Abstract

Perubahan dunia kerja, didorong oleh teknologi dan pergeseran nilai sosial, membawa sistem kerja fleksibel sebagai solusi efektif. Sistem ini memungkinkan pegawai mengatur waktu dan tempat kerja, meningkatkan keseimbangan kehidupan dan produktivitas. Pandemi COVID-19 mempercepat adopsi sistem ini, terbukti memberikan manfaat seperti pengurangan stres dan biaya operasional. Di Indonesia, pemerintah telah mengadopsi sistem kerja fleksibel untuk ASN, termasuk di Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK), berdasarkan Perpres No. 21 Tahun 2023. Meskipun menjanjikan, penerapannya menghadapi tantangan dalam manajemen waktu, koordinasi tim, dan dampak psikologis pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak implementasi sistem kerja fleksibel di BPK terhadap kinerja pegawai dan kualitas pelayanan publik. Hasil penelitian diharapkan memberikan rekomendasi strategis bagi pengambilan keputusan dan peningkatan efisiensi kerja di sektor publik.

Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim of knowing the description of product quality, price fairness and distribution channels on purchasing decisions at PT Dynatech International. As well as knowing the role of distribution channels in mediating product quality and price fairness on purchasing decisions at PT Dynatech International. The study was studied using the post-positivism paradigm, with quantitative research methods. The population of the study was consumers of PT. Dynatech International totaling 250 people. The data used were primary data in the form of questionnaires measured using the Likert scale. The study used the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square approach with a measurement model using the Smart PLS version 3 program. The results of the study directly show that Product Quality and Price Fairness have an influence on Distribution Channels. Product Quality, Price Fairness, and Distribution Channels directly have an influence on Purchasing Decisions. While indirectly Distribution Channels mediate the influence of Product Quality and Price Fairness on Purchasing Decisions. From the research results, it can be concluded that Distribution Channels have the strongest influence on Purchasing Decisions. While Price Fairness has the weakest influence on Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

Discipline is a fundamental aspect for employees in ensuring that a process is carried out accurately and in accordance with applicable rules and regulations. In the context of the civil apparatus in the Republic of Indonesia, this is regulated under Government Regulation (PP) Number 94 of 2021 concerning the Discipline of Civil Servants. This study was conducted with a sample of 51 employees to assess the extent to which the policy on employee discipline implementation within the Board Member Secretariat Bureau of the Audit Board of Indonesia (BPK) has been executed along with its impacts. The results indicate that, despite efforts to socialize the regulation in question, there are still civil apparatus (ASN) who do not fully understand the regulation and its consequences. In 2024, instances of ASN arriving late to work, unauthorized absences, and a lack of awareness among some ASN in fulfilling their duties and responsibilities were still found, which could potentially affect the achievement of planned performance targets. The method used in this study was qualitative analysis incorporating interviews, literature review, data analysis, and observation. The findings of this study are expected to provide input to relevant parties as supporting data for evaluating the implementation of employee discipline.

Abstract

This research is about the phenomenon of employees who work in government institutions and also play a role in the household and family. These two different roles are considered to have an impact on work activities which cause stress in the implementation of work which in turn also affects the implementation of employee work commitments. The aim of the research is to determine the influence of work family conflict and work stress on employee work commitment at the HR Bureau of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia. The research method uses a quantitative approach with survey methods. Data analysis using the classic assumption test and t test. The research results explain that there is a significant influence between work family conflict and work stress and employee commitment, but the relationship is negative. The simultaneous test between work-family conflict and work stress and employee commitment also explains a significant relationship.

Abstract

Abstract The role of human resources in creating a good organizational climate is an issue that has been researched previously. However, if we look at the effectiveness criteria presented by experts in the field of management, we understand that knowledge-sharing behavior and work professionalism can directly or indirectly play a very important role in improving employee performance. This study aims to analyze the contribution of knowledge sharing and work professionalism to creating a good organizational climate through emotional intelligence. This research was conducted at University of Prof. Dr. Moestopo (Beragama), Jakarta. Researchers use questionnaires as a tool to obtain primary data. Sampling used the entire population of 168 respondents. The research results show that: 1) knowledge sharing and work professionalism contribute significantly to emotional intelligence; 2) knowledge sharing and work professionalism contribute significantly to emotional intelligence, both directly and indirectly, to the organizational climate through emotional intelligence. Knowledge sharing and work professionalism behavior in an organization can create several positive things, including good organizational decision-making, a good organizational climate, and increased knowledge distribution on a more complex team work scale. The ability to manage emotional intelligence can create a good organizational climate. However, managing each individual's emotional intelligence depends on how much the individual is able to respond to their own emotional strength.

Abstract

This study explores the strategic role of labor unions in resolving industrial relations disputes in Tangerang City, one of the major industrial centers in Banten Province, Indonesia. In the dynamic reality of modern labor relations, tensions often arise between workers who seek fairness and protection and employers who prioritize efficiency and profit. Using a qualitative case study approach, this research seeks to gain an in-depth understanding of how labor unions help balance power in the workplace. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis involving union representatives, government officials, company management, and workers engaged in labor conflicts. The findings reveal that labor unions serve as advocates, watchdogs, enforcers of agreements, mediators in negotiations, educators for members, and facilitators of social dialogue. These roles have proven effective in resolving conflicts peacefully, often preventing escalation into formal legal processes. The study emphasizes that the presence of active and empowered labor unions is essential for building fair, healthy, and sustainable industrial relations especially in labor-dense industrial regions such as Tangerang City.

Abstract

The advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) has significantly transformed recruitment and employee selection processes. This study explores the use of AI in recruitment, focusing on speed, time efficiency, assessment objectivity, and the potential risks to candidate quality. Using a qualitative descriptive approach and literature review, this paper analyzes how AI is integrated into various stages of recruitment, including CV screening, chatbot-based interviews, and algorithm-driven candidate analysis. The findings indicate that AI can enhance recruitment efficiency and reduce the administrative burden on HR departments. However, it also presents challenges such as algorithmic bias, limitations in evaluating soft skills, and the risk of losing the human touch. Therefore, the most effective approach lies in combining AI systems with human HR professionals to ensure a recruitment process that is not only fast and objective but also accurate and focused on long-term quality.

Abstract

Transformasi digital menuntut organisasi untuk terus beradaptasi melalui praktik manajemen perubahan yang efektif. Perubahan tersebut memerlukan transformasi manajemen Sumber daya manusia (SDM) di beberapa aspek agar organisasi dapat beradaptasi dengan cepat di era transformasi digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara manajemen perubahan dan manajemen SDM dalam menghadapi dinamika bisnis yang cepat di era transformasi digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan manajemen perubahan sangat dipengaruhi oleh keterlibatan fungsi manajemen SDM, terutama dalam membangun budaya adaptif, menyediakan pelatihan yang relevan, dan meningkatkan komunikasi internal yang kuat agar lebih adapatif dengan kemajuan digital. Studi ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi organisasi yang tengah menjalankan inisiatif perubahan di era digital.
