Research into mobile game addiction has increased over the previous two decades. The purpose of this study was to investigate the association between on-line mobile gaming and academic performances among adolescent students in Aceh's elementary schools. The study revealed that boys are more of a player compared to girls who often play games and those who play online games are around 11-12 years old have an average playing time 3-5 hours/day. The research population consisted of elementary students from Aceh, with a sample size of 55 pupils. Included in the study was the Game Addiction Scale (Lemmens et al., 2009). Then, using regression analysis, the hypothesis was tested. From the finding, we can conclude that academic performance was found to be negatively associated with online gaming. This is owing to the fact that playing games for long periods of time reduces their ability to focus on academic tasks. This study can serve as a reference to adolescents online gaming habits, which could be a factor affecting their academic achievement.

Media is needed in teaching so that students more easily understand the subject matter being taught. Learning media also includes a part of learning that affects teaching and learning interactions in the classroom. This study aims to determine the implementation of infocus media theme 5 on students of MIN 16 West Aceh and to determine student learning outcomes of MIN 16 West Aceh theme 5 using infocus media. This research is a classroom action research (CAR). Data collection was carried out directly by practicing learning using infocus media in two research cycles, namely cycle 1 and cycle 2. This can be seen from the increase in student learning outcomes, namely in the initial conditions the percentage of student learning completeness is 39.10% increasing to 58.33% after the implementation of cycle 1 and increasing to 79.41% after the implementation of learning cycle 2.

In this digital era, the student evaluation process can be carried out anywhere and at any time, this makes teachers think creatively about using information and communication technology in student evaluation activities. One method used by teachers in the student evaluation process is by using the Google Form application. This research is about "Effectiveness of Using Digital Media in Evaluation of Student Learning at MIS Nurul Falah, West Aceh Regency". The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of using Google Form digital media in evaluating student learning at MIS Nurul Falah, West Aceh Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach and the type of research used is descriptive research. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The results of this research can be concluded that the use of Google Form digital media in evaluating student learning at MIS Nurul Falah, West Aceh Regency is considered very effective with a percentage of 84.8%. Therefore, Google Form evaluation media can be an evaluation media option that is considered effective, practical and efficient when it is used in learning.

School and family are important factors for student achievement, so they must collaborate with each other. However, the Covid-19 pandemic that has occurred has made students and teachers switch from face-to-face classes to virtual classes. This also changes the pattern of collaboration between schools and parents. Using the 6 types of collaboration by Epstein (1997), this study aims to investigate the patterns of collaboration that occur between teachers and schools during a pandemic. The method in this research is qualitative using purposive sampling technique. Interviews were conducted on principals, teachers and parents of students. The results showed that there were differences in the pattern of cooperation before the pandemic and during the pandemic, where there were a number of types of cooperation that did not occur during the pandemic.

Abstract: The head of the madrassa in carrying out the main duties and functions of academic supervision has optimal authority in improving teacher performance. This study aims to analyze the use of the academic supervisory authority of the madrassa principals in improving the performance of Madrassa Aliyah (MA) teacher in West Aceh District. This study uses a descriptive analytical approach in revealing the problem of using the authorities, obligations and powers of the madrassa principals in improving teacher performance. Methods of data collection were carried out through observation, interviews and study of program documents and academic supervision activities. Data processing techniques were conducted by means of data verification, data presentation, data reduction, and drawing conclusions from research results. The data analysis technique is by reflecting, interpreting and compiling an action plan on the research results. The results showed that the use of the academic supervision authority of the madrassa principals was still categorized as weak in improving teacher performance. Madrasah principals still do not take it seriously in using their authority in planning academic supervision programs. The heads of the madrassas in carrying out the obligations of implementing the academic supervision program are still not in accordance with the applicable technical instructions. The power of the heads of madrassas in carrying out innovations in academic supervision programs has not been utilized properly to improve teacher performance. These findings can be recommended to the head of the Regency/City Ministry of Religious Affairs Office and madrasa supervisors to carry out programmatic guidance and training for madrasa principals on the implementation of academic supervision in Madrassa. Pandemi Covid-19 telah memberikan dampak terhadap pendidikan, salah satunya adalah penerapan pembelajaran sistem daring yang berlanjut hingga masa new normal. Hal tersebut dapat mempengaruhi minat belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui dampak pandemi covid-19 terhadap minat belajar siswa di era new normal di MIN 2 Aceh Barat, 2) mengetahui kendala-kendala siswa dalam belajar di era new normal, dan 3) untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi guru dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa di era new normal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu guru yang berjumlah 2 orang dan 10 orang siswa MIN 2 Aceh Barat. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya pandemi memberikan dampak terhadap minat belajar siswa di era new normal. Hal tersebut terjadi karena proses pembelajaran dari tatap muka menjadi pembelajaran jarak jauh. Hal ini menyebabkan minat belajar siswa menurun. Sedangkan kendala belajar yang dihadapi siswa di era new normal di MIN 2 Aceh Barat adalah memakai masker ketika proses pembelajaran, hal tersebut membuat siswa merasa pengap sehingga menganggu proses pembelajaran yang mengakibatkan minat belajar siswa menurun. Kemudian pembagian Shift juga menjadi kendala karena siswa menjadi malas sekolah serta waktu belajar yang dibatasi. Adapun strategi guru dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa di era new normal di MIN 2 Aceh Barat adalah dengan mewujudkan suasana pembelajaran yang dapat merangsang minat siswa, guru juga merancang pembelajaran yang menarik, menyenangkan serta mengaitkan pelajaran dengan kehidupan sehari-hari siswa. Selain itu, guru juga mengembangkan model dan metode pembelajaran agar membuat suasana kelas menjadi menyenangkan sehingga minat belajar siswa meningkat.

