Abstract

Anemia is a condition in which the number of red blood cells is insufficient to meet the physiological needs of the body due to the rapid growth rate combined with the depletion of iron stores and an inadequate diet. Based on data from the East Java Provincial Health Office in 2020 the prevalence of female adolescents in East Java who have anemia is 42%, including Sidoarjo Regency is ranked first in East Java with a prevalence of 32.9%. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving moringa leaf tea on increasing hemoglobin levels in female adolescents. Pre Experimental research method with pretest-posttest design one group design . The population of this study were all young women at the Youth Posyandu in Putat Tanggulangin Village Sidoarjo and as many samples 19 young women (calculations attached) who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria . Research data were analyzed using data analysis Univariate was tested by paired t-test with a significant level of p.value <0.05 . Got results that there was a significant difference between hemoglobin levels before and after administration of moringa leaf tea (p<0.05).

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi yang sangat pesat menuntut individu untuk memiliki kemampuan computational thinking guna menyelesaikan berbagai permasalahan secara komputasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan pembelajaran STEM yang terintegrasi dengan computational thinking dalam meningkatkan kemampuan murid dalam memecahkan masalah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pra-eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest-posttest. Sampel penelitian terdiri atas 30 murid kelas IX-A di SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Mlati. Instrumen penelitian meliputi tes tertulis dan lembar observasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji Paired simple t-tes dan perhitungan N-Gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran STEM terintegrasi computational thinking terlaksana dengan persentase sebesar 84% berkategori baik, yang termasuk dalam kategori baik. Selain itu, uji Paired simple t-tes menunjukkan nilai sig. sebesar 0,000, dengan rata-rata skor N-Gain untuk kemampuan pemecahan masalah murid sebesar 0,62 berkategori sedang. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran STEM terintegrasi computational thinking memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah murid

Abstract

Modul pembelajaran berbasis literasi numerasi sangat dibutuhkan di Kurikulum Merdeka karena bahan ajar yang disediakan oleh sekolah belum bisa memenuhi kebutuhan pembelajaran siswa di kelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menyusun sebuah modul pembelajaran berbasis literasi numerasi di Kurikulum Merdeka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model ADDIE yaitu analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas II. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur tingkat validitas dan kepraktisan modul. Tingkat validitas modul diukur melalui validasi ahli materi dan bahan ajar dengan perolehan persentase 100% untuk masing-masing ahli. Tingkat kepraktisan modul diukur melalui hasil kuisioner siswa kelas II pada uji coba skala kecil dengan perolehan rata-rata 91,25% dan rata-rata 97,84% untuk uji coba skala besar. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut modul pembelajaran berbasis literasi numerasi mendapatkan kriteria sangat valid dan sangat praktis, sehingga layak untuk diterapkan dan diaplikasian pada siswa kelas II.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the achievement of science learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SD Negeri Trans Ciptodadi after the application of the Inside Outside Circle learning model. The method used is a quantitative method with an experimental approach with the design used is a pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest type. The results of the study showed that the average score of students at the time of the Pre-Test (Initial Test) was 48.44, then after participating in science learning using the Inside Outside Circle learning model, they got an average score of the Post-Test (Final Test) of 87.19 with a percentage of 95%. While in the calculation of the Z test, Zcount 6.83 ≥ Ztable 1.64 was obtained, so Ha was accepted Ho was rejected. The conclusion of this study is that the application of the Inside Outside Circle learning model can significantly describe the Learning Objective Achievement Criteria (KKTP).   Keywords: Learning Outcomes, IPAS, Learning Models.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the use of the Scramble type cooperative learning model on the mathematical concept understanding ability of class VII students of Muhammadiyah 1 Mlati Junior High School: A Quasi-experimental Study with a Posttest Only Control Design consisting of two groups, namely the experimental class treated with the Scramble learning model (VII-B with 30 students) and the control class using conventional learning (VII-C with 30 students). The results of this study indicate that the sig. 2-tailed 0.000 < 0.05, which indicates a significant effect of the application of the Scramble model on the understanding of mathematical concepts. This study provides an important contribution to the development of more innovative mathematics teaching methods, where the implementation of learning from the teacher's side is quite high, namely 97.91% with an excellent category, while the implementation of learning by students reaches 96.15% with an excellent category.

