Abstract

This article describes the results of research on the application of the Problem Based Learning model assisted by Wattpad media. This research was motivated by the lack of interest in reading in class IX students so that their writing abilities were quite low. The use of technology is rarely used in the learning process, there needs to be updates in the media used. The learning model used does not vary, making learning outcomes less than optimal. The aim of this research is to determine the application of the Problem Based Learning model assisted by Wattpad media on short story text writing skills in class IX students. This research method is quasi-experimental, the research design used is one group pretest - posttest design. The population in this study were class IX students at PGRI Cibeureum Middle School for the 2023/2024 academic year, consisting of three classes with a total of 85 students. The sample in this research consisted of 25 students. The average pretest score was 60.23 and posttest was 83.28. This increase was strengthened by the results of the T-test, which obtained a value of 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that there was an increase in students' short story text writing skills after using the Problem Based Learning model. Thus, the application of the Problem Based Learning learning model assisted by Wattpad media can improve the short story writing abilities of class XI students at PGRI Cibeureum Middle School.

Abstract

This study began with the problem of students struggling to write editorial texts. This difficulty arose due to the conventional teaching methods used by teachers and the limited use of innovative learning media. To address this issue, the researcher employed an innovative teaching model, Problem-Based Learning, assisted by Nearpod. The study aimed to determine the effectiveness of editorial text writing learning using Problem-Based Learning assisted by Nearpod. The research used a quantitative approach and an experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The results showed that the average pretest score was 65, while the posttest score was 85. The results indicated that the p-value was less than 0.05, which falls within the acceptance range of Ha (0.000 < 0.05). Therefore, Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. Based on the N-Gain test results, the score obtained was 0.56, which falls within the moderate category. Thus, Problem-Based Learning assisted by Nearpod is deemed effective in improving the learning outcomes of writing editorial texts.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to examine the influence of job market considerations, professional recognition, professional training and self-efficacy on interest in choosing the profession of Public Accountant and examine the influence of motivational variables as a moderator on interest in choosing a profession as a public accountant. The data used is primary data collected by filling out questionnaires to 317 respondents. The research results found that job market considerations, professional recognition, professional training have a significant positive impact on interest in choosing a profession as a public accountant. However, self-efficacy has a significant negative effect on Interest in the Public Accounting Profession. Motivation strengthens the influence of job market considerations, professional training recognition, self-efficacy on interest in choosing a profession as a public accountant. The implications of the results of this research indicate that students tend to choose the profession of public accountant by looking at good job opportunities and economic considerations.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pertimbangan pasar kerja, pengakuan profesional, pelatihan profesional dan efikasi diri terhadap minat memilih Profesi Akuntan Publik dan menguji pengaruh variable motivasi sebagai moderasi terhadap minat memilih profesi sebagai akuntan publik. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang dikumpulkan dengan pengisian kuesioner kepada 317 responden. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa pertimbangan pasar kerja, pengakuan profesional, pelatihan profesional memiliki dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap minat memilih profesi sebagai akuntan publik. Namun, efikasi diri memiliki efek negatif yang signifikan terhadap Minat Profesi Akuntan Publik. Motivasi memperkuat pengaruh pertimbangan pasar kerja, pelatihan profesional pengakuan, efikasi diri terhadap minat memilih profesi sebagai akuntan publik Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa cenderung memilih profesi akuntan publik dengan melihat peluang kerja dan pertimbangan ekonomi yang baik.

Abstract

Latar belakang kegiatan ini adalah rendahnya keterlibatan dan pemahaman siswa SMP terhadap materi sastra di Kabupaten Purwakarta, yang berdampak pada minimnya kreativitas dan keterampilan berpikir kritis dalam literasi. Untuk itu, tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah mendampingi guru MGMP Bahasa Indonesia SMP Purwakarta dalam mengimplementasikan pendekatan Pembelajaran Mendalam (Deep Learning) berbasis prinsip Mindful–Meaningful–Joyful (MMJ) Learning dalam pembelajaran sastra. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan mencakup workshop intensif selama tiga sesi, yang terdiri atas pemaparan teori MMJ, penyusunan modul ajar berbasis MMJ, dan simulasi pembelajaran, dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan praktik mengajar di kelas serta refleksi melalui diskusi kelompok fokus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner pra–pasca pelatihan, observasi penerapan prinsip MMJ dalam RPP, dan dokumentasi hasil diskusi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman guru terhadap pendekatan MMJ, dari aspek self-efficacy merancang modul ajar, rerata nilai meningkat dari 2,85 menjadi 3,81. Aspek self-efficacy melaksanakan modul ajar, dari rerata 2,68 menjadi 3,84. Dan kesiapan implementasi MMJ dari 2,81 menjadi 3,84. Observasi menunjukkan guru telah konsisten mengimplementasikan seluruh tahapan pembelajaran sesuai prinsip MMJ dan pendekatan PjBL. FGD menunjukkan MMJ berhasil diterapkan secara reflektif dan menyenangkan, dengan adaptasi atas kendala teknis dan waktu. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa penerapan MMJ Learning efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran sastra di SMP dan dapat direplikasi di MGMP daerah lain.

