Abstract

AbstrakPembelajaran di sentra alam dengan tema lingkungan alam memiliki tantangan tersendiri bagi guru-guru dalam pelaksanaanya dikarenakan lahan yang sedikit. Guru masih banyak menggunakan lembar kerja siswa yang dibeli dari toko-toko buku dan kurang kreatif sehingga tidak mengembangkan media sendiri. Maka dibutuhkan pelatihan pembuatan media yang dapat menggambarkan situasi ekosistem yaitu terrarium ekosistem. Terrarium merupakan media yang terbuat dari kaca baik botol, aquarium atau plastik transparan yang berisi tanaman dengan metode yang unik yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi alam yang sesungguhnya. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan bagi guru TKIT Al Mishbah menciptakan eksosistem mini dalam suatu media kaca agar mempermudah guru dalam mengajarkan Lingkungn Alam yang disebut terrarium. Pelaksanaan kegiatan berlangsung selama 4 hari mulai 25 juni sampai 28 juni 2019. Metode pelaksanan kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan cara tutorial terbimbing. Pembuatan terrarium meliputi pembuatan terrarium ekosistem gurun, terrarium hutan hujan tropis, dan terrarium savana. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menjadi solusi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh guru dalam materi ekosistem di sekolah, sehingga guru dapat menyeimbangkan antara teori dengan kondisi alam sesungguhnya. Kata Kunci: Terrarium, Guru TKIT Al Mishbah , Lab Mini.

Abstract

yang memiliki home industry tahu dalam upaya menjaga kelestarian lingkungan dengan memanfaatkan limbah cair tahu sebagai biogas di dusun Bapang kabupaten Jombang. Metode penerapan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diawali dengan observasi lapangan, perijinan mitra yaitu pemilik home industry tahu, perencanaan kegiatan meliputi penyiapan alat dan bahan serta rencana kegiatan sosialisasi, penyiapan alat dan bahan, sosialisasi yang diawali dengan penyampaian materi (materi yang disampaikan terkait tentang limbah, kadungan limbah, dan pemanfaatan limbah), demonstrasi pembuatan biodigester dan biogas, dan pelatihan pembuatan biodigester dan biogas. Kegiatan yang sudah dilaksanakan berupa peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan limbah cair tahu sebagai biogas dapat terlaksana dengan baik dan mendapat dukungan penuh dari masyarakat. Persentase rata-rata respon peserta setelah mengikuti kegiatan ini sebesar 78,11% yang berarti kegiatan dapat dirasakan manfaatnya karena keterampilan dalam membuat biodigester dapat secara langsung diterapkan pada pembuatan biogas dengan menggunakan limbah cair tahu.Kata Kunci: Biogas, limbah cair tahu, home industry tahu

Abstract

This study aims to develop learning tools that will be oriented on mini laboratory at Senior Hight School Ngoro Jombang by using cooperative learning. This research uses R and D method (Research and Development) and trial design using one group pretest-posttest design with quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be obtained some following results: 1) The feasibility of the learning tool is very good and feasible to use, 2) The effectiveness of learning tools can be seen from student learning result and students’ response, a) student learning result is 80,6% completed in cognitive competence and 100% in psychomotor, and it is very good in afective competences, b) the students have positive respons in their interests of learning process, 3) The practicality of learning tools can be seen from result of lesson plan done and obstacles that occured in learning process, a) the quality level of lesson plan done is high and obstacles that occured in teaching are the number of group members is too large. Based on the result of data analysis, it can be concluded that learning tools oriented on mini laboratory implemented uses cooperative learning is effective and practical on the topic of Fungi, but it is adjustable with the situaton and condition of the school specifically in the availbility of equipments in the laboratory. Abstract

This study aims to develop a learning device Discovery Learning on the subject matter Ecosystem Class X MAN 4 Jombang. The products developed in this research are Syllabus, RPP and LKPD E-Learning. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method. The feasibility instruments used in this study are in the form of a material validation questionnaire and a media or learning device validation questionnaire. The research results obtained are: (1). The Discovery Learning learning device was declared feasible with a lesson plan value of 77 by the material expert validator, 65 by the learning device expert validator (2). Student worksheets (LKPD were declared very feasible with a score of 82 by the material expert validator, 76 by the learning device expert validator. (3) The question assessment instrument was declared very feasible by the material expert validator with a score of 82, while the learning device expert validator gave a score of 82. 62 with decent category.

Abstract

Using the discovery learning concept, this study intends to generate learning resources such as lesson plans, LKPD, and learning outcomes tests. Research and development (R&D) methodologies are used in this work. The design research and development R&D procedure is referred to as the implementation procedure. The R&D model has ten stages: 1) potential and problems,) Product Design, 3) Data Collection, 4) Design Validation, 5) Design Revision, 6) Product Trial, 7) Product Revision, 8) Trial Use, 9) Product Revision, and 10) Mass Production. Due to a complete lack of time and research funds, this study only made it to the design revision stage. A material validation questionnaire was utilized for validator 1 and a learning device validation questionnaire was used for validator 2. Based on the findings of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that an experience-based Discovery Learning learning tool has been produced through E-learning as a learning tool that has been assessed by several validators, with an average value of 97.3 for lesson plans with a very feasible category for validators 1 and 78.6 with eligible categories for validator 2. The average LKPD score is 94.3 for validator 1, with a very good category, and 81.4 for validator 2, with a very feasible category. The average value for the learning outcomes test is 95 for validator 1, with a very good category, and 87.5 for validator 2, with a very feasible category.

