A depressive disorder is a serious mental problem characterized by feelings of anxiety and sadness. Depressive disorders have increased from year to year, where the total number of people living with depression in the world is 322 million, this is supported by WHO 2017 data. Generally, someone in a depressed state experiences feelings of sadness, anxiety, or emptiness, and the impact that is caused if depression is not treated immediately, it will have an impact on oneself such as low self-esteem, social isolation, and even suicide attempts. Besides that, it will also have an impact on the people around it. The purpose of this study is to know the description of the level of depression in prisoners in Class II A Penitentiary in Bulukumba Regency in 2020. The research design used in this study is a descriptive research design with a cross-sectional approach. The affordable population in this study were inmates with all cases totaling 194 people with a sample size of 85 respondents. The sampling technique using a systematic random sampling method selects a sample from the population systematically. Data were collected using a questionnaire sheet. Based on the results of the research conducted, it was shown that the frequency distribution of the level of depression of the 85 prisoner respondents experienced mild depression as many as 64 respondents (75.3%) then moderate depression was 14 respondents (16.5%) and 7 respondents (8.2%) were not depressed. In all cases, the depression level of prisoners in class II A prisons in Bulukumba district experienced mild depression. Researchers suggest that further the sample size can be added so that data collection is more accurate and can be linked to other variables that can cause depression

According to data from the 2014 Bulukumba health service, there were 6,355 people with hypertension and in 2016 there were 10,430 people and there were 11,714 blood pressure measurements, this hypertension increased every year. The purpose of this study is to know the factors that influence the incidence of hypertension in the elderly. Research design with 'Cross-sectional' 'the population in this study were elderly in the working area of the Herlang Public Health Center many as 120 respondents, the sample in this study amounted to 62 respondents take by using a Multivariate formula, data analysis using the result of this study indicates using the chi-square test with the value (p = 0.027), which men that there is an effect of smoking on the incidence of hypertension. And the consumption of salt with values (p = 0.012), which means there is an influence of salt consumption on the incidence of hypertension and lack of physical activity obtained values (p = 0.012) which means there is an influence on the incidence of hypertension in the elderly. The conclusion of this research is' there is an influence between smoking, consuming salts and lack of physical activity in the working area of the Herlang Public Health Center. It is suggested that the results of this study can be used as scientific reading material in the library and can also be used as reference material for students who examine the problem.

Pulmonary tuberculosis is a direct infectious disease caused by TB (Mycobacterium Tuberculosis) bacteria. The level of compliance with the use of pulmonary TB drugs is very important and requires a long time that is 6-8 months, because if treatment is not carried out regularly or is not compliant and does not correspond to the specified time then there will be resistance (resistance) of tuberculosis germs against drugs Widespread Anti Tuberculosis (OAT) or Multi Drugs Resistance (MDR). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between motivation, attitudes, the role of supervisors taking medication (PMO) in TB sufferers. The design of the study used an Analytical Observational design using the Cross-Sectional approach. The population in this study were all TB sufferers in Bulukumba District with a sampling technique using cluster sampling. The number of samples in this study were 60 respondents. Data were obtained through questionnaire sheets made by researchers to respondents. Data analysis used Fisher's alternative Chi-square Test, with significance level α = 0.05. The results of the data analysis show that the motivation variable p = 0.023, the attitude variable p = 0.012, and the role of the supervisor for taking medication (PMO) p = 0.017. So it can be concluded that there is a relationship between motivation, attitude, the role of supervisors taking medication (PMO) with adherence to taking medication in TB patients in Bulukumba Regency.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2015 had 42 million children who were overweight. This figure rose to 31 million from 2000. Obesity adolescents tend to have an impact on learning achievement and their health. The purpose of this study was students in senior high school 3 Bulukumba. 265 respondents sampling technique used consecutive sampling technique this type of research is an analytical study with a cross-sectional approach. The test used for the relationship of obesity whit student achievement is the fisher’s exact test while the test used for the relationship of parental work with student achievement is the Kolmogorov Smirnov test. The results of the study are respondents with type 1 obesity with good achievement scores of 27 respondents (87.1%) and achievement scores of less than 4 respondents (12.9%). While respondents with type 2 obesity with good performance scores were 9 respondents (56.2%) and achievement scores were less than 7 respondents. And the work of parents as PNS with a good achievement value of 15 respondents (93.8%) and less achievement scores of 1 respondent (1.6%). While respondents with the work of parents as entrepreneurs with good achievement scores of 10 respondents (55.6%) and achievement scores of less than 8 respondents (44.4%). Then the work of parents as farmers with good performance scores as many as 11 respondents. While the achievement score is less than 2 respondents (3.8%). The conclusion of this study is there's is a relationship of obesity with the achievement of students in senior high school 3 Bulukumba between parental work and the achievement of students in high school 3 Bulukumba. As for the suggestion in this study can add library references and student insights on Sitekes Panrita Husada Bulukumba.

