Abstract

Abstrak: Kekurangan air dan permasalahan sampah yang kian menumpuk tentunya menjadi permasalahan serius yang menjadi tanggung jawab semua pihak.. lahan resapan air yang berkurang akibat perubahan fungsi lahan juga memberikan sumbangsih terhadap masalah yang terjadi di mitra . Sampah dari rumah tangga belum dimaksimalkan secara tepatguna melainkan dibuang tanpa proses pengolahan sehingga menimbulakan masalah baru bagi lingkungan. Mitra pengabdian masyarakat yaitu pemerintah desa Lekong Kecamatan Alas Barat Kabupaten Sumbawa dengan jumlah peserta 25 orang warga. Tujuan kegiatan ini yaitu untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat terkait pentingnya biopori sebagai salah satu metode untuk mengatasi kekurangan air dan pengelohana sampah organik serta melatih masyarakat bagaimana membuat lubang biopori sederhana yang murah dan efisien. Metode yang digunakan yaitu sosialisasi untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang biopori serta pelatihan untuk kegiatan pembuatan lubang biopori. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat tercapai pemahaman masyarakat sebesar 75% pengetahuan tentang biopori serta terbentuknya 7 buah lubang biopori sederhana.Abstract: Lack of water and the problem of increasing garbage is certainly a serious problem that is the responsibility of all parties. The reduced water catchment area due to changes in land use also contributes to the problems that occur in partners. Waste from households has not been maximized effectively but is disposed of without processing so that it creates new problems for the environment. The purpose of this activity is to provide an understanding to the public regarding the importance of biopori as a method to overcome water shortages and organic waste management and to train people how to make biopore holes. Simple, cheap and efficient. The method used is socialization to provide an understanding of biopore as well as training for the activity of making biopore holes. The results of community service achieved community understanding of 75% knowledge about biopori and the formation of 7 simple biopore holes.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini berkaitan dengan masih rendahnya kinerja guru SMP Negeri Kecamatan Plampang. Masalah utamanya adalah kemampuan keterampilan manajerial kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam melaksanakan fungsi-fungsinya.  Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalis pengaruh manajerial kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif non-eksperimental. Populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 40 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: 1) Sistem manajerial kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kinerja gurudi SMPN Kecamatan Plampang termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Rerata skor untuk manajerial kepemimpinan kepala sekolah adalah 3,7 dan rerata skor untuk kinerja guru adalah 3,46. 2) Manajerial kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMPN Kecamatan Plampang. Ukuran signifikasi diukur dari nilai thitung = 7,313 lebih besar dari ttabel = 2,024. Relasi antara manajerial kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kinerja guru dinyatakan oleh perssamaan: Y = 0.398+51.799X. Artinya dengan adanya manajerial kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru SMP Negeri 5 Satap Plampang, SMP Negeri 6 Satap Plampang, SMP Negeri 7 Plampang dan SMP Negeri 8 Satap Plampang.

Abstract

The development of transportation has an impact on increasing the movement of people, goods and services. Improving transportation facilities and infrastructure is also highly demanded. This research is research with observation or current events or phenomena that exist today or that occurred in the past (Sugiono, 2016). In this study, it aims to find the value of the degree of saturation at the intended research location. Even this study uses MKJI 1997 rules to analyze data that has been surveyed. From the results of the analysis carried out, it can be seen that the volume of the PTC East Lombok intersection of four currents is 2713 smp/hour, the capacity is 2989 smp/hour with a degree of saturation reaching 0.90. Meanwhile, the delay is 15.43 smp/sec with an upper limit queuing opportunity of 64.11% and a lower limit of 32.50%. Based on the value of the degree of saturation above 0.75, it is necessary to install a signaling device or Traffic Light. The intersection delay value is 15.43 seconds/smp

