Abstract

This research aims to describe the wali mujbir concept according to Imam Shafi'i in the book of al-Umm, then analyze the maqasid sharia in it and the relevance of its application in the modern era. This type of research is qualitative in the form of normative legal research using library research methods. Source data was taken through documentation. As for data analysis, it was used as thematic and inductive with a historical and philosophical approach. The research results concluded that the wali's right to ijbar, according to Imam Shafi'i is the father's right to force his daughter to marry or forbid her daughter from marrying a man as a form of protection and responsibility under certain conditions. Wali mujbir are divided into two groups: (a) for girls who are not yet adults, their father has the absolute right to ijbar without having to ask for his consent; (b) for adult girls who are 15 years old or have already had a period, although her father can marry her off without asking for her consent. There is a recommendation to consult with the girl, although this recommendation is optional. In the view of the maqasid sharia, the walis's ijbar aims to safeguard the interests of the girl child so that she can obtain an equal husband, maintain the religious quality of the girl and her future offspring, safeguard her welfare, safeguard her safety from potential abuse by her future husband, and maintain the good quality of offspring from a healthy husband, and complete with all five senses. By holistically understanding the wali's ijbar rights according to the context, the implementation of wali mujbir remains current and relevant to the dynamics of modern society.

Abstract

Abstrak Fenomena childfree yang semakin marak terjadi hingga kini masih memancing pro dan kontra. Beberapa Ulama Nusantara menentangnya dengan keras namun justru Dar al-Ifta’ Mesir –sebagai lembaga fatwa yang sering menjadi rujukan internasional– memperbolehkannya. Maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau argumen dan pandangan yang diberikan; seperti bagaimana proses pembolehan tersebut dijelaskan dalam fatwa yang dikeluarkan, kemudian juga disertai analisis penulis untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai Maqashid Syariah yang terkandung di dalamnya. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah, pembolehan perkawinan childfree berlaku hanya untuk personal dan atas kesepakatan suami-istri berdua yang berlandaskan kemaslahatan bersama. Pembolehan tersebut diqiyaskan dengan pembolehan ‘azl. Meski demikian, memiliki anak tetaplah menjadi anjuran utama berdasarkan banyaknya dalil yang mendukung. Adapun nilai Maqashid Syariah yang terkandung di dalam fatwa ialah adanya aspek al-kulliiyyat al-khamsah yang ditelisik dari faktor/alasan yang mendasari keputusan untuk childfree tersebut, yaitu: hifz an-nafs, an-nasl, dan al-mal. Sedangkan tanggapan dari penulis bahwa pembolehan childfree tersebut cukup dimaknai sebagai rukhsah bagi yang memiliki uzur syar’i, bukan dijadikan dalih/pembenaran dengan alasan pribadi. Sehingga pasangan yang tidak memiliki alasan dharuriy tidak diperbolehkan untuk childfree. Kata Kunci: Childfree, Maqashid Syariah, Dar al-Ifta’ Mesir

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategies used by Al-Qur'an Hadith teachers in providing understanding of vocabulary using Crossword Puzzle media, to determine the learning process of Al-Qur'an Hadith using Crossword Puzzle media, and to determine the evaluation of Al-Qur'an Hadith teachers' strategies in providing understanding of vocabulary using Crossword Puzzle media for fifth grade students of Al-Qur'aniyah Elementary School, South Bengkulu. This study is a descriptive qualitative study. MI Al-Qur'aniyah, South Bengkulu, conducted this study. The research data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that teachers utilise crossword puzzle media to make learning more engaging, thereby enabling students to better understand and retain the vocabulary of the Al-Qur'an. By using Crossword Puzzle media, teachers can develop students' creativity in understanding and applying the Qur'anic vocabulary in different contexts. Research indicates that the use of Crossword Puzzle media can enhance students' learning outcomes in the Qur'an and Hadith subjects. The strategy employed by Al-Qur'an Hadith teachers at MI Al-Qur'aniyah involves creating learning devices and lesson plans through lecture, discussion, and Q&A methods. In the evaluation of the learning process using inquiry strategies and crossword puzzle media, the following aspects: 1) Student involvement. 2) Critical thinking skills. 3) Creativity. 4) Collaboration

Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the role of the National Board of Zakat (Badan Amil Zakat Nasional/ Baznas) in empowering women in Indonesia, using a contextualization approach to the philosophy of empowerment. Women's empowerment is a crucial strategic issue for sustainable development because women are essential in various social, economic, and cultural aspects. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study method, which involves data analysis from Baznas annual reports, policy documents, and in-depth interviews with managers of Central Baznas, West Java Baznas, and Bengkulu Baznas. The findings have indicated that the women's empowerment program carried out by Baznas focuses on increasing women's economic capacity through entrepreneurship training, business capital assistance, and business assistance. Apart from that, Baznas also pays attention to women's education and health as an integral part of the empowerment program. This study has concluded that the women's empowerment philosophy implemented by Baznas reflects the values of social justice, active participation, and desire. The implementation of Baznas programs has had a positive impact on improving the quality of life of women, especially among the poor and elderly. However, there are still challenges that must be overcome, such as limited resources and program accessibility. Therefore, collaboration with various stakeholders and more innovative and inclusive development strategies are needed to increase the effectiveness of women’s empowerment programs in the future. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (Baznas) dalam pemberdayaan perempuan di Indonesia, dengan pendekatan kontekstualisasi filosofi pemberdayaan. Pemberdayaan perempuan merupakan isu strategis yang krusial bagi pembangunan berkelanjutan karena mereka memiliki peran penting dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan sosial, ekonomi, dan budaya. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, yang melibatkan analisis data dari laporan tahunan Baznas, dokumen kebijakan, serta wawancara mendalam dengan pengelola Baznas Pusat, Baznas Jawa Barat, dan Baznas Bengkulu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pemberdayaan perempuan yang dilakukan oleh Baznas berfokus pada peningkatan kapasitas ekonomi perempuan melalui pelatihan kewirausahaan, bantuan modal usaha, dan pendampingan bisnis. Selain itu, Baznas juga memperhatikan aspek pendidikan dan kesehatan perempuan sebagai bagian integral dari program pemberdayaan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa filosofi pemberdayaan perempuan yang diterapkan oleh Baznas mencerminkan nilai-nilai keadilan sosial, partisipasi aktif, dan keberlanjutan. Implementasi program-program Baznas telah memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kualitas hidup perempuan, terutama di kalangan masyarakat miskin dan lanjut usia. Namun demikian, masih terdapat tantangan yang harus diatasi, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya dan aksesibilitas program. Karena itu, kolaborasi dengan berbagai pemangku kepentingan serta pengembangan strategi yang lebih inovatif dan inklusif diperlukan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas program pemberdayaan perempuan di masa depan.

Abstract

Islamic teachings explain comprehensively how to purify, clean the body and the environment from uncleanness, and to use water and other washing media in a measured manner. In the concept of Islamic theory, this purification activity is known as thahârah. Due to the wide transmission of the Corona Virus Disease 2019 or Covid-19 throughout the world, this article offered preventive measures to restrain the spread of Covid-19 by practicing thahârah consistently based on a fiqh perspective. This study employed literary research method which traced a number of books by Islamic scholars related to the thahârah or purification procedures. After the data was collected, the analysis was carried out by analyzing, processing, and interpreting the data into a conclusion. The results revealed that in addition to eliminating hadats, dirt, and impurity, thahârah activities such as wudhu, tayamum, titual bathing, and teeth brushing benefit for physical and spiritual health. If thahârah is practiced consistently; as a cleaning up routine activity, it will diminish the spread of Covid 19. Instead of just washing hands, for instance, it is recommended to do wudhu even if it is not for praying. Viruses sticking to the hands and face will be washed away and disappear if a person performs wudhu properly according to the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad.  The research has shown that wudhu contains tremendous benefits for health as it can stimulate energy in the body and improve blood circulation. Ajaran Islam secara rinci menjelaskan bagaimana bersuci, membersihkan badan dan lingkungan dari najis, dan bagaimana menggunakan air dan media pencuci lainnya dengan terukur. Aktivitas bersuci tersebut dalam konsep Islam disebut thahârah. Sehubungan dengan telah menyebarnya virus Corona 2019 atau Covid-19  yang melanda ke seluruh dunia, artikel ini menawarkan upaya tindakan preventif pencegahan tertularnya Covid-19 dengan membudayakan thahârah  secara konsisten berdasarkan perspektif fikih. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literary research, yakni menelusuri sejumlah buku-buku karya ulama Islam yang berhubungan dengan thahârah atau tatacara bersuci menurut fikih Islam. Setelah data terkumpul, dilakukan analisis dengan mengkalisifikasi, mengolah, dan menginterpretasi data menjadi suatu kesimpulan. Dari hasil analisis tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa selain bertujuan menghilangkan hadas, kotoran, dan najis, kegiatan thahârah seperti wudhu, tayamum, mandi, dan bersiwak bermanfaat untuk kesehatan jasmani dan rohani. Jika aktivitas thahârah ini dibudayakan secara konsisten, dalam arti dijadikan aktivitas yang rutin dalam membersihkan sesuatu, penyebaran Covid-19 akan tertekan menjadi minimal. Daripada mencuci tangan saja, misalnya, lebih baik sekalian berwudhu walaupun tidak untuk melakukan salat. Virus yang menempel di tangan dan wajah akan terbasuh dan lenyap jika seseorang melakukan wudhu dengan benar sesuai dengan ajaran Nabi Muhammad saw. Penelitian membuktikan bahwa wudhu mengandung manfaat yang besar bagi kesehatan karena mampu merangsang dan menstimulus energi dalam tubuh serta melancarkan peredaran darah.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital dalam pendidikan menuntut inovasi media pembelajaran yang mampu meningkatkan kualitas dan efektivitas proses belajar mengajar. Pembelajaran Fiqh di madrasah masih sering berfokus pada metode ceramah dan penggunaan bahan ajar konvensional, sehingga kurang menarik minat siswa dan belum sepenuhnya mendorong pemahaman konseptual yang mendalam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan e-modul interaktif sebagai media pembelajaran Fiqh bagi siswa kelas VII di MTsN 1 Kota Bengkulu guna meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) yang mencakup lima tahap utama: analisis kebutuhan, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Validasi produk dilakukan oleh dua dosen ahli (materi dan media) serta satu guru Fiqh. Uji coba skala kecil melibatkan 6 siswa, sedangkan uji coba skala besar melibatkan 30 siswa kelas VII F yang dipilih melalui teknik random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket dan tes hasil belajar, kemudian dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-modul interaktif memiliki tingkat kelayakan sangat tinggi, dengan skor penilaian aspek materi sebesar 92,4%, aspek media 94,2%, dan penilaian guru Fiqh 96%. Penerapan e-modul terbukti meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, dari rata-rata 69,5% menjadi 82,13%, serta memperoleh respon positif dari siswa sebesar 84,8%. Dengan demikian, e-modul interaktif ini dinilai efektif, menarik, dan relevan untuk digunakan sebagai inovasi pembelajaran Fiqh di madrasah, serta berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan mutu pembelajaran berbasis digital di lingkungan pendidikan Islam.