Nursing as a science that continues to develop, both due to external pressure and because of internal pressure nursing. One of the problems faced by Indonesian nurses in the health service system is the low standard of reward which can have an impact on nurse performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of rewarding with work motivation of nurses in the Inpatient Room of H. Andi Sulthan Daeng Radja Hospital in Bulukumba Regency, with total sampling taking 48 respondents.This research is a quantitative study using an analytic observational design using a cross-sectional study approach. The results of bivariate fisher analysis showed that the value of the p-value was 0.028 p (<0.05). The value of 0.028 is below the alpha value (0.05), thus there is a relationship between giving rewards with work motivation of nurses.Then it was concluded that there was a relationship between rewarding and work motivation for honorary nurses in the inpatient room of H. Andi Sulthan Daeng Radja Hospital in Bulukumba Regency. Based on the results of the study it is expected to the Hospital to provide more appropriate rewards or awards to improve better nursing services.

National competency test is one of the effective ways to improve the educational process and management of achieving competency relevance in accordance with the competency standards required by the community. Data obtained at the Panrita Husada College of Health Sciences Bulukumba Nurse Profession in taking the 2014 Competency Test average GPA of 3.94 with a competency test reaching 62.9%, then in 2015 an average GPA of 3.73 with a competency test graduation 48.6% and in 2016 with an average GPA of 3.75 passing the competency test is decreasing at 35.7%. And it can be concluded that from year to year the passing of competency tests has decreased. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between academic achievement and the graduation of the Nursing Professional Competency test for Stikes Panrita Husada Bulukumba. This study uses a cross-sectional design. The sample of this study was 155 respondents with a population of 155 professional students of Stikes Panrita Husada Bulukumba. The analysis used was univariate and bivariate analysis using statistical tests of alternative unpaired T-test Mann Whitney with a significance level (α = 0.05). The results showed that based on the results of statistical analysis using the Mann Whitney test, the value of p = 0.001 <α = 0.05 based on the final results can be concluded that there is a relationship between academic achievement with the passing of the Competency Test for Nurses Stikes Panrita Husada Bulukumba. The conclusion in this study is the academic achievement of competent Ners Stikes Panrita Husada Bulukumba students has a higher number than those who are not competent. More competency tests passed and those that did not. There is a difference in the proportion between academic achievement who passed the Ners Stikes Panrita Husada Bulukumba professional competency test.

One form of mobilization that can be given is by doing ROM exercises. Muscle strength in stroke patients can be done immediately through ROM exercises after a stroke has passed. The impact of ROM exercises that are not immediately performed in stroke patients as early as possible is the occurrence of muscle cell atrophy, joint stiffness, decreased muscle contraction, pain during movement and as a whole will result in the inability to move or activity. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of Range Of Exercise Motion (ROM) Against the Level of Mobility of Stroke Patients in the Seruni and Flamboyant Treatment Room of H. Andi Sulthan Hospital, Daeng Radja Bulukumba. This type of research is quantitative research, this type of research uses pre-experimental research, with one group research design pre and posttest design. The sample of this study were 30 respondents taken by purposive sampling method. Data analysis in this study used a statistical test dependent test (paired-sample t-test). The results of the analysis used a paired sample t-test with a level of confidence (α = 0.05). Based on the results of this test, the p-value is 0.007, thus p <α (0.007 <0.05), then Ha is accepted. This study concludes that there is the effect of Range of Motion (ROM) Exercise on the Mobility Level of Stroke Patients in the Seruni and Flamboyant Treatment Room of H. Andi Sulthan Daeng Radja Bulukumba Hospital. Suggestion: It is expected to be able to add information and input for health workers to improve the quality of health services provided and is expected to also provide benefits to the public in terms of information about the importance of the range of motion (ROM) training on the level of mobility of stroke patients

