Abstract

This research is motivated by the limited use of engaging and enjoyable learning media, particularly in the Science (IPAS) subject. The lack of visual aids such as images or illustrations makes learning less stimulating for students and impacts their understanding of the material. Therefore, there is a need for innovative and creative learning media, one of which is the creation of comics as a tool to enhance students' learning outcomes. This research is a type of research and development (R&D). The development model used is the ADDIE model, which consists of the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The trial was conducted with 4th-grade students at SD Negeri 01 Padang Laweh, using data collection techniques such as validity, practicality, and effectiveness tests. The validation results for the comic learning media showed a content (material and language) validation score of 96.42%, categorized as very valid, and a teaching module validation score of 84.37%, categorized as very valid. The practicality test conducted by educators and 4th-grade students resulted in a score of 93.97%, categorized as very practical. The effectiveness test, based on learning outcome tests from the 4th-grade students, obtained a score of 82.54%, categorized as very effective.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a practical self-defense training model based on Pencak Silat as an effort to prevent bullying among women aged 15–25 years in Dharmasraya Regency. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The developed product is a self-defense training manual. The validation results show that the developed model is highly valid, practical, and effective for use as a bullying prevention method. These results support the importance of mastering practical self-defense techniques to improve self-confidence, courage, and the ability to handle social conflict situations among young women.

Abstract

Physical education is an educational process that uses physical activity as a medium to achieve educational goals. Physical education is "education through physical activities/movements" through participation in physical activities, where students can acquire skills and knowledge, develop aesthetic appreciation, enhance general skills and positive attitudes, as well as improve physical fitness. The objective of this study was to determine the effect of pair passing and individual passing drills on the underhand volleyball passing learning outcomes of 10th-grade students at SMKN 1 Koto Baru. This research is a quantitative study using an experimental method approach. The results obtained using this method indicate that the hypothesis is accepted, meaning there is an effect of pair passing and individual passing drills on underhand volleyball passing learning outcomes. The significance value obtained is 0.784, which is greater than the required threshold of 0.05.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the finding that the learning process is still not optimal, with students showing a lack of interest in the learning process, especially in Pancasila Education content, due to the fact that the teaching of Pancasila Education mainly involves lectures or storytelling. Therefore, the researcher concluded that in Pancasila Education learning, it is necessary to utilize engaging and creative learning media to prevent students from feeling bored or monotonous during the learning process. One such media is animated video, which is considered appropriate and supportive for creating an engaging learning environment that captures students' attention. This would make it easier for students to understand the material and enhance their active participation in the learning process. This study is a research and development (R&D) type of research. The development model used is the ADDIE model, which consists of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The trial was conducted in class VI at SDN 01 Padang Laweh, with data collection techniques through analysis of validity, practicality, and effectiveness tests. The results of the validation of the animated video learning media obtained an average language validation score of 96%, categorized as very valid. The validation results for the teaching module received an average of 84.37%, categorized as very valid, while the validation results for the questions obtained an average of 92.18%, also categorized as very valid. The results of the practicality test conducted by educators and students in class VI showed a score of 90.76%, categorized as very practical. The effectiveness test, measured through the students' learning outcomes, showed an average score of 84%, categorized as highly effective.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem, namely the low social studies learning outcomes of elementary school students. This study aims to determine how the inquiry learning model affects the learning outcomes of social studies content in grade IV elementary school students. The research method used is literature study research. This means reviewing research materials by collecting library data, reading, and recording data from research material sources that have been carried out previously. In this literature study research, the data collection was collected by reference, including 13 journals that were related to the inquiry learning model. From the results of the research that has been obtained, the inquiry model has an effect on the social studies learning outcomes of elementary school students, so that the three main results of the study were found, namely, encouraging student activity, fostering student motivation, and increasing student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menemukan kasus dalam pembelajaran senam kreatif berbasis video, masih banyak siswa yang kurang gerak, masih malas bergerak, kurang antusias dalam melakukannya terutama siswa laki-laki, hal ini terjadi karena siswa kurang memperhatikan setiap kali melakukan senam. minggu senam. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian & pengembangan. Pengembangan media menggunakan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari 5 tahap yaitu analisis, desain, pengembangan dan evaluasi. Dalam lima tahap tersebut dilakukan analisis kebutuhan siswa. Kemudian uji validasi oleh 3 validator (tim ahli), uji praktikalitas oleh guru PJOK, setelah dikategorikan valid dan praktis kemudian keluar oleh 10 siswa. Hasil penelitian pengembangan senam kreatif berbasis video pada uji validitas diperoleh persentase data rata-rata 91% sangat valid, uji praktikalitas oleh guru pojok dengan persentase 93% dan siswa dengan persentase 81,8% dinyatakan valid. dikategorikan efektif. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh, senam kreatif berbasis video dikategorikan bernilai, praktis dan afektif. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa video senam kreatif berbasis dapat diterapkan.

Abstract

Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) merupakan salah satu wujud nyata dari pengabdian mahasiswa kepada masyarakat. Artikel ini membahas pelaksanaan program kerja KKN Kelompok 65 UINSU di Desa Benteng, Kecamatan Talawi, Kabupaten Batubara. Fokus kegiatan ini adalah pelatihan pembuatan sabun cuci piring sebagai upaya pemberdayaan masyarakat desa. Program ini diikuti oleh masyarakat dari 10 dusun dengan tujuan meningkatkan keterampilan ekonomi dan mendukung pengembangan UMKM lokal. Hasilnya, peserta pelatihan berhasil memproduksi sabun cuci piring dengan biaya bahan baku sebesar Rp55.000. Pelatihan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat tetapi juga membuka peluang usaha baru di Desa Benteng.
