Abstract

Sistem pemandu museum merupakan salah satu penerapan teknologi informasi (TI) pada museum yang diharapkan dapat membantu pengunjung menelusuri museum. Untuk dapat memberikan informasi yang sesuai, sistem pemandu membutuhkan informasi posisi pengunjung. Informasi posisi tersebut dapat diperoleh dari Sistem Penentuan Posisi (SPP). Teknologi Global Positioning System (GPS) sebagai standar SPP tidak cocok untuk diterapkan untuk lingkungan di dalam ruangan. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan SPP yang khusus bekerja di dalam ruangan. Untuk membangun sebuah SPP yang bekerja sesuai dengan lingkungan museum, diperlukan pemilihan komponen penyusun arsitektur yang berdasarkan pada kebutuhan dan kondisi museum. Studi kasus di Museum Sonobudoyo memberikan hasil bahwa arsitektur yang sesuai sebaiknya menggunakan teknologi WLAN dengan teknik scene analysis berbasis RSSI yang memberikan output berupa informasi posisi absolut.

Abstract

The health care system in Libya in recent years does not change significantly, less developed and modernized. This problem is further exacerbated by the revolution that occurred in Libya. The revolution that occurred in 2011 has caused the health care system into collapse. In this study conducted a review for the development of health information systems in Libya by using OpenMRS Framework.At the stage of gathering information using questionnaires concluded that the majority of respondents (about 95.35%) wanted the development of a new system that can resolve the main problems that occurred in Libya, the health information system ineffective and inefficient in which this system has led to wastage of time and increased operating costs. Based on analysis of system vulnerabilities using PIECES method could also be concluded that the current system is not used effectively and efficiently. In this study is also presented on how to implement OpenMRS.Based on the results of the discussion it can be concluded that OpenMRS is a solution that can be taken for the development of a health information system that is fast, low cost, and is an open source application that only requires a little setting in the system of patient management and care. OpenMRS can be implemented to support the health services of a small clinic to the health services with enterprise scale. Therefore, OpenMRS could be the answer to the development of health information systems in various countries around the world, including Libya.

Abstract

salah satu area penelitian didunia yang berkembang pesat saat ini adalah IoT, terlebih penelitian pada area berbasis pergerakan atau biasa disebut MANET (Mobile Adhoc Network), hal tersebut tidak terhindarkan lagi karena teknologi ini menjelma menjadi kebutuhan manusia moderen, oleh karena itu tren penelitian selalu mengarah dan mengasumsikan parameter penelitian dan simulasinya pada topologi adhoc. Indonesia dilain pihak belum membutuhkan teknologi semacam ini karena sebagian besar penggunaan perangkat IoT masih berbasis pada topologi infrastruktur tetap/pasti. Paper ini menggunakan Network Simulator 2 (NS2) sebagai perangkat lunak simulasi untuk membandingkan kinerja dari 3 protokol routing terpopuer MANET diantaranya AODV, DSDV dan DSR. Hasil analisa menunjukan AODV menjadi protokol pencarian jalur yang paling dapat diandalkan namun paling boros dalam penggunaan energi.

Abstract

Distributed Database is one of database that is under control of the Database Management System (DBMS) was focused on storage devices are separated from one and another. Optimization data query on distributed database system not be separated from data processing methods that used. Then for fast query optimization this database need some required methods that can optimize it. Hybrid online analytical processing (HOLAP) or often to call Hybrid-OLAP is one of technology for optimization query on distributed database. Genetic Algorithm is one of algorithm for heuristic searching was based on the mechanisms of biological evolution. Process of genetic algorithm is combining a selection process, using a crossover operator and mutation to get the best solution. From the reviews about implementation HOLAP with Genetic Algorithm approach was expected being used as a basis research on HOLAP implementation for query optimization on distributed database with genetic algorithm approach. Abstract

Companies are required to be ready to face the competition will be intense with other companies, including micro-finance institutions. Faced more intense competition, has led to many businesses in microfinance institutions find profitable strategy to distinguish from the others. Strategy that can be applied is implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and data mining. Data mining can be used to microfinance institutions that have a large enough data. Determine the potential customers with customer segmentation can help the decision-making marketing strategy that will be implemented . This paper discusses several data mining techniques that can be used for customer segmentation. Proposed method of data mining technique is fuzzy clustering with fuzzy C-Means algorithm and fuzzy RFM. Abstract