This study aims to develop independence-based learning management in improving student learning achievement. Using library research method with literature review approach in analyzing data and information about independence-based learning management in improving student learning achievement. The result of the research shows that the management of independence-based learning is implemented in ways: the first stage determines clear and specific learning objectives to improve student learning achievement, the second stage develops effective and efficient learning plans to achieve learning objectives, in the third stage uses digital technology to support the self-learning process in improving student learning achievement, the fourth stage guides and accompanies students in the self-learning process to ensure increased student learning achievement, in the fifth stage evaluates the self-learning process, and in the sixth stage develops strategies to improve student learning achievement. The findings of this study are expected to add insight to educators, and educational practitioners in developing independence-based learning management in improving student achievement.

The aim of this study is to examine the fundamental concepts of Outcome-Based Education (OBE), strategies for developing an OBE-based curriculum, the challenges of its implementation, and its impact on the quality of higher education. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach using the library research method. Through a literature review, the author analyzes various academic sources and relevant national policies. The findings indicate that OBE emphasizes measurable learning outcomes, active student participation, and the integration of learning with the needs of the workforce. Effective implementation strategies include formulating graduate profiles, developing learning outcomes, designing syllabi and lesson plans (RPS) based on outcomes, and involving external stakeholders. Despite facing several challenges such as resistance to change, limited human resources, and inadequate infrastructure, OBE has proven to enhance graduate competitiveness, study program accreditation, and student engagement in the learning process. Therefore, the OBE approach is recommended as a foundational framework in curriculum development to address the future challenges of higher education.

This study aims to analyze the acceleration of academic supervision of madrasa principals in improving the quality of learning at several Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) Â in Aceh Jaya Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological type in understanding the meaning behind the phenomenon of the acceleration of the madrasa principals academic supervision in the learning process. Methods of collecting data were carried out through observation, interviews, questionnaires and document studies. The data analysis technique uses data triangulation theory by utilizing data sources from document studies, observations, interviews and questionnaires related to the acceleration of the madrasa principal academic supervision and the quality of learning. The results showed that: 1) the form of the acceleration of the madrasa principal academic supervision at MIN in Aceh Jaya Regency was carried out individually and in groups. 2) the acceleration of academic supervision has not been carried out properly by the madrasa principals, starting from the planning stage of the academic supervision program to the stage of implementing academic supervision, and the stages of evaluating and following up on the results of supervision. 3) the quality of learning carried out by classroom teachers has been classified as good, this can be seen from the aspect of readiness and seriousness in preparing learning tools, implementing learning activities and evaluating / assessing learning activities. The implication of less optimal acceleration of academic supervision can result in less optimal quality of learning processes and outcomes. These findings can be recommended to the head of the Regency/City Ministry of Religious Affairs Office and madrasa supervisors to carry out programmatic guidance and training for madrasa principals on the implementation of academic supervision in madrasas.