Abstract

Lingkungan alam merupakan salah satu tema materi pelajaran yang ada TKIT Al Mishbah. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di salah satu kelas yaitu sentra alam. Selama proses pembelajaran, guru mengajak siswa melakukan kegiatan di luar ruangan dengan tujuan mengajarkan kepada siswa tentang ekosistem. Proses pembelajaran ini di rasa sulit bagi para guru karena lingkungan sekolah yang sempit sehingga dibutuhkan media pembelajaran yang lebih praktis yaitu terrarium. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan bagi guru TKIT Al Mishbah menciptakan eksosistem mini dalam suatu media kaca agar mempermudah guru dalam mengajarkan Lingkungan Alam. Pelaksanaan kegiatan berlangsung selama 4 hari mulai 25 juni sampai 28 juni 2019. Metode pelaksanan kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan cara tutorial terbimbing. Tim Pengabdian memberikan pelatihan dengan cara memberikan tutorial pembuatan terrarium. Kemudian guru membuat sendiri dengan bimbingan dari tim pengabdian. Pembuatan terrarium meliputi pembuatan terrarium ekosistem gurun, terrarium hutan hujan tropis, dan terrarium savana. Hasil dari pengabdian ini, keseluruhan respon guru terhadap pembuatan terrarium sangat positif. Hal ini disebabkan rasa ingin tahu peserta tentang terrarium. Hal ini diperoleh dari angket respon keterampilan guru. Pelatihan terrarium ekosistem sebagai media pembelajaran Lab Mini dapat membuat guru TKIT Al Mishbah memahami konsep ekosistem serta lebih terampil membuat media pembelajaran Lab Mini Tema Lingkungan Alam

Abstract

Pemberdayaan karang taruna bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan pengalaman kepada remaja karang taruna terkait kepedulian lingkungan dengan memanfaatkan hasil samping limbah cair tahu sebagai biogas berskala rumah tangga. Pada kegiatan ini para pemuda pemudi karang taruna diberikan sosialisasi terkait pemanfaatan limbah cair tahu karena selama ini limbah cair tahu dibuang langsung ke sungai, sehingga hal ini mencemari lingkungan. Sosialisasi ini berisikan tentang penyampaian materi akan pentingnya memanfaatkan limbah cair tahu agar tidak merusak lingkungan, demonstrasi pembuatan biogas yang dimulai dengan pembuatan starter dan biodigester, dan pelatihan pembuatan biogas. Hasil dari pelatihan diperoleh bahwa respon peserta terhadap materi pelatihan berkategori baik dengan persentase rata-rata 85,3%, respon peserta terhadap demontrasi pembuatan starter dan biodigester berkategori baik dengan persentase rata-rata 76,3%. Respon peserta terhadap media yang digunakan dalam pembuatan biodigester berkategori baik dengan persentase rata-rata 82%. Respon peserta terhadap instruktur sosialisasi berkategori baik dengan persentase rata-rata 75,3%. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa keseluruhan peserta karang taruna memberikan respon positif terhadap kegiatan sosialisasi pembuatan biogas limbah cair tahu sebagai wujud kepedulian lingkungan di dusun Bapang Desa Sumbermulyo Kabupaten Jombang. Dari kegiatan sosialisasi pemberdayaan karang taruna ini diharapkan para pemuda dan pemudi dapat ikut menjaga kelestarian lingkungan (sungai) dengan tidak membuang limbah ke sungai dan memanfaatkannya sebagai biogas.

Abstract

Scientific writing is a language skill that requires active thinking ability, and is included in the literacy competence that must be mastered by students. Scientific writing skills can be achieved through concrete and integrated learning activities that involve students actively. This community service activity aims to train students in MAN 3 Jombang to be able to produce scientific writings that are in accordance with applicable writing rules. The stages carried out in this community service activity were socialization, training, and assistance. Monitoring and evaluation are also carried out at each stage. This activity was carried out at MAN 3 Jombang from August 2020 to October 2020. The participants of this activity were 20 people who were class students X, XI, and XII. As many as 90% of participants participated in the activity enthusiastically and were able to produce scientific writing which were included in several national youth scientific writing competitions. The other 10% of participants had not been able to produce scientific papers in accordance with the rules of writing, so that they could not be included in the competition. The follow-up plan for this community service activity is to optimize the extracurricular Youth Scientific Group at the school, so that more students are able to produce good scientific papers.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to remind the results of cognitive learning of learners by making solar system props through youtube. This research used pre-experiment with pretest postest design. The research instruments used are questionnaires andtests. Research data analysis technique is to use quantitative analysis with the help of SPSS. The cognitive learning outcomes of learners increased from an average score of 57.67 to 85.33. This increase is due to the learner's understanding of the differences in characteristics and sizes between planets increased. Based on the results of the test t using SPSS, obtained Sign< 0.05 which is 0.000. It can then be stated that there is a significant difference between the pretest and postes values. In other words, there is an increase in student learning outcomes after the implementation of discovery learning through the manufacture of solar system props

Abstract

The 2013 curriculum prioritizes education in developing student competencies which include knowledge and skills, one of the skills is process skills. The application of process skills with the subject of grade VII, amounting to 15 students in science learning at MTs At-Taufiq Jombang through discovery learning models in independent practicum activities has never been assessed. This study aims to determine the relationship between process skills and student cognitive learning outcomes through the solar system practicum learning. The type of research used in this study is a pre-experimental design with a One-case study, where the test is given after the treatment. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, and questionnaires on the performance of students' process skills. The data obtained were then analyzed statistically using the product moment correlation test formula using SPSS 25. The significant value between process skills and cognitive learning outcomes shows the product moment coefficient value is 0.445. Based on these criteria, the relationship between the two variables is not significant. That is, there is no relationship between process skills and student cognitive learning outcomes. However, if it is seen from the correlation value between process skills and learning outcomes, it is obtained a value of 0.214 which means that the relationship is very low (0.20-0.399)
