Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of work-life balance and burnout on the work motivation of Generation Z employees at PT Gudang Baru Berkah, both partially and simultaneously. This research employs a quantitative approach with 100 respondents. Data was collected through questionnaires and interviews, and analyzed using SPSS version 26. The results show that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, while burnout does not have a significant impact. When analyzed together, both variables have a significant positive influence on work motivation, accounting for 38.9% of the variance, while other unexamined factors also contribute. The limitation of this study lies in the small sample size. This research provides valuable insights into the factors affecting the work motivation of Generation Z employees in a corporate setting.

Abstract

The leyeh-leyeh program with the theme dolan-dolan is a locally charged variety show program containing cultural arts, creative economy, tourism, superior products and regional potential as one of the efforts made to shape the image of local TV and at the same time strengthen regional cultural identity. This research aims to analyze the creative strategy applied by the producer of the leyeh-leyeh program with the theme dolan-dolan RBTV Jogja in maintaining regional cultural identity through 13 elements of creative strategy. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques used, namely interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman model, data analysis is carried out through data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The data validity test used is source triangulation. The results of this study conclude that there are elements of creative strategies used by the producer of the leyeh-leyeh RBTV Jogja program in maintaining regional cultural identity. Elements of creative strategy applied by producers are target audience, script language, program format, punching line, gimmick, clip hanger, time and bumper, artistic stylist, music and fashion, logo and music track. The script language, program format, music and fashion are the most distinctive elements. Fashion in RBTV Jogja's leyeh-leyeh dolan-dolan is Javanese traditional clothing and music uses Javanese music while the format of the program used is a variety show coupled with comedy in Javanese. This shows that the leyeh-leyeh program with the theme of dolan-dolan promotes local culture in maintaining regional cultural identity.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menggali dampak kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, khususnya di DPMD Kabupaten Malang. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan melibatkan observasi langsung dan diskusi dengan karyawan DPMD sebagai metode utama pengumpulan data. Fokusnya adalah untuk memahami hubungan antara kinerja karyawan dan peran pemimpin dalam konteks DPMD. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran pemimpin dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja di DPMD Kabupaten Malang dinilai positif. Kepala dinas mampu memberikan arahan dan tanggung jawab yang sesuai dengan tugas dan kapasitas karyawan, sementara karyawan merasakan perhatian dan kemudahan dalam proses perizinan. Pengabdian ini berpotensi menjadi titik awal dalam memperkuat peran kepemimpinan di DPMD serta meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan secara keseluruhan. Langkah-langkah selanjutnya dapat difokuskan pada penerapan strategi yang lebih efektif untuk memperkuat hubungan antara pemimpin dan anggota tim guna mencapai tujuan organisasional yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Hummock is a typical morphology that is not found anywhere except in the active mountains. This uniqueness is due to the isolated hill shape with plain morphology formed in the geological setting. The existence of Gumuks dissiminated in Jember has been mined, causing their numbers to decrease drastically. Hummock in Jember district has a unique hill-shaped landscape with a height of over 2 meters. Hummocks in Jember are arranged from Raung Mount to the southwest to Jember Regency. There are several types (three) types of dunes that differ from the type of rock contained, namely rock dunes, coral dunes and sand dunes. At this moment, the existence of Hummock has been partially used for building material needs. The problem faced now is that the potential for piles other than as a building material requirement has not yet been researched. Therefore, effective management is needed through the identification of potential dunes through green mining research so that environmental problems are minimized when dune exploration is carried out. The purpose of this study was to find a green mining-based dune exploration technology, so that the treatment of each dune can be carried out appropriately. The stages of the research were carried out by observing the images. After the observations are made, field data is needed to validate and verify the pattern of dune. The research used remote sensing with guided techniques based on data in the field and geological maps. Based on remote sensing results it was found that there were 4 Classes in Land Use Change after Mining Operation carried out by people around the mine site.
