Abstract

Upaya deteksi dini gangguan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan pada anak balita salah satunya dengan mengikuti kegiatan Posyandu secara rutin. Jumlah balita yang di timbang di Puskesmas Long Bia pada tahun 2021 sebanyak 55,81% angka ini masih jauh dari target Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Bulungan yaitu 85%. Tujuan penelitian ini ingin mengetahui faktor faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan kunjungan ibu ke Posyandu balita di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Long Bia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Observasional dengan desain cross sectional, Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Ibu yang mempunyai balita usia 12-59 bulan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Long Bia berjumlah 180 dengan jumlah sampel 124 balita, teknik sampling proportional random sampling. Instrument penelitian menggunakan kuisioner dan Analisa data dengan Chi Square dan uji alternatif Fisher’s Exact. Didapatkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan umur dengan kepatuhan kunjungan ibu ke Posyandu balita di peroleh nilai p value = 0,94 lebih besar dari nilai α= 0,05, tidak ada hubungan pendidikan dengan kepatuhan kunjungan ibu ke Posyandu balita diperoleh nilai p value = 0,63 lebih besar dari nilai α= 0,05, Tidak ada hubungan pekerjaan dengan kepatuhan kunjungan ibu ke Posyandu balita ibu diperoleh nilai p value = 0,47 lebih besar dari nilai α= 0,05, Ada hubungan pengetahuan dengan kepatuhan kunjungan ibu ke Posyandu balita diperoleh nilai p value = 0,00 lebih kecil dari nilai α= 0,05, Ada hubungan sikap dengan kepatuhan kunjungan ibu ke Posyandu balita diperoleh nilai p value = 0,00 lebih kecil dari nilai α= 0,05, Ada hubungan kepercayaan dengan kepatuhan kunjungan ibu ke Posyandu balita diperoleh nilai p value = 0,04 lebih kecil dari nilai α= 0,05. Tidak ada hubungan antara umur, pendidikan dan pekerjaan dengan kepatuhan kunjungan ibu ke posyandu balita, Ada hubungan antara pengetahuan, sikap dan kepercayaan dengan kepatuhan kunjungan ibu ke posyandu balita. Pentingnya Puskesmas selalu memberikan informasi serta penyuluhan di masyarakat mengenai pentingnya membawa balita sampai usia 59 bulan ke Posyandu balita.

Abstract

Hipertensi emergensi merujuk pada kondisi di mana tekanan darah naik secara tiba-tiba dan signifikan dalam waktu singkat. Penderita hipertensi perlu meningkatkan kepatuhan terhadap terapi farmakologi dan non farmakologi untuk mencapai tekanan darah yang normal. Gaya hidup yang tidak sehat, konsumsi natrium yang tinggi serta ketidakpatuhan mengkonsumsi obat antihipertensi menjadikan tekanan darah cenderung semakin meningkat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang terkait dengan hipertensi emergensi di Unit Gawat Darurat RSUD DR. H. Soemarno Sosroatmodjo Tanjung Selor. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian observasional analitik. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross-sectional. Populasi yang dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien dengan hipertensi yang datang ke Unit Gawat Darurat RSUD DR. H. Soemarno Sosroatmodjo Tanjung Selor. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Penelitian ini melibatkan 24 orang sebagai sampel. Diperoleh sebagian besar responden pola makan kurang baik sebanyak 13 orang (54,2%), kepatuhan minum obat tinggi sebanyak 15 orang (62,5%) dan stres sedang sebanyak 14 orang (58,3%), stres ringan sebanyak 10 orang (41,7%) dan mengalami hipertensi emergensi sebanyak 17 orang (70,8%). Terdapat korelasi antara pola makan, tingkat stres, dan kepatuhan dalam minum obat dengan kejadian hipertensi emergensi.