Abstract

Development and Effectiveness of UN-MATH Cards in Enhancing Problem-Solving Skills for Elementary School Students. Objectives: This research aims to develop a UNO media called UN-MATH (Uno Mathematics), which is used in game-based learning to help fourth-grade students improve their problem-solving skills in addition and subtraction materials. Methods: The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D). The research design applied is the ADDIE design, which consists of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The data collection techniques used in this research consist of test and non-test techniques. Test techniques include pre-test and post-test, while non-test techniques include observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Findings: Based on the validation results by media experts, content experts, and language experts, the following results were obtained: the assessment from the media expert is 90% (very feasible), the content expert is 93.1% (very feasible), and the language expert is 92.8% (very feasible). The assessment from the three experts indicates that the UN-MATH card media is suitable for use. The data analysis techniques used in this study include normality tests, t-tests, and N-Gain tests. The results of the normality test show that the significance value (Sig.) > 0.05, which means the data is normally distributed. Based on the paired t-test results in the control class, a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000 was obtained, indicating that the average post-test score increased compared to the pre-test score. Next, the N-Gain test results for the control class were 0.5630, which falls into the moderate and fairly effective category. The same thing happened in the experimental class, where the paired t-test results showed a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000, which means the average post-test score increased compared to the pre-test. Additionally, the N-Gain test results for the experimental class were 0.7004, which falls into the moderate and fairly effective category.  Conclusion: Thus, based on the results of the data analysis, the UN-MATH card media has proven effective in mathematics learning to enhance problem-solving skills in addition and subtraction materials. Keywords: learning media, un-math cards, problem-solving skills.

Abstract

The study's goals are to: 1) Determine how the Paired Storytelling learning paradigm may be used to enhance students' story listening comprehension in class V SDN 1 Arawa.  2) To determine if using the Paired Storytelling learning methodology may help students in class V SDN 1 Arawa become better story listeners.  This study uses a qualitative methodology and is classified as classroom action research.  This paper investigates the teacher's learning process and the learning outcomes of the students using the Paired Storytelling learning paradigm.   The subjects of the research were twenty-four teachers and V grade pupils.   Data collecting techniques include observation, testing, and documenting among others.  Additionally, descriptive qualitative analysis and processing were performed on the data.  The effectiveness of this research will be determined by how well the student learning outcomes and the paired storytelling implementation procedure work together.  While the findings of research in cycle II have met the set success indicator of ≥76%, the results of cycle I research have not yet reached the success indicator of the results set because students are still less engaged in their learning.  According to the findings, fifth-grade students at SDN 1 Arawa may enhance their listening abilities by using the Paired Storytelling learning paradigm.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menggambarkan seberapa efektif media pembelajaran interaktif bernama Kantong Budaya dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa kelas III pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila.Latar belakang penelitian ini terdapat karena motivasi belajar siswa masih rendah karena pembelajaran masih mengandalkan guru dan kurangnya penggunaan media yang menarik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode observasi, catatan lapangan, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media Kantong Budaya mampu meningkatkan ketekunan siswa dalam menyelesaikan tugas, keaktifan bertanya, antusiasme dalam proses belajar, kemampuan berfokus, serta minat terhadap materi keberagaman budaya. Media ini memberikan pengalaman belajar yang nyata melalui kegiatan memilih, mencocokkan, dan mengelompokkan kartu budaya sehingga suasana kelas menjadi lebih interaktif dan menyenangkan. Oleh karena itu, media Kantong Budaya cukup efektif digunakan sebagai inovasi dalam pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila.
