Abstract

This article discusses the implementation of digital marketing strategies for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Sumbersari Village, Ciparay District, Bandung Regency. The background of this research is the limited knowledge and resources of MSMEs in utilizing digital technology for marketing. The purpose of this research is to identify and implement effective digital marketing strategies to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs, especially MSMEs "KJ Sepatu". The service method applied in this study is the Sisdamas method based on community empowerment, which is a work program that is carried out and refers to the condition of the community and the KKN-assisted area. The results of the study show that the implementation of digital marketing, such as the use of Instagram social media, can help MSMEs expand their market reach and increase sales. However, challenges such as lack of technological knowledge and infrastructure limitations still exist. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of continuous education and assistance for MSMEs to optimize digital marketing strategies. The implication of this study is the need for collaboration between the government, communities, and the private sector to support the digital transformation of MSMEs in order to improve the local economy

Abstract

This research aims to discuss the urgency of Islamic mental health literacy in Islamic Higher Education, where so far the trend of mental problems and suicidal tendencies in students has increased. This mental health literacy from an Islamic point of view in students is still considered low. This research uses a qualitative approach by applying descriptive-analytical methods. The results and discussion of this study indicate that in order to improve Islamic mental health literacy, a special strategy is needed for universities such as utilizing technology, psychoeducation, and including Islamic mental health literacy in the learning curriculum. This study concludes that Islamic mental health literacy in Islamic religious universities is very important because the introduction to Islamic mental health knowledge at the age of transition from adolescence to early adulthood will make students able to deal with problems and pressures in a way that is in accordance with Islamic religious values. Islamic mental health literacy will have an impact on improving student academic achievement, harmonious relationships between students and their environment, and will indirectly help improve the quality of achieving the vision and mission of educational institutions.

Abstract

Government bureaucracy plays a central role in providing effective and quality public services. The effectiveness and quality of good government bureaucracy are highly dependent on competent human resource management. This research aims to investigate strategies related to employee recruitment, training, and retention in the context of government bureaucracy. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, research data was obtained through secondary data analysis which included previous studies relevant to the research topic. The results of this research found the importance of integrating human resource strategies in maintaining the quality of employees in government organizations, as well as supporting positive transformation in work culture and better public services. In the context of human resource management, recruitment, training, and retention strategies must be aligned to achieve the long-term goals of government organizations, namely providing quality public services that are responsive to community needs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk memahami dampak phubbing dari perspektif etika sosial, khususnya dalam lingkungan pendidikan tinggi keislaman. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan mixed methods, yaitu pendekatan penelitian yang menggabungkan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif untuk menghasilkan analisis yang lebih komprehensif dan mendalam terhadap suatu fenomena. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat ketergantungan yang tinggi pada gadgets (dependency on gadgets) sebesar 44%, tingkat social disconnectedness atau keterputusan sosial relatif rendah di kalangan mahasiswa, sebesar 27%, dan ignore others and switch to gadgets 29%. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa nilai-nilai etis yang diajarkan dalam pendidikan keislaman memiliki peran penting dalam mencegah dampak negatif phubbing, terutama terkait dengan pengabaian lingkungan sosial. Dari perspektif etika Levinas, kesadaran akan tanggung jawab sosial dan keberadaan “wajah” orang lain menghalangi individu untuk melakukan phubbing, sekalipun kecenderungan penggunaan gadget tinggi. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah pentingnya penanaman etika tanggung jawab dalam mengurangi dampak negatif phubbing di lingkungan pendidikan. Rekomendasi untuk penelitian selanjutnya adalah mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor lain yang memengaruhi kesadaran sosial mahasiswa, serta mengevaluasi efektivitas program pendidikan etika dalam mengurangi perilaku phubbing pada kelompok usia remaja dan dewasa muda.

Abstract

Aktualisasi diri setiap individu bisa bervariasi, ada yang rendah, sedang, dan tinggi, hal ini dikarenakan ada banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi tingkat aktualisasi diri seseorang. Sikap syukur dapat menjadi indikator dalam mencapai aktualisasi diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan sikap syukur dengan aktualisasi diri mahasiswa jurusan Ilmu Tasawuf UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. Populasi subjek sebanyak 251 mahasiswa dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 72 mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode korelasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner melalui google formulir yang disebar melalui media online. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap syukur dengan aktualisasi diri saling berhubungan secara signifikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,001 (p <0,05), yang berarti semakin tinggi tingkat sikap syukur yang dimiliki mahasiswa, maka semakin tinggi pula aktualisasi dirinya. Sebaliknya, semakin rendah sikap syukur, semakin rendah pula tingkat aktualisasi diri pada mahasiswa.

Abstract

This study aims to construct and explore the dimensional structure of the al-ḥuzn wa al-jazā’ identification instrument, grounded in the classical psychosomatic framework of Abu Zayd al-Balkhī. The primary focus is to map emotional indicators that facilitate a preventive-proactive approach to mental health assessment. Utilizing an exploratory quantitative design, data were analyzed through Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), yielding a robust KMO value of 0.882. The findings led to the reduction of the instrument from 76 to 49 items, which settled into four distinct factors: Psychological Distress, Cognitive Resilience, Emotional-Physiological Stability, and Behavioral regulation. While the results confirm the hypothesized four-dimensional structure, a substantive shift was observed: cognitive, affective, behavioral, and physical aspects underwent an integrative fusion into a single primary distress factor, whereas adaptive dimensions emerged independently due to the item direction effect. These implications contribute to a more holistic multidimensional measurement model, though the efficacy of reverse-scored items warrants further validation through Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). The originality of this research lies in its successful transformation of 9th-century psychosomatic terminology into a modern psychometric structure that captures an individual’s adaptive assets alongside clinical symptoms.

Abstract

This study examines the direction and characteristics of curriculum innovation in counselor education, identifies essential competencies emphasized in innovative curricula, and maps conceptual and methodological gaps in prior research. This study applied a systematic literature review following the PRISMA 2020 guidelines. The researchers retrieved articles from Scopus databases covering publications from 2015 to 2024. The screening process reduced 145 initial records to 28 empirical studies that met inclusion criteria focusing on counselor education, curriculum innovation, and competency development while excluding conceptual and non-peer-reviewed sources. Thematic synthesis identified nine dominant competency themes, including multicultural competence, intrapersonal and interpersonal skills, wellness, spirituality, leadership, creativity, professional identity, and interprofessional collaboration. The analysis showed that experiential learning appeared as the most frequently implemented instructional approach, followed by cultural immersion, narrative supervision, and interprofessional training. Despite the breadth of identified competencies, existing studies demonstrate limited curricular integration and substantial methodological variation. This review highlights the need for holistic, evidence-based curriculum frameworks and directs future research toward developing integrative curriculum models and rigorously evaluating curriculum effectiveness