Abstract

Brang Biji River is one of the rivers prone to flooding. Flooding occurs can result in a collapse in the construction of the retaining walls of the soil causing substantial harm to the surrounding community. It takes an alternative in maintaining the stability of slopes to reduce the avalanche in the Brang Biji River. Alternative wall retaining walls namely pairs of stone times and Sheet Pile, while comparative analysis to determine the type of effective construction used in the Brang Biji river using manual calculation method and software Plaxis 8.6. Data collection through field surveys, to get soil type data, geometrics slopes, and soil layer. To get the stability of slope in existing condition, in case of a cladding with SF ? 1 criteria using method of reverse analysis or approach based on trial and error literature. Results obtained from the reverse analysis are used for the analysis of the compoon on the slope of the Brang Biji River, either by manual calculation or Software Plaxis 8.6 In determining the value of SF. After analysis of the stability of the slope, obtained the result that by using a stone time retaining wall with a height of 5.5 m, the bottom width of 3.85 m, the upper width of 0.6 m with a depth of 1.5 m from the ground surface and the height of the river water face around 7.8 m , both against the bolsters with SF = 3.4, against sliding with SF = 2.17 and the power of land with SF = 3 manually while using the Plaxis Software with the addition of the working floor with a thickness of 10 cm and piling with a diameter of 40 cm with a distance of 25 cm obtained SF = 1.26. Whereas by using Sheet Pile use manual calculation obtained depth (D) Sheet Pile about 2.43 m with a large stability backup (SF) = 1.5 D and the length of Sheet Pile as a whole about 8.43 m from ground level, while using Plaxis obtained value SF = 1,167.

Abstract

Revetmen pantai Jempol merupakan bangunan pelindung pantai yang keberadaannya sudah cukup lama di pantai Jempol kabupaten Sumbawa. Bangunan pantai ini telah berusia 10 tahun sejak tahun pembuatannya yaitu tahun 2010. Dengan usia bangunan yang cukup lama ini, bangunan bisa mengalami kelemahan pada stabilitasnya karena adanya faktor-faktor eksternal yang mempengaruhi kekuatan bangunan tersebut. Gelombang adalah faktor terbesar yang bisa menyebabkan kerusakan pada revetment. Gelombang bisa muncul karena adanya angin dan berdasarkan panjang fetch atau pembangkit gelombang. Semakin besar angin dan jarak fetchnya maka semakin besar pula gelombang yang ada pada daerah tersebut. Berdasarkan kondisi yang ada di lokasi ini, terdapat beberapa kerusakan pada revetmennya misalnya kerusakan pada bagian topping revetment diakibatkan limpasan gelombang yang terlalu tinggi dan tidak sesuai dengan elevasi bangunan, hal ini bisa mengakibatkan bangunan lainnya yang ada disekitar revetment terancam rusak juga.

Abstract

Sampe Village is a village located in Rhee Subdistrict, Sumbawa Besar Regency, with an area of 35 Ha / m² where the research was conducted. The large number of people, the majority of whom are farmers, make water needs increasing, so the role of agricultural irrigation is very important to meet the water needs of farmers. However, there are still many farmers who do not maintain irrigation channels in this area. Based on the survey conducted, there were several channels that were damaged intentionally or unintentionally. The need for water in the irrigation area in the last two years had experienced a shortage of irrigation water, namely in 2017 and 2018 where the water demand was not fulfilled after the second period of planting. Therefore, we need an analysis of the distribution of the distribution of the fastest water supply that does not affect or reduce the need for irrigation water so that it is sufficient until after the second planting and planning of channel dimensions at several points that are damaged. Calculation of irrigation water needs is done using the standard method of irrigation planning. Where the crop pattern used is rice-maize which is viewed from the local farmers' habits. The net field water requirement for rice (Net Field Reuerement) is calculated as determined by the Directorate General of Irrigation (1986). To plan the dimensions of the channel, the 1980 irrigation technical planning criteria guidebook was used, which was sourced from the journal Effendy (Irrigation canal design). From the results of the investigation conducted, it was found that the calculation of irrigation water needs was 19.07 mm / day in December at the time of land preparation and the smallest was in March at 3.70 mm / day. With a system of continuous irrigation water patterns during the growing season. For the planning of the channel dimensions, two channel models are used, namely a trapezoidal shape with a width of = 0.50 m and a height of 0.50 m, and the second form, a square with a size of 0.50 m width and 0.30 m height.

