Abstract

Measurement of work performance is carried out by calculating the value of performance achievement with productivity which is one component that must be owned by a Regional Secretariat of Mamuju Regency if it wants to achieve the goals set by the organization. The method used is the Quantitative Method by distributing questionnaires. The sample used in this study, the sample used was 59 employees with the rank of echelon IV. Sampling technique using saturated sampling, in this study all populations were sampled with a total of 59 respondents. Data processing technique by testing the research instrument using validity test, reliability test and multiple linear regression analysis, as well as t test (partial) and f test (simultaneous). Based on the data analysis that has been carried out in this study, the following conclusions were drawn: 1) Position promotion has a significant effect on the work productivity of supervisory officials at the Regional Secretariat of Mamuju Regency with a probability value of 0.009 <0.05 and a t value of 8.322 > t table value of 1.67303 , so the hypothesis is accepted. Performance allowances have a significant effect on the work productivity of supervisory officials at the Regional Secretariat of Mamuju Regency with a probability value of 0.001 <0.05, and a tcount value of 10,512 > a ttable value of 1,67303, the hypothesis is accepted. 2) The most dominant performance allowance has an effect on the work productivity of supervisory officials at the Regional Secretariat of Mamuju Regency with a beta coefficient value of 0.959 which is higher than the promotion of 0.646.

Abstract

Marriage counseling is an effort that can be aimed at preparing prospective couples to establish a more serious relationship. Good communication involvement between the two prospective couples is one factor in building a solid foundation in marriage. Life after marriage has a big role and responsibility. Divorce can occur due to lack of readiness between the two prospective couples, so marriage counseling is very important so that prospective brides and grooms can prepare carefully for the relationship that will be carried out in the future. Therefore, this study builds a marriage counseling mobile application aimed at understanding the roles and responsibilities of marriage. This study itself uses a qualitative method by collecting, analyzing and reviewing valid data and information regarding marriage counseling for prospective couples. The waterfall method is used in this study as a system design where the waterfall is considered adaptable in the development of a marriage counseling mobile application accompanied by Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengembangkan sebuah prototype sistem pengisian bahan bakar dengan pembayaran non-tunai (cashless payment) dengan menggunakan RFID dan mikrokontroler Arduino Uno. Sistem ini dirancang sebagai model eksperimental untuk mengeksplorasi potensi otomatisasi dalam proses pengisian bahan bakar dengan integrasi pembayaran digital. Prototype ini mengintegrasikan berbagai komponen penting, termasuk RFID RC522 untuk simulasi pembayaran, sensor flowmeter untuk pengukuran volume bahan bakar yang akurat, dan fuel pump yang dikendalikan oleh relay untuk mengeluarkan bahan bakar. Sistem ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi waktu tunggu dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional di stasiun pengisian bahan bakar. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan keandalan yang mengesankan, dengan flowmeter mencapai akurasi 98,44% dan margin error minimal 1,56% dalam pengukuran volume bahan bakar. Selain itu, pengujian sensor ultrasonik menunjukkan akurasi 90,92% dengan margin error 9,06% dalam pendeteksian level bahan bakar pada penyimpanan. Hasil ini menunjukkan potensi yang signifikan untuk menerapkan sistem otomatis serupa di stasiun pengisian bahan bakar modern, menawarkan opsi layanan mandiri yang efisien dan solusi pembayaran yang efisien sekaligus meningkatkan pengalaman pelanggan secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Population growth has an impact on economic resources. UD. Sumber Rejeki is a company that supplies goods to various companies. Sales transaction data from UD. Sumber Rejeki is important information in increasing sales. This study aims to find purchasing patterns in order to predict stock requirements, thereby increasing sales. The data used in this study are sales transaction data from January to July at UD. Sumber Rejeki Bekasi. The FP-Growth algorithm is one of the algorithms in data mining techniques used to find high-frequency purchasing patterns in transaction datasets or datasets containing items that frequently appear together. Based on these data, with the requirement of at least two types of goods in one transaction, this study uses a data mining technique based on the FP-Growth algorithm with a confidence value of 75% and a minimum support of 20%. The tool used is Rapidminer 9.10. The results of the study indicate that the FP-Growth algorithm is effective in finding relationships between products that are frequently purchased together and is able to provide information on predicting future stock requirements. These findings can be used as a reference for warehouse managers or management in optimally managing inventory, reducing storage costs, and increasing the availability of goods according to customer demand
