Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the planning, organizing, and monitoring the enforcement of school rules in Junior High School 9 Surakarta. Qualitative research with ethnographic design. Research place in Junior High School 9 Surakarta. When the study May to December 2015. The subjects of the research principal, vice principal of student, counseling teachers, teachers, order officers, and students. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The interview process used is first order and second order understanding understanding. Validity of the data with source triangulation, triangulation method, and triangulation of time. Data analysis techniques with methods groove. Results of the study (1) The planning process of school discipline is done with deliberation involving the principal, vice principal of student, counseling teachers, and teachers, (2) The process of familiarization of the school rules made explanations during the orientation of students, books discipline students, board regulations, as well as the subjects of counseling, (3) Implementation of enforcement of school rules based on awarding points, the type of violation, as well as development, (4) Monitoring and evaluation order continuously conducted to determine the follow-up will be done school to maximize enforcement of school rules.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the counseling teacher effort in addressing juvenile delinquency anddescribe the efforts of religious education teachers in addressing juvenile delinquency in SMAN 1 Ngadirojo. This study is a qualitative type. The main subject of research is the principal, teachers, and students. The method of collecting data using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that (1) Teachers Counseling made various efforts to address juvenile delinquency. Such efforts include preventive activities and curative activities. Measures include preventive activities include making personal guidance, coordination with parents, daily monitoring, and also the provision of coaching programs in Monday. Measures include curative activities include cooperation with the police and health centers, conduct home visits, provide spiritual guidance and direction of talent and interest. (2) The teacher of religious education made  various efforts in addressing juvenile delinquency. teachers packed learning activities using the media and methods as well integrates the values  when the national character of the material conveying religious. efforts outside the organized program of learning is habituation, approaching students in private, in coordination with parents, ask students active in Rohis credible form, as well as perform the operation order.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan pemahaman secara mendalam tentang: 1) Identifikasi masalah yang dihadapi guru SD dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan; 2) Efektivitas lesson study sebagai model pembinaan guru untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan; 3) Rancangan model pembinaan guru berbasis lesson study di Sekolah Dasar. Pendekatan penelitian ini kualitatif fenomenologi, paradigmanya definisi social,bergerak pada kajian mikro, Lokasi penelitian di Sekolah Dasar Kartasura, subjak penelitiannya guru-guru SDN 15 orang, SD Swasta 15 orang, informan penelitiannya  guru, Kepala Sekolah, Kepala Dinas. Tekni pengumpulan data dengan observasi, tes, dan wawancara; Teknik analisis datanya menggunakan teori  first order understanding dan second order understanding, sedangkan alur analisis data mengunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Kesimpulan  penelitian; 1) Masalah yang dihadapi guru SD dalam meningkatkan kualitas pndidikan berbasis lesson study, terdapat dua masalah; 1) masalah internal dan 2) masalah ekstrenal. 2) Eefektivitas lesson study sebagai model pembinaan guru untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan terdapat dua efektifitas, yaitu; a) efektifitas lesson study berdasarkan teoritik dan b) efektifitas lesson study berdasarkan praktik. 3) Rancangan model pembinaan guru SD berbasis lesson study menggunakan leson study modification.

Abstract

Aim of  study is to examine and describe 1) the effectiveness of lesson study as a model of Muhammadiyah Elementary School teacher training to improve the quality of learning 2) validation of lesson study as a model of Muhammadiyah elementary school teacher training to improve the quality of learning. This research used an approach of descriptive-qualitative phenomenology and the research design used the modified class action-based lesson study. The subject of study included the Primary School teachers Muhammadiyah of Kartasura, and the informants were the teachers, headmasters, supervisor. The data gathering employed questionnaires, interview, and observation The data analysis used the first order understanding and second order understanding with an interactive model, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion/verification. The conclusion of this research is, 1) The effectiveness of lesson study as a model of coaching Muhammadiyah elementary school teachers to improve its the quality of learning through K3S (Principal Working Group), while its implementation through KKG (Teacher Working Group) activities. 2) validation lesson study as a model of teacher development to improve its quality of learning  through validation on a limited scale programmed by the KKG (Teacher Working Group) at the cluster level in each school, and carried out evaluation, and validation of this lesson study to create active, innovative, creative and fun learning.

