Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the role of the National Board of Zakat (Badan Amil Zakat Nasional/ Baznas) in empowering women in Indonesia, using a contextualization approach to the philosophy of empowerment. Women's empowerment is a crucial strategic issue for sustainable development because women are essential in various social, economic, and cultural aspects. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study method, which involves data analysis from Baznas annual reports, policy documents, and in-depth interviews with managers of Central Baznas, West Java Baznas, and Bengkulu Baznas. The findings have indicated that the women's empowerment program carried out by Baznas focuses on increasing women's economic capacity through entrepreneurship training, business capital assistance, and business assistance. Apart from that, Baznas also pays attention to women's education and health as an integral part of the empowerment program. This study has concluded that the women's empowerment philosophy implemented by Baznas reflects the values of social justice, active participation, and desire. The implementation of Baznas programs has had a positive impact on improving the quality of life of women, especially among the poor and elderly. However, there are still challenges that must be overcome, such as limited resources and program accessibility. Therefore, collaboration with various stakeholders and more innovative and inclusive development strategies are needed to increase the effectiveness of women’s empowerment programs in the future. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (Baznas) dalam pemberdayaan perempuan di Indonesia, dengan pendekatan kontekstualisasi filosofi pemberdayaan. Pemberdayaan perempuan merupakan isu strategis yang krusial bagi pembangunan berkelanjutan karena mereka memiliki peran penting dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan sosial, ekonomi, dan budaya. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, yang melibatkan analisis data dari laporan tahunan Baznas, dokumen kebijakan, serta wawancara mendalam dengan pengelola Baznas Pusat, Baznas Jawa Barat, dan Baznas Bengkulu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pemberdayaan perempuan yang dilakukan oleh Baznas berfokus pada peningkatan kapasitas ekonomi perempuan melalui pelatihan kewirausahaan, bantuan modal usaha, dan pendampingan bisnis. Selain itu, Baznas juga memperhatikan aspek pendidikan dan kesehatan perempuan sebagai bagian integral dari program pemberdayaan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa filosofi pemberdayaan perempuan yang diterapkan oleh Baznas mencerminkan nilai-nilai keadilan sosial, partisipasi aktif, dan keberlanjutan. Implementasi program-program Baznas telah memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kualitas hidup perempuan, terutama di kalangan masyarakat miskin dan lanjut usia. Namun demikian, masih terdapat tantangan yang harus diatasi, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya dan aksesibilitas program. Karena itu, kolaborasi dengan berbagai pemangku kepentingan serta pengembangan strategi yang lebih inovatif dan inklusif diperlukan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas program pemberdayaan perempuan di masa depan.

Abstract

Character education has become a central concern in the development of quality human resources, particularly in Islamic educational institutions where the integration of religious and disciplinary values is essential. However, the effectiveness of strategies implemented by teachers in cultivating these values often faces challenges related to students’ diverse backgrounds, the boarding school environment, and institutional resources. This study aims to analyze the strategies implemented by Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in cultivating religious and disciplinary character values of class XI students at MAN Insan Cendekia Bengkulu Tengah, as well as identifying factors that influence the implementation of these strategies. This type of research uses a qualitative approach with the methods of in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies, this research examines the holistic and integrated practice of character education in a boarding school environment. The results showed that PAI teachers implement various strategies that are mutually sustainable. To cultivate religious character, the strategies include scheduling and special attendance of worship practices, utilization of educational rules and sanctions, giving additional practice tasks, intensive coaching in the dormitory, exemplary PAI teachers (uswatun hasanah), and utilization of learning media and technology. Meanwhile, to cultivate the character of discipline, PAI teachers implemented the enforcement of school rules and regulations, the provision of sanctions and rewards, supervision and guidance in the dormitory, and the implementation of the parenting program. The implementation of these strategies is influenced by various factors, both supporting and inhibiting. Supporting factors include active support from parents, competence and professionalism of PAI teachers, conducive school environment, availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure, and students’ intrinsic motivation and awareness.