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of airport experience on passenger satisfaction and the perception of green image at Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA). The study utilizes the Experience Economy Theory, examining the roles of entertainment, education, aesthetics, and escapism in shaping passenger satisfaction and contributing to YIA’s green image. Data were collected from 327 passengers using a structured questionnaire based on a five-point Likert scale. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was employed to analyze the relationships between the dimensions of the airport experience and their impact on passenger satisfaction and green image. The results indicate that educational and escapist experiences significantly enhance both satisfaction and green image, whereas entertainment and aesthetic dimensions have a less significant impact on the perception of YIA’s sustainability efforts. This study provides insights for airport managers on how to improve airport experiences and green initiatives to foster stronger passenger loyalty and environmental awareness.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, price, brand image and word of mouth on online transportation customer satisfaction (gojek). This research method is quantitative. In this study, the population used is all people who have used Gojek Transportation services. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. The data used in this study are primary data. The data collection method used in this study was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression using the SPSS 25 test tool with validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing, f test, and t test, and determination coefficient test. The results showed that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Price has no significant effect on customer satisfaction. Brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Along with the development of the culinary industry, especially in the coffee shop sector, there is an increase in very tight competition between various businesses in this field. To attract customers and maintain their loyalty, every coffee shop needs to pay attention to various factors that can affect consumer experience, one of which is store atmosphere. In addition, the variety of products offered and the quality of service provided are also important elements in creating customer satisfaction. Therefore, this study aims to identify and analyze the effect of store atmosphere, product variety, and service quality on customer satisfaction at Coffee Shops in Manahan. This type of research is quantitative research, with a sample of 100 respondents. This research is quantitative research. The data required is primary data obtained through a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population of the study was Coffee Shop customers in Manahan, with a sample of 100 respondents taken using the convenience purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out through several stages, namely validity testing to ensure the validity of the questionnaire, reliability testing to measure the consistency of respondents' answers, classical assumption testing which includes normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests, and multiple linear regression analysis to test the effect of independent variables on dependent variables, both simultaneously and partially. The results show that partially the variables store atmosphere, product variation, and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The coefficient of determination (R2) obtained a result of 0.588, meaning that the variables store atmosphere (X1), product variation (X2) and service quality (X3) are able to explain the variation of the customer satisfaction variable (Y) by 0.588 or 58.8%, and the rest is explained by other variables that are not included in the model.

Abstract

Background: Diet in toddlers plays an important role in the growth process in toddlers, because foods that contain lots of nutrients can support the child's growth and development process. So, there is malnutrition in toddlers. The level of knowledge and work of the mother will greatly affect the pattern of feeding the child, the mother's ignorance of the pattern of feeding the child will result in errors in the selection of food ingredients so that it will cause malnutrition. Objective: To determine the relationship between mother's level of knowledge and occupation with feeding patterns in children aged 12-60 months in Melapeh Baru Village. Methods: This type of research is an observational study using a Cross Sectional approach. The population of mothers with toddlers aged 12-60 months in Melapeh Baru Village in January 2021 amounted to 124 toddlers. Results and Discussion: The test results obtained that there was a relationship between the level of mother's knowledge (p-value = 0.035) and work (p-value = 0.000) with eating patterns in children aged 12-60 months. Conclusion: There is a relationship between the level of knowledge and mother's occupation with feeding patterns in children aged 12-60 months in Melapeh Baru Village

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pengungkapan corporate social responsibility, leverage, likuiditas dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan food and beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2018. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 42 perusahaan yang dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengungkapan corporate social responsibility dan ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan. Sedangkan leverage berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan dan likuiditas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan.

Abstract

This research endeavours to explore the influence of product categorisation and promotional strategies on consumer loyalty, with the brand image of Government bank serving as a mediating factor, along with conducting a thorough analysis. The study uses a quantitative approach to collect data by administering a questionnaire to the clientele of Government bank. The analysis of the data utilised structural equation modelling (SEM) along with statistical software. The findings of the study reveal that the type of product plays a crucial role in enhancing brand image, while advertising also significantly contributes to this enhancement. Furthermore, brand image is shown to be a key factor in fostering customer loyalty. Additionally, the type of product and marketing efforts are both significant in promoting customer loyalty, with brand image acting as a mediator in the relationships among product type, advertising, and customer loyalty.

Abstract

Majelis Ekonomi PCIM Kuala Lumpur, wadah pengusaha muslim Muhammadiyah di Malaysia, menghadapi kendala dalam perkembangan bisnis, terutama dalam pemasaran. Kebanyakan menggunakan WhatsApp untuk promosi, mengakibatkan perlunya strategi digital marketing yang lebih efektif. Program Pengabdian pada Masyarakat Kerjasama Internasional ini mengadakan pelatihan digital marketing untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan teknologi informasi dan media sosial. Metode yang digunakan termasuk observasi, pelatihan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Hasilnya, terdapat peningkatan follower di Instagram dan pendapatan yang signifikan, berkat strategi digital marketing yang diterapkan. Rekomendasi meliputi penggunaan aplikasi kasir, pembuatan konten kreatif, peningkatan layanan, dan penciptaan tempat yang menarik di media sosial.
