Abstract : This study discusses how the ability to write kuatrin the suitability aspect theme, diction and rhyme with the object of class X High School Masmur Sport Pekanbaru. This study aims to (1) Determine the ability to write kuatrin the suitability aspect theme, diction and rhyme with the object. The population in this study were all students of class X High School Masmur Sports Pekanbaru academic year 2013/2014, amounting to 25 people. This is a form of descriptive research is a method that examines the phenomenon under study or a portrait of what it is in accordance with what seemed at the time this study was conducted. Sources of data in this study consisted of poetry kuatrin aspects of the theme, diction and rhyme. Data collection techniques using test technique, which tests writing poetry text. Kuatrin new form of poetry consisting of four lines in each stanza rhyme aa-aa, ab-ab, aa-bb. The stages in the writing of poetry kuatrin are: (1) Students observe the school environment (2) Students write poetry texts based on observations of the school environment. Thus, the text written poems based on his interpretation of the school environment. While the analysis of the data using a method to measure the ability of each student is to provide a score that is adapted to the method of analysis, ie by giving value to the aspect of themes, diction, and rhyme. Based on the results of this study concluded that: (1) the results of these studies demonstrate the ability to write poetry kuatrin class X High School Masmur Sports Pekanbaru being categorized. This is evident from the data obtained. And the lack of interest of students to be interested in writing poetry.Keywords : poetry, kuatrin

Abstract: This study titled Direktive Speech Acts in the Film of the Dreamer By Andrea Hirata. This study aims to analyze the categories and meanings of in the Film Direktive Speech Acts in the Film of the Dreamer By Andrea Hirata. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The object of this research is directive speech acts. The data source that is the object of this research is a speech by a character in the film of the dreamer by Andrea Hirata.The film pemimpi is an Indonesian film released in 2009 which was adapted from the tetralogy of the novel laskar pelangi and directed by Riri Riza with producer Mira Lesmana. The film airs in cinemas in Indonesia starting December 17, 2009. The Dreamer movie is 120 minutes long. The Dreamer will be the opening film at the Jakarta International Film Festival (Jiffest) 2009 on December 4, 2009. The Dreamer is the second best-selling film in 2009 with a total audience of 1.9 million people. To obtain research data the author conducted a library data observation technique in the speech indicated to contain the category and meaning of directive speech acts. The data of this study amounted to 93 data. The results of this study indicate that the first category of directive speech acts in the movie The Dreamer by Andrea Hirata 1) command directive 2) request directive 3) invitation directive 4) counsel directive 5) criticism directive 6) prohibited directive 7) question 8 directive) directive permissives, the two meanings of directive speech acts in the film Sang Pemimpi by Andrea Hirata the meaning of governing, the meaning of instructing, meaning of telling, meaning of begging, meaning requiring, meaning of asking, meaning of inviting, meaning of persuading, meaning of supporting, meaning of seducing, meaning of seducing, meaning of reminding, meaning of advising , meaning directing, meaning appealing, meaning advocating, meaning suggesting, meaning of swearing, meaning of sarcasm, meaning of anger, meaning of rebuking, meaning of preventing, meaning of prohibiting, meaning of asking, and meaning of granting.Key Words: Directive Speech Action, Directive Speech Act Category,Directive Speech Act Meaning

Abstract: This study aims to determine the form and function of parents' directive speech acts against children in the Malay language of Kuansing dialect. This research is a qualitative research description. The subjects in this study were 10 members of the H. Selamet extended family of hamlet III Pebaun Hulu Village, Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The instrument used in this study was to search for, obtain and obtain own data, namely by interviewing, chatting or discussion, and equipped with supporting tools such as recording equipment, and small notebooks. The results of the study have been carried out as a whole of 10 family subjects, there are 2 forms of directive speech acts and 22 directive speech acts functions and each of the forms and functions has been described. The form of directive speech acts consists of 10 data while the directive speech acts function is obtained 101 data suggest. Key Words: Directive Speech Acts, Parent And Child Interactions

ABSTRACTThe school final test standard questionnaire subject Indonesian national aimed at for students as activity measurement and assessment competence of students nationally. A matter containing question or command that must be answered student with the end result of the value. In question are the sentence as information that is ordered. The sentence that used to be effective sentence. The data analysis technique used are by reading question shuttle, identify useful containing word and sentence are not effective, moving into analizing the data which contains the effective sentence and sentence are not effective, explain sentence contains effective sentence and sentence are not effective to find, and finally, summarizing the element of the identity sentence contains effective sentence and sentence are not effective the national standard school final examination subjects in the Indonesian province of Riau. This research is aimed to express, describe, and analyze the data which contains the sentence effective and sentence are not effective the national standard school final examination subjects in the Indonesian province of Riau. Based on the research conducted, the authors conclude that the sentence about the national standard school final examination subjects in the Indonesian province of Riau sentence are not effective. This study can be used as teaching material development in the world of education especially in the field of language and literature particularly effective use of sentences.Key words: analysis, The school final test standard questionnaire subject Indonesian national, province of Riau.

