Abstract

These activities try to identify the most important dimension and to examine the level of service quality with Servqual model, expectation and perception of external people towards the Training Insting Perangkat Desa Kabupaten Klaten 52 respondents as samples. In performing this policy, there is many problems both technical and operational. The research illustrates that the Servqual model as a useful managerial tool can be applied in identifying areas to which management resources should be allocated in order to improve and enhance the quality of service the Diklat Insting. Finally, these external customers have the highest expectation on tangible of the Insting Inspektorat Daerah Klaten service.

Abstract

  Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan oleh dosen ini bertujuan memberikan pendampingan bekal materi konsep disrupsi kepada mahasiswa baru Unicersitas Widya Dharma Klaten. Kegiatan dilakukan meliputi: 1) Pembekalan materi secara klasikal, diskusi kasus, dan role playing; dan 2) Praktik lapangan melalui rangkaian kegiatan PKK (Pengenalan Kehidupan Kampus) melalui kerjasama dengan berbagai individu dan institusi terkait antara lain konsep Ketahanan Nasional dengan pihak Kepolisian, TNI, tokoh influencer wirausaha muda, praktik lapangan eco-green penanaman pohon dan suplai air bersih bagi masyarakat yang membutuhkan. Dilakukan pula pengenalan UKM, HMP, dan BEM serta pentas budaya bagi  mahasiswa baru. Keseluruhan kegiatan diperoleh hasil positif dimana mahasiswa baru antusias mengikuti semua program kegiatan selama empat hari hingga selesai. Muncul output dan outcome dengan meningkatnya pengetahuan dasar konsep disrupsi yang akan mereka lalui di masa mendatang sebagai generasi Z. Kesemuanya bermuara pada terbentuknya fondasi jiwa mahasiswa baru yang tangguh, memiliki inovasi untuk aktif mengikuti kuliah dan memiliki bekal optimal terkait hard skills serta soft skills di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Pembelajaran literasi finansial bagi mahasiswa di Indonesia relatif belum banyak dilakukan karena dianggap berbagai pihak belum penting dan belum dibutuhkan. Tujuan khusus dicapai selama kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang berkolaborasi dengan CIMB Bank Niaga yaitu mampu melaksanakan praktik pendampingan pembelajaran literasi finansial. Desain pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa action empowerment pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman yang diharapkan menjadi pijakan analisiskebutuhan dalam mengembangkan model pembelajaran literasi finansial secara lebih luas bagi mahasiswa Universitas Widya Dharma Klaten. Tahap akhir kegiatan terbentuk perangkat pembelajaran literasi finansial berbasis pengalaman yang  teruji sahih dan andal bagi mahasiswa Universitas Widya Dharma Klaten. Muara kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat tercipta rasa percaya (trust) dan cerdas finansial sejak dini mahasiswa terhadap lembaga keuangan di masa mendatang. Luaran kegiatan dilakukan diseminasi hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat di forum nasional.

Abstract

The purpose of this PPG Study Program research scheme is to analyze the satisfaction index model of Widya Dharma University Teacher Professional Program students from the quality of academic and non-academic learning services through analysis of the satisfaction value of each element. The research method used is quantitative research. Respondents in the research were 200 students. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling. Quantitative tests in research in the form of primary data description tests and statistical value descriptions of each element. The results of this research obtained values that have the highest points and values that still have shortcomings of each element of academic learning quality, non-academic, satisfaction and loyalty.

Abstract

Financial literacy is the ability of individuals to manage their finances wisely. One of its important impacts is increasing financial inclusion, which refers to people's access to formal financial services. This study aims to analyze the contribution of financial literacy to financial inclusion by considering education as a moderating variable, specifically among female teachers in Klaten Regency. The research method used is quantitative with multiple linear regression and path analysis approaches. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents, active female teachers from various elementary and secondary schools in Klaten Regency. The results show that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on financial inclusion. In addition, educational level strengthens the relationship between financial literacy and financial inclusion, making education an effective moderating variable. This research provides implications that improving financial literacy, especially among female teachers, must be supported by strengthening the educational aspect to create broader financial inclusion.

Abstract

Community-based tourism (CBT) is promoted across Indonesia as a vehicle for rural economic revitalization and post-pandemic recovery. Yet, its success hinges on service quality—a dimension often overlooked in emerging destinations. This study employs the SERVQUAL model to assess the service quality gap at Jatimalang Beach Tourism Village, Purworejo Regency, Central Java. A purposive sample of 108 domestic and international tourists completed a structured survey measuring expectations and perceptions across five dimensions: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Findings reveal a significant overall negative gap (M = –87.27), with tangibles exhibiting the largest deficit (M = –145.50), followed by reliability (–94.12) and empathy (–88.36). Results indicate systemic service underperformance, driven primarily by inadequate physical infrastructure. The study concludes that CBT initiatives lacking investment in tangible assets risk failing to meet tourist expectations, undermining sustainability and competitiveness. Strategic recommendations include prioritizing infrastructure upgrades and service training to align with post-pandemic tourist demands for safety, hygiene, and authenticity.

Abstract

Pembelajaran literasi finansial pasar uang dan pasar modal bagi masyarakat di lingkungan pedesaan di Indonesia relatif belum banyak dilakukan karena dianggap berbagai pihak belum penting dan belum dibutuhkan. Tujuan khusus yang dicapai selama kegiatan kolaborasi pengabdian kepada masyarakat antara PT Victory Yogyakarta dan Fakultas Ekonomi dan Psikologi Universitas Widya Dharma Klaten yaitu mampu melaksanakan praktik pendampingan dan pembelajaran literasi finansial bagi mahasiswa dan masyarakat di Kabupaten Klaten. Desain pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa pemberdayaan (action empowerment) berbasis pembelajaran pengalaman langsung terkait literasi finansial. Kegiatan ini diharapkan mampu berfungsi sebagai pijakan membuat analisis kebutuhan dalam mengembangkan model. Pada tahap lanjut, diharapkan terjadi kesinambungan  pembelajaran literasi finansial lebih luas di masyarakat. Tahap akhir kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah terbentuknya model dan perangkat pembelajaran literasi finansial berbasis pengalaman yang teruji sahih dan andal bagi mahasiswa dan masyarakat di Kabupaten Klaten. Muara kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini tercipta rasa kepercayaan (trust) dan cerdas finansial sejak dini bagi mahasiswa dan masyarakat di Kabupaten Klaten terhadap lembaga keuangan formal di masa mendatang. Luaran kegiatan ini diwujudkan dalam diseminasi hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat di forum ilmiah di Kabupaten Klaten.