Abstract

The Tano – Sumbawa cross road is one of the national highways that connects two regencies, namely West Sumbawa Regency and Sumbawa Regency. Meanwhile, the research location is in Luk Village, Rhee District, Sumbawa Regency, precisely at Km 14+100 to 14+600. As we know that, Drainage is one of the water building facilities that functions to drain, dry a land so that the land can be used optimally. Good drainage is expected to overcome the damage to the highway caused by water. There are so many problems that we often encounter in drainage channels, one of which is the deposition of sedimentation which can result in a reduction in the value of the drainage channel function so that the drainage channel cannot work optimally. So we need a study with the aim of knowing the type of sedimentation in the drainage channel of the Tano - Sumbawa highway and to find out what percentage of the sedimentation rate is in the drainage channel so that with the aim of knowing what steps should be taken in dealing with damage to the drainage channel. caused by sedimentation in drainage channels. To find out the type of sedimentation, the Grain Size Distribution Analysis was used, while to find out the percentage of sedimentation rate in the Drainage channel, the Sediment Percentage Analysis method was used. From the results of the study, the diameter of the average grain size of the sedimentation aggregate was 0.71 mm and it was said to be medium sand. Meanwhile, the percentage of sedimentation in the canal was found to be 84.90% and it was said to be dysfunctional, as for the steps that should be taken, namely to conduct a design study of the drainage channel.

Abstract

Kota Sumbawa Besar merupakan ibukota dari Kabupaten Sumbawa, Nusa Tenggara Barat. Dari luasnya Sumbawa besar yang sampai dengan 6.644 km2, jalan yang ada di Sumbawa Besar ini kemungkinan sebagian memiliki kerusakan. Khususnya pada daerah Batu alang sampai dengan Universitas Teknologi Sumbawa dengan jarak panjang 2200m dengan lebar jalan 3m dan tiap segmen memiliki 100m/segmen. Jalan tersebut sering dilalui oleh kendaraan baik kendaraan ringan ataupun sedang. Sehingga mengakibatkan terjadinya kerusakan pada jalan tersebut dan memerlukan pemeliharaan dan perbaikan. Maka dari peneliti bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasikan kerusakan jalan dan memberikan solusi perbaikan jalan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Pavement Condition Index dengan segmen 22 pada ukuran 100m/segmen. Berdasarkan perhitungan diperoleh jenis kerusakan dengan metode Pavement Condition Index dari banyaknya jenis kerusakan jalan. Adapun kerusakan yang paling parah yaitu kerusakan fair dengan nilai PCI 21 dan kerusakan yang tidak ada kerusakan yaitu kerusakan excellent dengan nilai 100

Abstract

Productivity is one of the keys to determining the factors that affect competitiveness in construction projects, including the productivity of workers and heavy equipment for spillway casting work at Dam Development. The aim of the research is to analyze productivity and factors affecting heavy equipment and workers. This research using quantitative descriptive calculation methods, and observation in field time study. The results of the data calculations show that the productivity value of a concrete pump is 167.491 m3/day, the productivity of mixer trucks is 46.305 m3/day/unit, and the productivity of workers is 13.790 m3/day/person. Factors that affect heavy equipment productivity are weather, work time efficiency, and material or payload. As well as factors that affect worker productivity, there are the weather, worker time efficiency, foundry location, and the number of workers.

Abstract

The Contract Change Order problems in construction projects significantly influence the project’s success. Therefore, analysis related to the factors causing the occurrence of CCO and its effect on the implementation of construction projects is expected to be used as a reference by related parties for future project implementation. This research used quantitative and descriptive methods to find out which factors caused CCO and their effects. The study was carried out on one road acceleration project in NTB Province with the owners, consultants, and contractors who were respondents to this research. There are 14 variables in the causative factor of CCO and two variables in the influence that occurs. "Additional Needs for Functional and Maintenance" becomes the dominant causative factor, and "Cost Overruns" becomes the variable with the highest effects.