Salah satu jenis alat perhubungan adalah Surat Perjanjian Kerja Sama. Bahasa yang digunakan dalam surat perjanjian kerjasama atau MoU harus menggunakan bahasa Indonesia yang baik dan benar. Namun, kalimat yang tidak efektif ternyata juga dijumpai dalam MoU SDN 1 Bengkalis, padahal surat ini bersifat resmi. Jika dalalam surat perjanjian tersebut menggunakan kalimat yang tidak efektif, maka penafsiran atau pemaknaan dari perjanjian tersebut tidak akan sama dan menimbulkan kesalahpahaman. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitan ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu membaca, mengamati, dan menandai. Teknik analisis data dengan cara mengidentifikasi, menganalisis, menyimpulkan, dan menulis hasil laporan penelitian. Setelah melakukan analisis terhadap kalimat yang dipakai dalam MoU SDN1 Bengkalis, dari 105 kalimat ditemukan 68 data yang tidak memenuhi syarat keefektifan kalimat. Ketidakefektifan kalimat tersebut meliputi ketidaktepatan penalaran sebanyak 5 kasus, ketidaktepatan tata bahasa sebanyak 26 kasus, ketidaktepatan kata sebanyak 5 kasus, dan ketidaktepatan lafal & ejaan sebanyak 32 kasus. Dari hasil temuan ini dapat diketahui bahwa kalimat yang dipakai dalam MoU SDN 1 Bengkalis tidak sepenuhnya efektif, sehingga perlunya perbaikan yang dilakukan untuk menyempurnakan MoU tersebut.

Abstract: Research on the ability to determine the conjunction in compound sentences is a quantitative descriptive study. The reason author examines the use of conjunctions, the first use of conjunctions is very important in oral and written communication, but there are still many people who are wrong and incorrect in using or placing the conjunction in oral and written language. Both of the learning about the use of conjunctions were studied by students of class VIII, research on the ability to determine conjunctions has not been done in Junior High School Budi Dharma Dumai. The focus in this research is, (1) The ability to determine conjunctions in the coordinating sentences of grade VIII students of Junior High School Budi Dharma Dumai, (2) The ability to determine the conjunctions in subordinative sentences of grade VIII students of Junior High School Budi Dharma Dumai, (3) The ability to determine the conjunctions in correlative sentences class VIII students of Junior High School Budi Dharma Dumai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi jenis pola dan menganalisis makna sinestesia dalam novel Kala karya Hujan Mimpi dan Eleftheriaword. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu metode catat, mengidentifikasi hasil data, mencatat kutipan data sebagai analisis. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini dimulai dengan tahap mengidentifikasi data, tahap mengklarifikasi data, tahap menganalisis data, tahap memaparkan data, dan penyimpulan hasil analisis data. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah novel Kala karya Hujan Mimpi dan Eleftheriaword. Novel ini ditulis oleh dua orang (Stefani Bella) dan (Syahid Muhammad). Novel ini terbit pada tahun 2017. Data pada penelitian ini merupakan satuan bahasa yang mengandung sinestesia dalam novel Kala katya Hujan Mimpi dan Eleftheriaword.

This research aims to describe the subject-object position and the writer-reader position regarding the position of women in the novel Terusir by Buya Hamka. This research is qualitative descriptive research. The subject position in this research is the author who tells the reader about a weak and deluded woman. The position of object of this research is the position of a character named Mariah who was divorced and thrown out by her husband because of slander from her husband's family, so she became a prostitute. The data for this research were obtained from an analysis of the novel published by Gema Insani in 2016. The results of this research show the position of a subject-object in the story, where women are weak objects have no power in the household, and are not strong enough to maintain their identity because conditions are increasingly cruel. Meanwhile, the subject position leads readers to sympathize with weak women who should be allowed to defend themselves from the slander they receive, so that they do not have to be divorced and thrown out by their husbands.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) bentuk aktualisasi diri tokoh utama yang terdapat pada novel Bidadari Berbisik karya Asma Nadia, dan (2) apakah ada hambatan yang dialami tokoh utama dalam mewujudkan aktualisasi diri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah novel Bidadari Berbisik karya Asma Nadia. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini melalui teknik dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) identifikasi data, (2) klasifikasi data, (3) penyajian data, dan (4) penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan lima bentuk aktualisasi diri dalam novel Bidadari Berbisik karya Asma Nadia, yakni (1) bentuk kreativitas, (2) bentuk moralitas, (3) bentuk spontanitas, (4) bentuk penerimaan diri, dan (5) bentuk pemecahan masalah. Hambatan yang dialami tokoh utama diidentifikasi melalui empat kebutuhan bertingkat tokoh utama yang terdiri dari, (1) kebutuhan fisiologis, (2) kebutuhan rasa aman, (3) cinta dan memiliki-dimiliki, (4) kebutuhan penghargaan.
