEE 29148:2018 Systems and software engineering – Life cycle processes – Requirements engineering standard as a reference in preparing the SRS document. With these stages, 30 functional requirements tables, 37 database tables, 78 UI forms can be produced to build an accounting information system, and there are outputs in the form of financial reports such as cash in and out reports, general journals, trial balances, ledgers, trial balances after adjustments. , adjusting journals, profit and loss, changes in capital, and final balance sheet.