Abstract

Religious education is education that provides knowledge and forms attitudes, personalities, and skills of students in practicing their religious teachings, which are carried out at least through subjects/lectures on all paths, levels, and types of education, teachers are professional educators with the main task of educating, teaching, guiding, directing, training, assessing and evaluating students, teachers as substitutes for parents at school have a very important and strategic role in efforts to foster religious behavior of students, teachers are central figures in organizing education, because teachers are figures needed to spur the success of their students according to initial observations, which were found to indeed require learning that connects to digital, because this supports teaching and learning activities and by using digital-based learning media that are easily captured by the students themselves, and in addition to learning and teaching activities at SMPN 12, there is also a tahfiz extracurricular that supports students to develop spiritual character with the learning in it, therefore each class has a different way of teaching, the qualitative research method is a research method based on the philosophy of post-positivism, used to research the conditions of objects that natural, (as opposed to experimental) where the researcher is the key instrument, data collection techniques are carried out by triangulation (combination), data analysis is inductive/qualitative, and qualitative research results emphasize meaning rather than generalization. Abstract

The purpose of this study is (1) To find out and describe the use of Mind Mapping Media based on Project Based Learning in SKI Learning at State Junior High School 2, Bengkulu Tengah. (2) To find out and describe the Implementation of Mind Mapping Media based on Project Based in State Junior High School 2, Bengkulu Tengah. (3) To find out and describe the advantages and disadvantages of Mind Mapping Media based on Project Based Learning in SKI Learning at State Junior High School 2, Bengkulu Tengah. The type of research used in this study is descriptive qualitative research, the research subjects who can provide information are the Principal or Vice Principal and Teachers. Research results (1) Utilization of Mind Mapping Media based on Project Based Learning in SKI Learning at State Junior High School 2, Central Bengkulu, Mind Mapping media based on Project Based Learning used in SKI learning is oriented towards students, so that students are able to conceptualize SKI Material and are easy to understand, are able to create interesting and active learning and are able to raise students' enthusiasm and enthusiasm in participating in learning. (2) Application of Mind Mapping Media based on Project Based Learning in SKI Learning at State Junior High School 2, Central Bengkulu, namely: a. Students are asked to form groups. b. Students pay attention to the instructions for making mind mapping given by the teacher. c. The teacher distributes a blank sheet of paper to each group. d. Students design the creation of mind mapping e. Group representatives collect the results of the mind mapping on the teacher's desk. f. Representatives of each group are appointed by the teacher to present the results of the mind mapping in front of the class. (3) The advantages and disadvantages of Mind Mapping Media based on Project Based Learning for SKI Learning at State Middle School 2, Central Bengkulu are that it can hone students' creativity, train students to think critically and the disadvantages of mind mapping media include: only being able to include important points.

Abstract

This study aims to reassess the concept of economic kafa’ah by re-examining prophetic traditions (ahadith) through a phenomenological and socio-legal lens. Employing qualitative methodology, this research integrates thematic hadith analysis, historical contextualization of classical juristic opinions, and phenomenological interpretation to explore shifts in meaning and application. The findings reveal that economic kafa’ah in prophetic tradition primarily emphasizes ethical reliability, economic responsibility, and shared life capital rather than pre-existing wealth or social pedigree. Contemporary application suggests that kafa’ah is a dynamic construct that may emerge through mutual potential, education, work ethic, and long-term economic cooperation. The legal reassessment demonstrates that classical hierarchy-based criteria are not immutable; instead, they may be contextualized according to maqasid al-shari‘ah to promote economic justice, household stability, and gender balanced financial roles. This study concludes that economic kafa’ah should be reconstructed as a principle of equitable capability and shared socio-economic commitment rather than rigid material equivalence.
