Abstract

This research is motivated by the gap between educational content standards and the field situation. Several schools still face difficulties in implementing educational content standards due to teachers' challenges in delivering learning materials to students. This potentially has a negative impact on the quality of education provided to students. The purpose of this research is to describe and evaluate the implementation of educational content standards at SD Negeri Leyangan. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The study was conducted at SD Negeri Leyangan from May 6, 2024, to May 17, 2024. The data collection techniques used in this research include interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique involves systematic steps to identify patterns, findings, and meanings that emerge from the collected data. The stages undertaken are: data preparation, method selection, data management, data analysis, data interpretation, and reporting of results. Based on the analysis conducted by the researcher, several important points were identified: collaboration between teachers, students, and parents is crucial in creating an effective learning environment that supports students' understanding of the learning material. Diverse teaching strategies, active student involvement in learning, acknowledgment of challenges in understanding the material, and support from teachers and parents are key factors in enhancing students' comprehension of the learning material.

Abstract

An educator certificate is important as a professional standard for teachers to guarantee the quality and standards of educators and education personnel. The standard for educators and educational personnel is one of the national educational standards that educators and educational personnel need to have. In this case, fulfilling academic and non-academic qualifications is very necessary in fulfilling PTK standards which can be seen from the ownership of each teacher's teaching certificate. SD Negeri Gedanganak 02 is located in East Ungaran District, Semarang Regency which has 9 teaching and education personnel. This research aims to examine the impact of teacher certification on the implementation of standards for educators and education personnel at SD Negeri Gedanganak 02. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive research type. Data collection methods through interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that the principal of SD Negeri Gedanganak 02 has met general qualifications and special qualifications. For teaching staff, there are six teachers who do not yet have an educator certificate. In non-academic qualifications, all educators and education staff at SD Negeri Gedanganak 02 have fulfilled four main competencies.

Abstract

Educational facilities and infrastructure are very important components in supporting the optimal implementation of the educational process. According to Barnawi, educational facilities and infrastructure are "all basic equipment that indirectly supports the implementation of the educational process in schools. "Therefore, educational facilities and infrastructure are a unit that supports the implementation of the learning and teaching process well and optimally." The problem to be studied focuses on the availability and management of facilities and infrastructure at SD Negeri Beji 01, East Ungaran District. The aim that is expected to be achieved in this research is to find out how the availability and management of facilities and infrastructure is at SD Negeri Beji 01, East Ungaran District. In this research, the author used qualitative research methods. The research method uses qualitative methods and a descriptive approach. Based on the results of field research and data analysis that the author has carried out, it can be concluded that the condition of the facilities and infrastructure at SD Negeri Beji 01 can be categorized as adequate but require maximum maintenance and optimal use.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the application of graduate competency standards at SDN Kalongan 01 Ungaran Timur, based on (a) affective, (b) cognitive, (c) psychomotor aspects. The research subjects were school principals, teachers and staff employees. Seen at SDN Kalongan 01: (1) Students are not serious when praying (cognitive aspect) showing that students do not understand religious teachings, (2) Students are not yet responsible (affective aspect) seen when many students still break the rules, and (3) there are still many who cannot operate a computer (psychomotor aspect). After the research was carried out using observation, interviews and documentation. Then qualitative descriptive data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman Interactive technique. The research results show that the implementation of graduate competency standards at SDN Kalongan 01 is good. It is proven in the education quality report that affective and cognitive competencies have been achieved well. However, the psychomotor aspect needs to be developed further.

Abstract

Participatory budgeting is increasingly becoming a major focus in improving government transparency and accountability, particularly in developing countries. In contexts often impacted by social, economic, and political challenges, this process offers an opportunity to improve public governance. However, the implementation of participatory budgeting faces several obstacles such as bureaucratic resistance and resource constraints. This study explores how participatory budgeting can improve government transparency and accountability in developing countries. The study used a qualitative approach, collecting data from a variety of relevant sources, and analyzing the data to identify key findings. The results of the study show that despite significant challenges, participatory budgeting offers a significant opportunity to improve public governance by involving citizens in the budget decision-making process. Citizen participation can identify often overlooked local needs and strengthen the relationship between government and citizens. However, the success of participatory budgeting implementation depends heavily on political commitment and bureaucratic reforms that support openness and public participation. With adequate support, participatory budgeting can contribute to more inclusive and sustainable development.

