Abstract

Companies are required to fulfill all desires according to what consumers need, as a result, a company must continue to innovate to build consumer loyalty to a product offered by the company. The research that has been carried out certainly has the aim of analyzing the influence of independent variables including service quality, shopping enjoyment, and price discounts on the dependent variable, namely impulsive purchases at the Shopee market place. The population of this research or research includes S1 students at the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. Furthermore, a sample of 115 respondents was taken using the formula, namely Slovin. The method when collecting data is by using a questionnaire that has been distributed via WhatsApp and Instagram social media. Then the sampling technique chosen by the researcher was non-probability sampling with the incidental sampling method processed using the IBM SPSS 25 application. Testing the data instrument used validity and reliability tests. Furthermore, the data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study prove that service quality, shopping enjoyment, and price discounts have a positive and significant effect on impulse purchases. Abstract

A company is required to provide products with good quality and according to consumer needs, therefore companies must develop and produce the best products so that the products offered in the market sell well. The aim of this study is to examine the impact of consumers' lifestyles on their opinions about smartphone costs, brand image, and product quality. Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta participated in this study. In illustrating the findings, this study used data from 100 participants, all of whom met certain criteria. The SPSS 26 analysis tool was used to process the questionnaire used for data collection. The findings prove that (1) brand image substantially influences purchasing decisions. 2) product quality significantly influences purchasing decisions. 3) price perceptions do not substantially influence purchasing decisions. 4) A person's way of life has a large impact on what they believe. Abstract

Muhammadiyah, as an Islamic movement with a moderate and cosmopolitan vision, faces unique challenges in managing ethnic, cultural and religious diversity in various countries. The leadership of the Special Branch of Muhammadiyah (PCIM) in Malaysia, which oversees 10 Special Branch Leaders of Muhammadiyah (PRIM), faces obstacles in organizational commitment and governance. To overcome this, PKM-KI UMS proposed a solution through three training programs: Achievement Motivation Training, PDCA Training, and Islamic Leadership Training, with a focus on developing leadership modules. This program aims to increase organizational commitment and governance in PCIM and PRIM Malaysia, as well as strengthen the Muhammadiyah community in Malaysia in facing organizational governance challenges and promote Muhammadiyah's moderate and cosmopolitan vision amidst socio-cultural dynamics across nations and countries. Program methods include initial surveys, needs analysis, training design, evaluation, and program sustainability. The program results show that leadership training can significantly increase commitment and effectiveness of organizational governance. This program provides new insights into the importance of leadership training that focuses on aspects of Islamic motivation, management and leadership in the context of cross-cultural organizations.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the impact of Enviromental, Social, and Governance (ESG), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Cash Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), inflation and exchange rate on financial distress, using the X-Score model. This research used a quantitative approach, with secondary data. This research sample used purposive sampling and obtained four general banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2019 to 2022. The research was analyzed using a panel data regression model that will be tested using the E-Views version 10 software. The results of this study indicate that DAR has a significant positive effect on financial distress. However, ESG, NPL, CAR LDR, cash ratio, inflation, and exchange rates have no significant effect on financial distress

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and trust on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction in Shopee market place users. In this study, the population used is the entire shopee user community. The sampling technique in this study was non probability sampling. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study were 260 respondents. The data collection method used in this study was to distribute questionnaires via google form. The questionnaire was made using a Likert scale format and processed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tool. This analysis process was carried out using the Smart PLS 3.2 application. The results showed that service quality has no effect on customer loyalty. Trust has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. Service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. Trust has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction can mediate the effect of service quality on customer loyalty. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality and price perceptions on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research method is quantitative. The population in this study were all people who had used Rahayu Tour Travel services. The sample of this study was 140 respondents. This sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The data used in this research is primary data. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis with Smart Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study are that Service Quality and Price Perception have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Service Quality and Price Perception have a positive and significant influence on Customer Satisfaction. Customer Satisfaction and Service Quality have a positive and significant influence on Customer Loyalty. Price Perception has a positive and significant influence on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction as a mediating variable. Abstract

The research was conducted by measuring the influence that product price and quality have on purchasing decisions by paying attention to consumer satisfaction as a mediating variable. Furthermore, bittersweet by Najla was chosen as the research object because of its popularity. Through the purposive sampling method, measurements using quantitative methods were obtained by distributing questionnaires to consumers of Bittersweet Najla who are 15 years old, as well as people who like sweet foods, so a total of 175 respondents were obtained. The findings show that customer satisfaction and price and product quality influence purchasing decisions, not only a direct influence but also a mediating influence on consumer satisfaction which also has a significant impact on the relationship between price and product quality on purchasing decisions. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, price, and promotion on purchasing decisions mediated by brand image. This study uses a survey of 110 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta who have purchased Oppo smartphones as research objects. The findings of the study indicate that product quality, price, and promotion significantly affect brand image. However, the effect of price on brand image is not significant. In addition, this study reveals that brand image significantly mediates the effect of product quality and promotion on purchasing decisions. These findings emphasize the importance of having a positive brand image in influencing consumer purchasing decisions. The conclusion of this study is that companies should prioritize building a positive brand image and providing high-quality products at attractive prices. By promoting products effectively, companies can influence consumer perceptions and ultimately increase sales. This study provides valuable insights for companies in designing more effective marketing strategies and optimizing factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, price, promotion and brand image on purchasing decisions for Apple brand mobile phone products. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The research sample was 100 respondents using purposive sampling method with the following criteria: (1) Consumers and users of apple brand smarphone, (2) Aged 18-35, (3) People residing in Solo Raya. The data analysis used is instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test, and determination coefficient test. The results showed that product quality, price, promotion, and brand image partially had a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pengaruh Pemberian daun Sungkai (Peronema canescens) Terhadap Kadar GGT Pada Mencit (Mus musculus) Alergi. Reaksi alergi atau hipersensitivitas adalah reaktivitas khusus dari kepekaan host. Hipersensitivitas atau alergi, terjadi reaksi imun berlebihan kemudian menimbulkan kerusakan jaringan salah satunya yaitu kerusakan pada jaringan hati. GGT (Gamma Glutamyl Transferase) merupakan salah satu metode pemeriksaan gangguan hati. Salah satu alternatif yang dapat digunakan sebagai proses penyembuhan dari inflamasi adalah dengan pemberian Daun Sungkai (Peronema canescens). Beberapa kandungan senyawa metabolik sekunder pada daun Sungkai (Peronema canescens) yaitu flavonoid, saponin, alkaloid, steroid, tanin, dan fenolmemiliki aktivitas sebagai anti inflamasi. Metode: Penelitian eksperimen murni dengan metode pretest dan posttest control group design menggunakan 3 kelompok hewan coba mencit yaitu kelompok kontrol, kelompok alergi, dan kelompok alergi yang diberi daun sungkai. Analisis statistik yang digunakan yaitu Uji Kruskal Wallis. Hasil: Menunjukkan bahwa pada kelompok mencit alergi yang diberi daun sungkai mengalami penurunan kadar GGT. Uji statistik menggunakan Uji Kruskal-Wallis terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pemberian daun sungkai (Peronema canescens) pada kadar GGT mencit alergi dengan nilai p 0,000. Kesimpulan: Terdapat pengaruh pemberian daun sungkai (Peronema canescens) terhadapt penurunan kadar GGT pada kelompok mencit alergi.