Abstract

The purposes of the research study was to examine and identify a problem of the Primary Schools' teachers of Surakarta Residency in developing a model for improving a quality through lesson study training, a conceptual model for improving the Primary School teachers' quality through lesson study training, and model validation for improving the Primary School teachers' quality through lesson study theoretically. The research used an approach of descriptive-qualitative phenomenology by using a social definition. It was included in the class action. The subjects were the Primary School teachers of Surakarta. The informants of this study were the teachers, headmasters, and supervisors. The data gathering employed questionnaires, interview, and observation. The data analysis used the first order understanding and second order understanding with an interactive model, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion/ verification. The findings showed that a problem of the Primary School teachers is internal (teachers) and external (students, headmasters, supervisors, curriculum and facilities). The problem ranges from the most difficult (17.28%), the more difficult (30.88%), the difficult (33.99%) to the least difficult/easiest (17.85%). The lesson study conceptual model is based on a modified action class research. The effective and creative learning technique used the Improvement Model of Quality of Cooperative. The model validation employed an academic-administrative, conceptual, learning action, and professional.

Abstract

The study aimed to review and describe: 1) Coaching model of social sciences teacher in SMP Muhammadiyah Kartasura. 2) Test the validation of coaching model on social sciences teacher. This study used a qualitative approach of phenomenology. This study was conducted in SMP Muhammadiyah Kartasura, Sukoharjo district. The research design was classroom action research. The subject in this research were students, teachers, the principal. Data collection technique used observation, testing and interview. The interview process using theory of first and second order understanding. Data were analyzed using an interactive model included data reduction, data display, and conclusion. This study concluded that 1) Coaching Model of social sciences teacher in SMP Muhammadiyah Kartasura used modification lesson study approach. 2) Validation of the coaching model using two kinds of validation namely theory of validation and practice of validation.

Abstract

The objectives of the research are describing 1) a dispatching model of Indonesian workers to Malaysia and 2) the core problems of Indonesian workers in Malaysia.  The research applied a phenomenology qualitative approach with focusing on micro social mobility. The subjects of theresearch were Indonesian workers and their family, government, head of neighborhood members, and the House of Representatives. It was located in Central Java. The techniques of the data collecting included observation, interviewing, and documentation. The data validation employed the first order understanding and second order understanding. The data were analyzed with aninteractive model: data reduction, data display, and conclusion. It could be concluded that 1) thedispatching model was using an exposure approach and bottom-up approach. An employment process of the Indonesian workers was in three stages: pre-, core-, and post-provisions of work. A strategy of overcoming the poverty and education cost used a religious approach and efficient financial management. 2) The problems of the workers covered that a) the employers treated mostof them violently; b) most of the workers’ contracts expired; and c) most of them used illegal passports (visiting passports) or documents so that they did got any protectionKeywords: Indonesian workers, overcoming, poverty, cost, education

Abstract

The purpose of this community service, assess and understand; 1) learning implementation strategy IPS (Social Sciences) Curriculum 2013 based on lesson study in  the  School of  Muhammadiyah  Kartasura.  2)  Rationalization  and  elements  of curriculum change in 2013. 3) The process of learning and assessment processes appropriate to the curriculum in 2013. The method used; workshops and training. The Place; SMK Muhammadiyah Kartasura. Execution time; odd semester 2014/2015. Subject: Elementary School teachers, Junior High School, High School and Vocational High School Muhammadiyah Kartasura. The results achieved; 1) learning implementation strategy IPS (Social Sciences) curriculum-based lesson study 203 through  three  stages, namely;  plan  (planning),  do  (action  and  observation),  see (reflection).  2) Rationalization and elements of curriculum change in 2013 stressed on; a) The scientific approach is based approach to encourage student creativity; b)Integrity of the competence of knowledge, skills, and attitudes; c) Integrity of the curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. 3) The learning process is emphasized in the curriculum in 2013; (A) Integrated Thematic for elementary school level, (b) Approach Science (Natural Sciences) and IPS (Social Sciences) of partitive aggregative be integrated melt (liquid integrative), (c) religious and moral education, (d) learning objects; natural phenomena, social, and cultural arts. While the emphasisin  the assessment  process; assessment  student  achievement  by  using  descriptive qualitative and quantitative numerical. Learning implementation strategy IPS (Social Sciences) 203 curriculum-based lesson study using a modified model of lesson study, achievement indicators for a significant increase from the prior worhshop and trainingafter the workshop, namely; 30%: 80% (pre-test: post-test).