Abstract

Political events can affect stock prices in economic or non-economic terms. The political events of the general election are quite interesting topics for testing the information content of stock prices on the IDX which is intended to measure market response using abnormal returns, average abnormal returns and trading volume activity as well as average trading volume activity. The purpose of this research is to be able to prove the difference between abnormal return, average abnormal return and trading volume activity as well as average trading volume activity after and before the 2019 Indonesian presidential election. The population of this study is the index published by the IDX and the sample in this study is 45 companies listed in the LQ 45 index. The type of research conducted is quantitative research and secondary data in this study were obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and Yahoo Finance. Analysis of the test data using the normality Kolmogrov-Smirnov test and the Ranking Test Wilcoxon because the observation time in the test is 7 days after and 7 days before the 2019 Indonesian presidential election. 2019 there is no significant difference to the average abnormal return and average trading volume activity.

Abstract

This is a research that have been done to 102 Accounting students in Economy and Business Faculty, Jenderal Soedirman University. Purpose of this research is to understand about accounting students’ perception on subjective norm, career, economic, social, academic title and knowledge motivation in influence of intention to take accounting certification.Accounting students (S1) in Economic and Business Faculty, Jenderal Sedirman University, who know about accounting certification – CA / CPA / CIA / CFA / others – was become the criterion in samples choosing of this research. The results of research are: (1) parents’ influence don’t become students’ consideration to take accounting certification; (2) the higer family’s influence, the higher students’ intention to take accounting certification; (3) friends’ view or suggestion didn’t affect students’ intention to take accounting certification; (4) the higher lecturers/professors’ influence, the higher students’ intention to take accounting certification; totally, subjective norm have positive and significant influence to students’ intention to take accounting certification; (5) the higher career motivation, the higher students’ intention to take accounting certification; (6) the higher economic motivation, the lower students’ intention to take accounting certification; (7) the higher social motivation, the higher students’ intention to take accounting certification; (8) academic title motivation doesn’t affect students’ intention to take accounting certification; (9) the higher knowledge motivation, the higher students’ intention to take accounting certification.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ROA, ROE dan NPM terhadap Harga Saham. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri atas 6 perusahaan. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 4 perusahaan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu dengan analisis regresi data panel dengan bantuan software aplikasi Eviews versi 12. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial hanya variabel ROA berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham dan variabel independen secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap harga saham.

Abstract

The era of globalization when it has led to the development of the economy which is very rapid and demanding companies , both companies locally and internationally , must contend tight . Policy dividends have become a concern many parties on the outside of the internal enterprise , such as the holder of the stock , investors, creditors , and the external others who have interest in the information that is issued by a company. This paper aims to determine the factors that affect dividends in construction companies . To test the hypothesis , we used the data series while the annual are listed on the bursary effect in 2014 until 2019. We use panel data model to analyze the influence of Return On Equity , Debt to Equiy Ratio and Current Ratio that affect the dividend.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji hubungan Sistem Pengukuran Kinerja terhadap kinerja Manajerial: Pemberdayaan psikologis, Kejelasan peran sebagai Variabel intervening. Melanjutkan penelitian oleh Hall (2004), adapun yang menjadi objek dari penelitian ini adalah Bank Perkreditan Rakyat yang terletak di Banyumas Jawa Tengah Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan uji empiris yang menggunakan teknik sensus sampling dalam pengumpulan data. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei terhadap 115 manajer dari Bank Perkreditan Rakyat di Banyumas.A nalisis data menggunakan SEM Amos Versi 5.0. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa dari delapan hipotesis yang diajukan, hanya empat hipotesis diterima dan empat ditolak. Hipotesis yang diterima adalah hipotesis (1) ada hubungan yang positif antara Sistem Pengukuran Kinerja dengan kinerja Manajerial, hipotesis 2 ada hubungan positif antara Sistem Pengukuran Kinerja terhadap Pemberdayaan Psikologis, hipotesis 5 terdapat hubungan positif antara Sistem Pengukuran Kinerja terhadap Kejelasan Peran, dan hipotesis 8 Kejelasan Peran adalah variabel moderator, antara Sistem Pengukuran Kinerja terhadap kinerja manajerial. Hipotesis 3 ditolak, tidak ada hubungan positif antara Pemberdayaan Psikologis terhadap kinerja manajerial, hipotesis 4 Pemberdayaan Psikologis bukanlah sebagai variabel moderator antara Sistem Pengukuran Kinerja dengan kinerja Manajerial, hipotesis 6 terdapat hubungan positif antara kejelasan peran Pemberdayaan Psikologis, hipotesis 7 tidak ada hubungan positif antara kejelasan peran terhadap kinerja manajerial.