Professional Nursing Practice Model (MPKP) is a method of comprehensive nursing care in providing quality nursing care. This study aims to investigate the correlation between the implementation of the professional nursing practice model and the work satisfaction rate of the working nurses at the MPKP room of the Regional Hospital of Lasinrang in Pinrang. The study is analytically observational with a cross-sectional design. The subject (n=124) are practicing nurses in the inpatient ward of Lasinrang Regional Hospital of Pinrang. The sample was selected employing a systematic random sampling technique. The data were obtained with a questionnaire distribution and observation checklist and the data were analyzed with univariate and bivariate measures. The chi-square test proves that the operand (p=0.000), pre-Competence (p=0.000), competence (p=0.000), competence case (p=0.164), and round (p=0.164) on the work satisfaction rate of the working nurses. This implies that there is a significant correlation the operand evaluation, pre-conference, post-conference, and the work satisfaction rate of the working nurses for the value of p<0.05 but no significant correlation between case competency evaluation as well as round and the work satisfaction of the nurses with p>0.05.

Depression is an affective disorder, which is generally characterized by loss of interest or excitement, reduced energy so that it is easily tired and reduced activity. Depression can occur in anyone and at any period. Depression disorders have increased from year to year this is supported by data, the World Health Organization WHO which states depression is a common disease that occurs in the world, there are about 264 million people who suffer from depression that increases from year to year about 76-85%. The goal is to identify the level of depression in drug inmates in The Correctional Institution Class II A Bulukumba Method used in this study is a descriptive design, which aims to get an overview of the level of depression in drug case inmates in The Correctional Institution Class II A Bulukumba. The affordable population in this study was inmates with drug cases, as many as 141 drug case inmates in the correctional institution Kls II A Bulukumba. The large sample in this study was 85 people. The researchers found results from 85 respondents (100%) obtained results for the highest depressed proposri is mild depression with the number of 55 (64.7%), while the lowest respondents who do not megalami depression with the number of 14 (16.5%). The conclusion of this study is that there is a picture of the level of depression of drug case inmates in the correctional institution class II A Bulukumba. And researchers suggest that the results of this study can be used as a material to increase insights in the field of research as well as increase knowledge about depression and drug cases at the Correctional Institution Class II A Bulukumba.

Latar Belakang: Penyakit Coronavirus (COVID-19 ) merupakan masalah Kesehatan serius di dunia pada akhir Tahun 2019. Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia (WHO) menyatakan bahwa Penyakit COVID-19 dikategorikan sebagai pandemi global. Pemerintah Indonesia melakukan berbagai upaya untuk meningkatkan penanganan COVID-19, untuk mengendalikan transmisi COVID-19 dengan melakukan skrining massif, melakukan pembatasan sosial dan karantina diri. Tindakan penanggulangan COVID-19 masih tetap berlanjut sampai saat ini, dibutuhkan kepatuhan masyarakat terhadap langkah-langkah upaya yang dilakukan, yang sebagian besar dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan, sikap, dan tindakan masyarakat terhadap COVID-19. Tujuan : Mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan, sikap, perilaku dan penilaian risiko masyarakat di Kabupaten Bulukumba selama Pandemi Covid 19. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel adalah masyarakat Di Kabupaten Bulukumba sebanyak 725 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Cluster random sampling. Hasil: Hasil analisa data univariat diperoleh sebagian masyarakat memiliki pengetahuan selama pandemi COVID-19 adalah berpengetahuan baik yaitu sejumlah 336 orang 46,3%), sebagian besar sikap masyarakat Selama Pandemic COVID-19 adalah sikap positif yaitu sejumlah 356 orang (49,1%), sebagian perilaku masyarakat Selama Pandemic COVID-19 adalah tindakan baik yaitu sejumlah 304 orang (41.9%). Dan penilaian risiko sedang yaitu sejumlah 359 orang (49,5%) Kesimpulan : Sebagian masyarakat di Kabupaten Bulukumba memiliki pengetahuan yang baik, sikap yang positif dan perilaku yang baik serta penilaian risiko sedang sebagai upaya untuk mencegah terjadinya penularan COVID-19