Abstract

This study aims to develop psychological well-being (PWB) module for prospective Early Childhood Education (ECE) teachers using Thiagarajan 4D Model, namely define, design, development and dissemination. The module was validated by material, design, and language experts, then tested for practicality and effectiveness on 43 ECE students. This study adopted the pre-experimental design with type one group pretest-posttest and the instruments used were validation questionnaire and psychological well-being scale from Ryff. Module was declared valid with average expert and practicality test scores of 96.05%, and 90.12%, respectively. Furthermore, the effectiveness test was carried out using a paired sample t-test and obtained score of .001 (t <.05), showing that module was effective in improving psychological well-being of prospective ECE teachers. This module can be used by prospective ECE teachers to develop psychological well-being and prepared to become professional teachers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan: 1.Faktor Apakah yang menyebabkan terjadinya perilaku ghasab dikalangan santri putri Pondok pesantren. 2. Bagaimana strategi yang dilakukan oleh pimpinan Pondok pesantren dalam menanggulangi perilaku ghasab. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Untuk validasi data peneliti menggunakan sampel Snow Ball dan menggunakan teknik triangulasi untuk mengumpulkan data-data yang ada di lapangan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa; Faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya perilaku ghasab di kalangan santri putri Pondok pesantren ada dua yaitu faktor Internal diantaranya; 1).Kebiasaan (Habit), 2). Lemahnya Kesadaran Santri Untuk Tidak Melakukan Perilaku Ghasab, 3). Menganggap Remeh Tindakan Ghasab, 4). Santri Memiliki Penyakit Kleptomania. Selanjutnya faktor eksternal diantaranya; 1). Pola Interaksi Santri Yang Terlalu Dekat, 2). Membudayanya Perilaku Ghasab Di Lingkungan Pesantren, 3). Kualitas Pendidik Yang Kurang Terjaga, 4). Kurang Maksimalnya Pembinaan Akhlak Yang Dilakukan. Kemudian strategi yang dilakukan oleh Pimpinan Pondok pesantren Dalam Menanggulangi Perilaku Ghasab diantaranya; Strategi Preventif yaitu; 1). Pekan Ta’aruf Santri, 2). Pengelompokkan Santri Berdasarkan Latar Belakang, 3). Pengawasan Berjenjang, 4). Mading Aturan, Selanjutnya Strategi Represif yaitu; 1). Apabila melakukan pelanggaran sebanyak satu kali, maka akan diberi sanksi teguran. 2). Apabila melakukan pelanggaran sebanyak dua kali, maka akan diberi sanksi penugasan hafalan atau menulis atau membersihkan musholah/masjid, membawa satu sak semen. 3). Apabila melakukan pelanggaran sebanyak tiga kali, maka akan diberi sanksi pemanggilan orang tua. Dan 4). Apabila melakukan pelanggran sebanyak empat kali, maka akan dikeluarkan dari pondok.

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative type with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Research informants included: Kyai Ponpes Salafiyah Sentot Alibasya, Pondok Caretaker, male students and female students. The data analysis technique uses the Narrative Analysis Technique which is carried out by collecting data describing events or occurrences and then compiling it into a story using a storyline. The results of this thesis research are: 1. The mental health of children at the Salafiyah Sentot Alibasya Bengkulu Islamic boarding school as a whole is not the same, but the system implemented by the Islamic boarding school to handle problems that arise is very good. Like the actions taken to deal with new students so that they are willing to open up and obey existing regulations, this cannot be separated from the role of the santri guardians who follow the development of the students through meetings held by the Islamic boarding school. 2. The strategy implemented by the Sentot Alibasya Bengkulu Salafiyah Islamic boarding school is appropriate to deal with the students with the problems they face. For students who violate the rules that have been set, the boarding school administrators are ready with the appropriate punishment to be given to the students. By holding dormitory cleaning activities, weekly activities every Friday night after the Maghrib prayer congregation, followed by reading Yasin and Tahlil and after that reading the Barzanji Prayers, the researchers saw that this was the right strategy for the students to be able to maintain their mental health. 3. Supporting factors for the mental health of students at the Salafiyah Sentot Alibasya Islamic boarding school can be seen from the readiness of the boarding school caregivers in handling any problems posed by the students, besides that, there is support from the guardians of the students for the progress of the Islamic boarding school. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor in implementing the boarding school caregiver's strategy in maintaining the mental health of students lies in the various characters of the students, where not all students commit violations not only once but more than once and the factors that encourage them to commit these violations have various motives. Keywords: Strategy, Islamic Boarding School Caregivers, Mental Health

Abstract

Parental anxiety increased during the covid 19 pandemic in 2019, many parents had to go more extra to look after and care for their children at home. Parents become irrational in thinking, their emotions become unstable which results in miscommunication and misunderstanding with children. Thus this research aims to uncover concepts and applications of parenting from the perspective of modern-era stoicism that can answer the problem of anxiety in parents today in realizing calm and happiness. Through  Research Library and methods Content Analysis the author uses a cognitive psychology approach and a philosophical approach model on actual problems. The results of study include an explanation of application of parenting from the perspective of modern-era stoicism, which are self-control and emotion, focus on what is controlled, trichotomy of control, educating children with calm wisdom and being grateful, foster children's social relations, understand about loss or death, and find peace of self.

Abstract

Tujuan pendidikan seks menurut Islam adalah dalam rangka untu melindungi kehormatan dan keselamatan juga kesucian diri anak di tengah-tengah masyarakat. Menurut psikologi mengenalkan pendidikan seks sedini mungkin untuk anak lebih baik. Islam sebenarnya sudah menjelaskan tentang pendidikan seks dalam al-Qur'an dan As-Sunnah. Dimana dijelaskan bahwa pendidikan seks jangan lagi dianggap sebagai sesuatu yang tabu oleh karenanya perlu dimulai pengenalannya sejak dini. Hal penting yang harus diingat saat memberikan pendidikan seks adalah sesuai dengan usia dan tingkat kecerdasan anak. Dalam tulisan ini akan dipaparkan beberapa cara mengajarkan pendidikan seks persfketif psikologi Islam yang merujuk kepada al-Qur’an dan Hadis.
