Abstract

This study aims to discuss the review of Seyyed Hossein Nasr's philosophical thoughts, regarding the spirituality of religion for humanitarian disasters. This research method applies a qualitative method through literature study and content analysis. The results and discussion found that the modern scientific paradigm that puts too much emphasis on the aspect ratio and ignores the spiritual aspect has an impact on human greed in managing natural resources which has an impact on the ecological crisis. The conclusion of this study is Nasr assume the religious spirituality for humanitarian disasters is a spiritual source of Islam. Al-Quran and Hadith become the spiritual basis to love and care to the universe, as a manifestation to get God’s love. Nasr assume that nature is a holy place that can be the manifestation of God’s light. Awareness of knowledge is not separate from Allah, becomes an important point for wise human spirituality.

Abstract

Adanya kesenjangan antara kemandirian siswa di sekolah dengan tanggapan siswa terhadap bimbingan keagamaan orang tua dalam lingkungan keluarga menjadi latar belakang permasalahan dalam penelitian ini. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui data tentang tanggapan siswa terhadap bimbingan keagamaan orang tua dalam lingkungan keluarga, kemandirian siswa di sekolah, dan hubungan antara tanggapan siswa terhadap bimbingan keagamaan orang tua dalam lingkungan keluarga dengan kemandirian mereka di sekolah. Penelitian ini menarik hipotesis “Semakin positif tanggapan siswa terhadap bimbingan keagamaan orang tua dalam lingkungan keluarga maka semakin baik kemandirian mereka di sekolah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran angket kepada 40 siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 8 Bandung, observasi, wawancara, dan studi kepustakaan. Analisis data yang digunakan dengan cara mencari angka rata-rata pada setiap indikator, menentukan koefisien korelasi dan menetukan ada atau tidak adanya korelasi serta mereduksi data, kategorisasi data uji keabsahan serta mengambil simpulan. Hasil penelitian terkait tanggapan siswa terhadap bimbingan keagamaan orang tua dalam lingkungan keluarga diperoleh angka rata-rata 4,45 (kategori baik). Terkait kemandirian siswa diperoleh angka rata-rata 3,69 (kategori baik). Realitas hubungan antara tanggapan siswa terhadap bimbingan keagamaan orang tua dalam lingkungan keluarga dengan kemandirian mereka di sekolah diperoleh nilai 0,18 (kolerasi sangat rendah). Kadar pengaruh variabel X terhadap variabel Y sebesar 2% sedangkan 98% lagi dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Berdasarkan perhitungan uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai thitung 1,13 > dari ttabel 0,36 maka hipotesis yang diajukan diterima.

Abstract

This study discusses the syarah of hadith related to things that are inherent in human life, namely laughter. This study uses a qualitative approach which is emphasized by literature study through the takhrij and syarah hadith methods using contemporary analysis. The results of this study found that the status of the hadith about laughter was considered valid according to the takhrij hadith, whereas if viewed from the syarah of the hadith it showed that laughter can have a health impact. The conclusion of this study is that the hadith about laughter can be used as reference material in health therapy because it has a valid status and laughter can be used to reduce human stress levels and can strengthen the body's immunity on a daily basis in accordance with the instructions in the health sector, this study recommends collaboration between hadith experts, health professionals and psychologists to experiment in the management of laughter therapy for people who have high-stress levels.

Abstract

Government bureaucracy plays a central role in providing effective and quality public services. The effectiveness and quality of good government bureaucracy are highly dependent on competent human resource management. This research aims to investigate strategies related to employee recruitment, training, and retention in the context of government bureaucracy. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, research data was obtained through secondary data analysis which included previous studies relevant to the research topic. The results of this research found the importance of integrating human resource strategies in maintaining the quality of employees in government organizations, as well as supporting positive transformation in work culture and better public services. In the context of human resource management, recruitment, training, and retention strategies must be aligned to achieve the long-term goals of government organizations, namely providing quality public services that are responsive to community needs.

Abstract

This research aims to offer the idea of a continuum academic writing project. This research uses a qualitative approach by applying the design thinking method. The results of the research and discussion show that the continuum academic writing project is a series of student scientific publication activities starting from writing articles continuously without being limited to semesters. This research concludes that the continuum academic writing project has the potential to be a solution to the problem of publishing student scientific articles which can support the higher education scientific publication industry in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to discuss the student scientific article publication continuum project experiment. This research uses a qualitative approach by applying descriptive methods. The results and discussion of the research show that the continuum trial project requires the availability of manuals, procedures and work instructions, the need for outreach to various parties ranging from stakeholders to the academic public at large, starting the implementation of the continuum project trial adequately, and not skipping the implementation of the evaluation. This research concludes that the student scientific article publication continuum project can be started immediately with experimental steps.

Abstract

This research aims to discuss the design of manuals, procedures and work instructions for continuum projects. This research uses a qualitative approach by applying the Focus Group Discussion method. The results and discussion of the research show that input documents in the form of manual designs, procedures and work instructions for continuum projects are needed to ensure the process, output, outcomes, benefits and impact of continuum project implementation. This research concludes that manuals, procedures and work instructions are input documents in the continuum project framework.

Abstract

This article aims to present a continuum project offering for student scientific article writing. This article uses a qualitative approach by applying descriptive methods. The results of the discussion of this article show that the implementation of a continuum project can involve a number of agreements between users and organizers in ensuring the successful publication of student scientific articles in standard journals. This article concludes that continuum project bidding can be continued at the contract stage with academic institutions, especially higher education institutions in Indonesia.

Abstract

Customers are an important part of a company. Therefore, customer loyalty is an important aspect that needs to be obtained by the Company. One of the steps to increase customer loyalty is through brand personality. This study aims to see how brand personality can increase customer loyalty. This research will be carried out with a descriptive qualitative approach. The data used in this study comes from various research results and previous studies. The results of this study then found that brand personality is an important factor in building customer loyalty. Through an attractive brand personality, customers will feel personally connected to the brand, where which will then increase trust and cause purchasing decisions to be more consistent.

Abstract

This research explores the role of food taboos in Kampung Adat Cireundeu, focusing on the community’s prohibition against rice consumption and its significance in maintaining cultural identity and food security. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with key informants and direct observations of the community’s food practices. Historical and secondary data were also reviewed. The study found that the food taboos in Cireundeu are deeply connected to the community's historical resistance to colonisation and their religious beliefs in Sunda Wiwitan. These taboos serve as a cultural safeguard and a strategy for ensuring food resilience by relying on cassava as a staple crop. The findings suggest that indigenous knowledge systems and food taboos can play a critical role in promoting sustainable food security and cultural preservation. This has implications for policy development in areas of food sovereignty and ecological sustainability. This research offers a novel perspective on the intersection of historical, cultural, and ecological factors in shaping food practices, contributing to the broader understanding of how food taboos function within indigenous communities to maintain resilience against modern challenges.
