Abstract

This study is related to the influence of organizational culture and compensation for employee performance at Siti Aisyah Hospital in Lubuklinggau, the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of organizational culture on performance partially, the effect of compensation on performance partially. The influence of organizational culture and compensation for performance simultaneously. The number of samples used as many as 100 people using the population research theory in taking samples, data collection was done using a questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used was an analysis using Statistical Product and Serving Solution (SPSS). The results of the study found that the variables of organizational culture and compensation simultaneously affect performance, this can be seen from the value of Fcount = 136,482> Ftable = 3,09 with a significant level of sig = 0,000 <α = 0,05. As well as organizational culture variables significantly influence employee performance, this can be seen from the value of t-count 3.914> t-table 1.66 and sig value 0.000 <0.05. And compensation variables significantly influence employee performance. This can be seen from the t-count value of 4,053> t-table 3,000 and sig value 0,000 <0,05.

Abstract

This study aims to find the answer whether there is influence Reward and Organizational Culture Against Performance of Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) at the Office of the Ministry of Religious City Lubuklinggau. Based on t test recapitulation for Reward variable has significant influence to apparatus performance with tcount value 2,440> ttable 2,028 and sig value 0,020 <0,05. While recapitulation of t test for organizational culture variable has significant influence to apparatus performance with tcount value 5.302> ttable 2.028 and sig 0,000 <0,05. The results of research calculations conducted in the field showed that Reward and Organizational Culture has a significant effect on apparatus with correlation coefficient obtained the value of R is 0.877 which means the relationship between Reward variable and Organizational Culture shows a strong relationship. Then Reward and Culture Organization together significant effect on performance with value Fcount = 54,884> Ftable = 3,26 with significant level sig = 0,000 <α = 0,05. 95% significant level and a = 5% and db denominator = nk-1 = 36 - 2 - 1 = 33 and the db of the numerator k = the number of variables - 1 (k = 2) which means Reward and Organizational Culture variables simultaneously have a significant influence on ASN Performance Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Lubuklinggau City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Employee Performance at PT. Karyaindo Sejatitama Suku Tengah Lakitan Ulu Terawas Subdistrict, Musi Rawas Regency. Technique of data collecting were observation, interview, questionnaire, and documentation. The sample of this study used saturated sampling, that was all 96 employees. Technique of data analysis is done by testing the validity test and reliability test, the classic assumption test consists of normality test, linearity test, linear regression test, correlation test, determination test, and hypothesis test. Based on the t test, the value of tcount (10,944) > ttable (1,986) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that communication has a significant influence on employee performance at PT. Karyaindo Sejatitama Suku Tengah Lakitan Ulu Terawas Subdistrict, Musi Rawas Regency. Based on the t test, the value of tcount (8.691) > t ttable (1.986) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that K3 has a significant influence on Employee Performance at PT. Karyaindo Sejatitama Suku Tengah Lakitan Ulu Terawas Subdistrict, Musi Rawas Regency. Based on the F test, the value of Fcount (69.343) > Ftable (3.09) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that Communication and Health and Safety (Occupational Health & Safety) has a significant influence on Employee Performance at PT. Karyaindo Sejatitama, Suku Tengah Lakitan Ulu Terawas Subdistrict, Musi Rawas Regency.

Abstract

The purpuse of this study is to determine the recognition of income applied by PT.Samudra Jaya lestari whether it is in accordance with PSAK No.34 ( Revision 2015). Revenue is one of the important elements in information of the elemenst related to the size of the profit earned by company.The method used in this research is in the form of financial statements and work contract letters of PT.Samudra Jaya Lestari and other data in form of literature,articles, journals and websites on the internet.The result of research conducted, namely PT.Samudra Jaya Lestari in applying the income recognition method are not in accordance with the financial statement accounting standards, namely PSAK No.34 regarding constructionservices because PT.Samudra Jaya Lestari has not been consistent in using the income recognition method every year, which should be used in accordance with the provisions that have been applied in PSAK No.34 concerning construction servive revenue.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi efektif dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru pada SMA Negeri Rawas Ilir Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara. Populasi dan sampel penelitian berjumlah 58 responden, analisa yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan analisa regresi linear berganda, uji koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis dengan uji t dan uji F, maka dapat diketahui hasil penelitian yaitu hipotesis pertama dapat diketahui bahwa nilai thitung sebesar 12.605 > ttabel sebesar 1.676. Pengujian hipotesis kedua dapat diketahui nilai thitung sebesar 17.167 > ttabel sebesar 1.676. Pengujian hipotesis ketiga dapat diketahui nilai Fhitung sebesar 43.646 > Ftabel sebesar 3.183) Kesimpulan penelitian yaitu terdapat adanya pengaruh signifikan komunikasi efektif dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri Rawas Ilir Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara.

Abstract

Penelitian dengan judul Pengaruh Kompetensi, Motivasi dan Pengawasan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dilakukan di Inspektorat Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, motivasi dan pengawasan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Inspektorat Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara secara simultan dan secara parsial. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai di Inspektorat Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara dan Dinas terkait sebanyak 70 pegawai. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengujian regresi linear berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah 1). Uji parsial (Uji t) yang dilakukan membuktikan kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dimana ????ℎ????????????????????5,211 >???????????????????????? 1,994 dan juga sig sebesar 0,002 < 0,05. 2). Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, dimana ????ℎ???????????????????? 2,801 >???????????????????????? 1,994 dan juga sig sebesar 0,003 < 0,05. 3). Pengawasan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, dimana ????ℎ???????????????????? 4,731 >???????????????????????? 1,994 dan juga sig sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. 4). Kompetensi, Motivasi dan Pengawasan berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Inspektorat Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara, dimana Fhitung 14,747 > Ftabel 2,74 dan juga sig sebesar 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana efektivitas kinerja pegawai di Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana efektivitas kinerja pegawai di Bagian Protokol Kabupaten Musi Rawas. Subfokus penelitian adalah displin kerja, kompetensi dan proses pelaksanaan tugas dan pengaruhnya terhadap efektivitas kinerja pegawai. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan informan sebagai sumber data utama. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, pengamatan dan dokumentasi. Prosedur analisis data terdiri dari reduksi, penyajian dan pembuatan kesimpulan dan atau verifikasi. Simpulan penelitian yaitu (1) Disiplin kerja pegawai mengalami peningkatan setelah penerapan sistem absensi pengenalan wajah berbasis komputer dan pemasangan CCTV di ruang kerja. (2) Efektivitas kinerja dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi pegawai terkait detail pekerjaan. (3) Pelaksanaan tugas berjalan kurang optimal akibat minimnya anggaran dan waktu pelaksanaan program.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of transformational leadership of school principals in improving teacher performance at SMPN Purwodadi. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection was carried out through observations, interviews, and documentation involving the principal, vice principal, and six teachers. The results revealed that the four dimensions of transformational leadership— idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration—were effectively implemented, significantly contributing to the improvement of teacher performance. This research affirms that transformational leadership style is a productive approach to fostering a supportive work environment and encouraging professional growth among teachers.
