Industri perusahaan penerbangan yang semakin ketat akan persaingan, penyedia jasa tentunya harus mengatur strategi pengelolaan manajemen yang tepat untuk memberikan pelayanan yang baik agar menarik minat konsumen terhadap masing-masing maskapai penerbangan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penanganan yang diberikan oleh PT. DMK Cargo apabila terjadi kehilangan atau kerusakan pada barang saat proses pengiriman dan untuk mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi pada proses tracking di PT. DMK Cargo. Penelitian dilakukan di PT. DMK cargo di Bandar Udara Internasional Adi Soemarmo solo pada Januari 2023. Desain penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan observasi. Kehilangan atau kerusakan pada barang yang sedang dalam proses pengiriman dan adanya ketidakcocokan antara fisik dan aktual barang yang ada pada sistem saat melakukan proses tracking. Staf operasional berperan penting dalam menunjang kegiatan operasional yang ada di PT. DMK Cargo yang berhubungan langsung dengan proses pengiriman barang yang akan dilakukan proses tracking. PT. DMK Cargo melakukan konfirmasi secara langsung kepada pihak airline untuk meminta surat BA (berita acara) agar mempermudah pelacakan terhadap barang dengan menggunakan proses tracking. Untuk mengatasi hal ini pihak perusahaan selalu melakukan konfirmasi atau koordinasi ke pihak airline dari daerah awal barang sampai dengan tujuan akhir barang tersebut diterima. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk efektifitas penggunaan Cisco Packet Tracer dalam pelatihan kepada mahasiswa melalui simulasi jaringan komputer dan bagaimana cara menggunakan perangkat router yang dapat dipraktekkan lewat simulasi. Pada penelitian ini difokuskan pada perangkat jaringan yaitu router, dimana peranan router sangat penting bila ingin menggabungkan lebih dari satu jaringan komputer yang berbeda. Sehingga mahasiswa dapat memahami bagaimana cara melewatkan paket data komunikasi antar jaringan komputer yang berbeda.

Cloud computing telah menjadi salah satu teknologi utama yang digunakan oleh berbagai organisasi untuk meningkatkan efesiensi operasional dan skalabilitas. Adopsi cloud computing juga membawa tantangan signifikan dalam hal keamanan data dan infrastruktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis ancaman utama yang sering terjadi dalam lingkungan cloud computing seperti serangan siber, kehilangan data dan akses tidak sah. Metode penelitian mencakup kajian literatur yang mendalam dan analisi studi kasus terkait insiden keamanan pada penyedia layanan cloud, dengan metode mitigasi seperti enkripsi, sistem deteksi dan respon ancaman. Studi kasus dan simulasi keamanan menggunakan AWS.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Functional Security Equipment on the Performance of Aviation Security Unit Officers at Adi Soemarmo Boyolali International Airport to be able to improve the performance of human resources in order to realize flight security and safety. This research was conducted at Adi Soemarmo Boyolali International Airport from 05 December 2022 to 05 January 2023. The data collection method used in this study was a quantitative method. The population in this study were all Aviation Security unit officers at Adi Soemarmo Boyolali International Airport, totaling 80 respondents and the sampling technique used in this study was Simple Random Sampling and the analytical tool used in this study was simple linear regression. The results of the regression test show that the functional variable of security equipment has a positive effect on the performance of aviation security unit officers and the results of hypothesis testing indicate that the functional variable of security equipment has a significant effect on the performance of aviation security unit officers. The results of the determination test produce an adjusted R square value in the regression model obtained at 0.766. This indicates that 76.6% of the variation in the magnitude of the variation in performance variable changes can be explained by the functional variable of safety equipment and the results of the partial test show a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. This proves that the functional security equipment has an effect on performance. Keywords : functional security equipment, performance.

Abstrak Promosi merupakan strategi perusahaan untuk memasarkan produknya dengan tujuan menarik minat konsumen dalam menggunakan produk atau jasa yang ditawarkan, dalam melakukan kegiatan promosi perusahaan penerbangan terutama maskapai Citilink menempatkan target dalam kegiatan promosinya baik dari terget penjualan dari ajang promosi, sedangkan konsumen adalah target bagi perusahaan maskapai yang mana konsumen dapat menjadi penentu berhasil atau gagalnya sebuah sistem pemasaran yang telah digunakan perusahaan dalam memasarkan produknya. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Mengetahui pengaruh promosi maskapai Citilink terhadap minat beli penumpang di Bandar Udara Internasional Supadio Pontianak. 2) Mengetahui seberapa pengaruh promosi maskapai Citilink terhadap minat beli penumpang di Bandar Udara Internasional Supadio Pontianak. Penelitian ini dilakukan penyebaran kuesioner secara online dan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan Analisis Deskriptif, Uji Regresi Linear Sederhana, Uji t dan Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Diketahui dari hasil penelitian bahwa pengaruh promosi maskapai Citilink berpengaruh terhadap minat beli penumpang di Bandar Udara Supadio Pontianak. Berdasarkan analisis Uji Uji Regresi Linear Sederhana diketahui bahwa nilai konstanta sebesar 12,703 yaitu variabel minat beli penumpang dengan hasil koefisien regresi variabel promosi maskapai sebesar 0,52. Uji t sebesar 5,569>2,024 (ttabel) dengan nilai signifikansi diperoleh sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian menunjukan arah yang positif dan signifikan. Variabel promosi maskapai mempengaruhi minat beli penumpang sebesar 44% dan sisanya 56% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Kata Kunci: Promosi Maskapai, Minat Beli Penumpang, Bandar Udara Supadio Pontianak. Abstract Promotion is a company strategy to market the products with aim of attracting consumers to use the products or services offered, in carrying out promotional activities for airlines, especially Citilink airlines, the place targets in their promotional activities, both from sales targets from promotional events, while consumers are targets for airline companies where consumers can be determinant of the success or failure of marketing system that has been used by the company in marketing they products. This research has aim of knowing: 1) Knowing the effect of Citilink airline promotions on the buying interest of passengers at Pontianak Supadio International Airport. 2) Knowing how much influence Citilink airline promotions have on passenger buying interest at Supadio Pontianak International Airport. This research was conducted by distributing online questionnaires and using quantitative methods with descriptive analysis, simple linear regression test, t-test and the coefficient of determination (R2). knowing from the results of the study that the influence of Citilink airline promotions affects the buying interest of passengers at Pontianak Supadio Airport. Based on the analysis of the Simple Linear Regression Test, it is known that the constant value is 12.703, namely the passenger buying interest variable with the result of airline promotion variable regression coefficient of 0.52. The t-test is 5.569>2.024 (t table) with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Based on the test results showed a positive and significant direction. The airline promotion variable affects the purchase intention of passengers by 44% and the remaining 56% is influenced by other factors. Domestic Incoming Cargo Handling is more complex than Domestic Outgoing Cargo Handling. Domestic Incoming Cargo Handling is where domestic goods are unloaded from the plane and then taken to the cargo terminal to be checked one by one by officers and after that they will be taken to the storage warehouse until the customer picks up the goods. the item. However, to pick up these goods there are conditions that must be met, such as bringing an air bill of lading (SMU), an identity card from the customer. However, in the process of handling incoming domestic cargo, there are still obstacles such as unpredictable weather factors which hinder the release of goods, missing quarantine documents and causing officers to replace new quarantine documents.