Abstract

The issue of inferior learning results resulting from the learning process's propensity to employ less creative learning models serves as the backdrop for this study. This study aims to identify the effect of the scrumble learning model on learning outcomes. This research method uses literature reviews from 3 databases, namely Google Scholar, Garuda Portal, and ERIC using the keywords "Scramble Model", "Learning Outcomes",. The inclusion criteria are articles published in 2019-2023, free full text, there is a publisher name, volume and issue and are included in the experimental design. The results of this literature review found 8 articles discussing the impact of instructional approaches on the learning outcomes of student. All articles show that the scrumble method can improve student learning outcomes as evidenced by the increase in post-test scores from pre-test scores. The study's findings suggest that using the scramble learning paradigm can encourage student collaboration and produce a positive learning environment so that teachers can apply the scramble learning model to enhance the academic performance of students

Abstract

ABSTRACT Literary work is a manifestation of concepts and reflections conveyed by a writer. Poetry as a literary genre often explores various aspects of life, including emotions, education, economics, society, politics, and culture. The aim of this research is to identify the triangular theory of love, which consists of three elements: intimacy, passion, and commitment. Understanding the deeper meaning of the poem "Elegy of Hemostasis" written by Wiranagara. This study employs a stylistic methodology based on the theoretical framework proposed by Geoffrey Leech and Michael Short (1981). The study utilizes descriptive and interpretative stylistic methodology. The poem "Elegy of Hemostasis" by Wiranagara serves as the primary data source for this research. The result of this research is that through a stylistic study of the triangular theory of love, it can be seen that this poem not only speaks about the experience of passionate love but also the process of searching for meaning, letting go of the past, and the commitment to create a new love. Each element of love in Sternberg's theory appears in the form of symbols, diction, and imagery that provide deep meaning to the emotional journey experienced by the speaker in the lyrics.Every love poem written by Wiranagara conveys a different interpretation of love and always ends either with sadness or happiness.

Abstract

The Covid 19 pandemic that occurred in all countries in the world has had an extraordinary impact on people's lives, including the continuity of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). During the pandemic, there was a change in people's consumption patterns of goods and services from offline to online. This encourages MSMEs to sell online so that they can survive and continue to grow. The survival ability of MSMEs that sell online is stronger than MSMEs that only sell offline. The use of digitalization is also carried out in financial reporting. Based on the results of a survey of MSME actors in Babatan village, Kadugede District, Kuningan Regency, there are still many MSMEs that have not taken advantage of digitalization in the preparation of financial statements. This encourages the author to carry out training and assistance in digitizing MSME financial reporting using an android mobile application. The benefits obtained are that MSME actors can prepare financial reports more easily and quickly so that they can expand access to financing through banking

Abstract

Transformasi pendidikan di era digital menuntut pendekatan pembelajaran yang lebih kreatif dan inovatif guna mewujudkan Kurikulum Merdeka. Workshop ini merupakan bagian dari kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PPM) Pascasarjana IKIP Siliwangi yang dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Bandung Barat pada tahun 2024. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membekali pendidik dengan strategi efektif dalam mengembangkan metode pembelajaran yang adaptif, berbasis teknologi, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik. Dengan mengedepankan prinsip diferensiasi, eksplorasi, dan kolaborasi, Workshop ini menghadirkan berbagai teknik inovatif dalam pengajaran, termasuk pemanfaatan platform digital, pembelajaran berbasis proyek, serta strategi asesmen formatif yang mendukung pengembangan kompetensi siswa secara holistik. Melalui sesi interaktif, peserta akan mendapatkan wawasan tentang implementasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran, mulai dari penggunaan media interaktif, kecerdasan buatan dalam pendidikan hingga gamifikasi sebagai alat untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa. Selain itu, Workshop ini juga akan membahas tantangan dan solusi dalam menerapkan pembelajaran inovatif di berbagai konteks sekolah. Diharapkan, hasil dari Workshop ini dapat meningkatkan kompetensi pendidik dalam mengadaptasi metode pembelajaran yang lebih relevan dan efektif sesuai dengan semangat Kurikulum Merdeka, sehingga mampu menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih fleksibel, menarik, dan berpusat pada kebutuhan peserta didik.

Abstract

The Da'wah through literary works is based on Al-Quran surah Ali Imran verse 110. Da'wah through literary works, in this case, the writer or creator of literary works is an element of da'i. Religious points, both religious themes or messages are elements of the message of preaching. While literary works are the media of his da'wah. Da'wah through literary works will be most successful depending on the way the presentation and packaging it uses. Da'i who are competent to become Islamic writers are needed. This was to meet the challenges when many writers (writers) often turned away from religious literature and preferred to pursue liberalism or genital literature (exploiting sex). Therefore, a cadre of the preachers should be needed for proselytizing professionals through literary works. Need to conduct training based on "Da'wah and Literature". The trainings study theoretically and practically about da'wah through media literary works. The main goal is for the preachers to be both theoretically and practically skilled in preaching through.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to determine about the effect of corporate governance and financial performance to corporate social responsibility disclosure on company manufacture sector of consumer goods industry. This research use descriptive and verifikatif method with quantitative approach and 192 sample of data. The technique data analysis used in this research is panel data regression analysis. Based on the research results can be seen that foreign ownership, public ownership, managerial ownership, board of commissioners size, profitability, leverage, and liquidity simultaneous have significant effect to corporate social responsibility disclosure. partially, foreign ownership has significant positive effect to corporate social responsibility disclosure. public ownership has significant positive effect to corporate social responsibility disclosure. managerial ownership has significant positive effect to corporate social responsibility disclosure. board of commissioners size has significant positive effect to corporate social responsibility disclosure. profitability has significant positive effect to corporate social responsibility disclosure. leverage has significant positive effect to corporate social responsibility disclosure. and liquidity has significant positive effect to corporate social responsibility disclosure.Keywords         : Foreign Ownership, Public Ownership, Managerial Ownership, Board of Commissioners Size, Profitability, Leverage, Liquidity and Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure.