Abstract The development of social network applications has growth so fast with various applications supported by smart tools as multiplatform to used it. Several applications that used by user are the chat and media social app. However, there is problem is the number of users accessing the chat service is large. This condition makes communication into database server can be stop and loss of data. It is caused by excessive load received by a single server database. Therefore, this study designs a database server to solve a lot of users of communication server and storage capacity into database server more than one. This is important because to increase availibiliy of services for each users request. This study used a method of distribution of communications service request for each database server. Distribution of communication service request used a load balancing method and HAPRoxy with scheduling method. There are two algorithms in scheduling method are round robin and least connection algorithm. Both of algorithms were evaluated. compared, and used in database server more than one. The result shown average of least connection algorithm has value of response time 32.421 ms is smaller than round robin algorithm 35.813 ms. While on the throughput, least algorithm has big value 211.267 Kb/s than round robin algorithm has value 210.298 Kb/s. The result shown the number of packet least connection algorithm are big and better than round robin algortihm with load balancing implementation for distribution of server communication on database server more than one able to solve a lot of services communication. Abstract

Saat ini pemerintah sedang belomba-lomba mengembangkan layanan publik untuk menghadapi Revolusi Industri 4.0, Layanan publik tersebut dikembangkan berbasis layanan e-government yang memanfaatkan sistem informasi sebagai media untuk berkomunikasi dengan masyarakat. Itu adalah cara yang dilakukan pemerintah untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan terhadap masyarakat. Sistem peternakan adalah salah satu layanan pemerintah yang dikembangkan dengan model layanan e-government. Sistem ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan layanan pemerintah kepada masyarakat yang bermata pencaharian sebagai peternak sapi perah untuk mendukung peternakannya. Untuk keberlangsungan layanan ini perlu dilakukan analisa usabiltas sebagai salah satu tahapan dalam pengembangan layanan ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh antar faktor usabilitas dalam penggunakan system peternakan ini. Untuk melakukan hal tersebut, dalam penelitian ini digunakan pendekatan metode USE dengan Analisa diagram jalur untuk membuktikan hipotesis yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemudahan dipelajari berpengaruh positif terhadap kemudahan penggunaan, kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruhi positif terhadap kegunaan, kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasaan pengguna, dan kegunaan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasaan pengguna.

Abstract

The importance of power control feasibility is closely related to the direct implementation of the system, which is related to interference between users in the femtocell network and also related to the optimal use of power transmit that can create a long-lasting battery. Implementation of the feasibility of power control in this study is focused on the centralized femtocell network with a multi-channel user. The research method in this study is based on the use of feasible solution algorithms in power control by observing the output of power vector that should be valued non-negative, which means that it can be implemented. This result indicates that all of user can reach the specified target SINR. SINR users will increase when there are additional channels for user groups. The average power of user will also decrease while increasing the amount of provided channels. The greater number of users in a user group, the less value SINR can be obtained

Abstract

Internet of Things or widely known as IOT makes smart objects become active participants in the communication process between objects and their environment. IoT services that utilize Internet connection require solutions to a new problem: security and privacy. Smart objects and machine-to-machine communications in IOT now become interesting research, including that related to security. Privacy, which is a safe condition in which object is free from interference from other objects, is one of the important aspects in IOT. Privacy can be implemented using various ways for examples by applying encryption algorithms, restrictions on access to data or users, as well as implementing rules or specific policy. Trustable object selection is one technique to improve privacy. The process of selecting a trustable object can be done based on past activities or trust history of the object, also by applying a threshold value to determine whether an object is "trusted" or not. Some researchers have studied this approach. In this study, the selection processes of trustable objects are calculated using Modified Ant Colony algorithm. The simulation was performed and resulted in declining graphic trend but stabilized in certain trust value.

Abstract

The use of sharing channel simultaneously has become the trend in telecommunication technology particularly in network with distributed users as the allocation of frequency spectrum becomes more crowded. The proposed power control method in cognitive femtocell network is based on game theory (commonly known as power control game, PCG). This method uses utility function formula as the goal of game theory for power strategy in power update process. Utility function formula of Proposed PCG includes channel sharing factor that aimed to accommodate the system requirement of channel sharing. The result showed that the implementation of channel factor is inversely proportional to the signal to noise and interference ratio (SINR) and transmit power, but proportional to utility function. In comparison of user transmit power and SINR with two other methods, can also be conclude that Proposed PCG was able to achieve SINR of 5.49 dB and above the SINR target 5 dB, while the Thalabani (TB) and Koskie-Gajic (KG) were only able to achieve respective SINR of 4.87 dB and 4.98 dB. It can be concluded that the Proposed PCG was better in achieving the SINR target. It means that the quality of service in this system can be fulfilled properly.
