Abstract

Pada dunia pendidikan saat ini pendidikan karakter dan motivasi belajar merupakan hal penting dalam pembelajaran. Pendidikan karakter bertujuan untuk memecahkan masalah yang terkait dengan kemerosotan akhlaq peserta didik. Pengoptimalan pendidikan karakter perlu ada dilingkungan sekolah untuk menumbuhkan motivasi serta kebiasaan sikap dan perilaku yang baik berakhlak mulia dalam diri peserta didik. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan karakter dan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar akuntansi siswa kelas XII IPS MAN 1 Kabupaten Madiun baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Jenis penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif Penelitian ini Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII IPS MAN 1 Madiun yaitu dari 2 kelas dengan jumlah 52 siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel kelas XII IIS atau IPS 1 sebanyak 27 siswa dan kelas XII IIS atau IPS 2 sebanyak 25. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Terdapat pengaruh positif pendidikan karakter terhadap prestasi belajar akuntansi siswa kelas XII IPS di MAN 1 Kabupaten Madiun. 2) Terdapat pengaruh positif motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar akuntansi siswa kelas XII IPS MAN 1 Kabupaten Madiun. 3) Terdapat pengaruh pendidikan karakter dan motivasi belajar simultan terhadap prestasi belajar akuntansi siswa kelas XII IPS MAN 1 Kabupaten Madiun.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, gaya belajar serta lingkungan sekolah sebagai variabel terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Peneliti mengumpulkan data dari penyebaran kuesioner (Primer) kepada sampel sebanyak 76 siswa, serta data daftar nilai siswa (Sekunder). Kuesioner ini di uji dengan uji validitas dan uji reabilitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi, gaya belajar serta lingkungan sekolah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap hasil belajar. Uji f menunjukkan bahwa motivasi, gaya belajar dan lingkungan sekolah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan simultan terhadap hasil belajar.

Abstract

Good governance patterns and good governance are demands and needs in governance. The aims of this study are: 1) to analyze the effect of participation on the effectiveness of employee performance, 2) to analyze the effect of transparency on the effectiveness of employee performance, 3) the effect of accountability on the effectiveness of employee performance, and 4) the influence of grasping power on the effectiveness of employee performance. The research method used is causal quantitative and the type of data used is primary data. A sample of 50 respondents was taken from the finance department, personnel and general department, the program composition section, the plant section and horticulture with purposive sampling method. partial test is used. Based on the test results, it shows that partially participation affects the effectiveness of employee performance, transparency affects the effectiveness of employee performance, accountability affects the effectiveness of employee performance, and capture power affects the effectiveness of employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the various factors that become the interest in entrepreneurship in accounting education students at Universitas PGRI Madiun. This study used a qualitative approach and the type of research was descriptive. The researcher conducted interviews with informants, namely accounting education students at the Universitas PGRI Madiun. The results of this study are that the informants R, Y, T, K and P are interested in entrepreneurship, but the informant (R) has an introverted personality. Then for the informant (P), the poor learning achievement factor did not become an obstacle in him being interested in entrepreneurship, another uniqueness was found, namely that the informant (K) did not have support from friends and had little leadership. For this reason, it is suggested to have leadership training, public speaking and entrepreneurship skills for students.

Abstract

This research is based on the importance of using innovative technology-based learning media to improve student learning outcomes, especially in facing the educational challenges of the Society 5.0 era. This study examines the effectiveness of implementing Assemblr Edu media in enhancing student learning outcomes across various academic levels. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), analyzing 10 Sinta-indexed national journal articles published between 2021 and 2024. The results indicate that using Assemblr Edu effectively improves student learning outcomes, evidenced by increased average scores, completion percentages, and statistical significance. Its 3D visualizations and interactive features help reduce cognitive load and enhance understanding of abstract concepts, particularly in science subjects. In conclusion, Assemblr Edu is a universal and effective medium for various educational levels. This research recommends integrating Assemblr Edu with other models or media for optimal results. It suggests a need for in-depth identification of technical and non-technical obstacles in its implementation. This study provides an empirical foundation for developing technology-based learning strategies and innovative teaching practices in Indonesia. ABSTRAK Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh pentingnya penggunaan media pembelajaran inovatif berbasis teknologi untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, terutama dalam menghadapi tantangan pendidikan di era Society 5.0. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji efektivitas penerapan media Assemblr Edu dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada berbagai jenjang pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan menganalisis 10 artikel jurnal nasional terindeks Sinta yang terbit antara tahun 2021–2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Assemblr Edu efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, terbukti dari peningkatan nilai rata-rata, persentase ketuntasan, dan signifikansi statistik. Visualisasi 3D dan fitur interaktifnya mampu mengurangi beban kognitif dan meningkatkan pemahaman konsep abstrak, khususnya dalam mata pelajaran IPA. Kesimpulannya, Assemblr Edu merupakan media yang universal dan efektif untuk berbagai jenjang pendidikan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan integrasi Assemblr Edu dengan model atau media lain untuk hasil yang lebih optimal, serta perlunya identifikasi mendalam terhadap kendala teknis dan non-teknis dalam implementasinya. Kontribusi penelitian ini memberikan landasan empiris bagi pengembangan strategi pembelajaran berbasis teknologi dan praktik pengajaran yang inovatif di Indonesia.

Abstract

Purpose –This study examines the effectiveness of the Direct Instruction (DI) learning model when supported by digital-visual media in improving the learning achievement of elementary school students in social studies. The study aims to determine whether integrating DI with digital-visual aids can significantly enhance students’ understanding and retention of social studies material.Methodology – This classroom action research is conducted through 4 stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were 26 fifth-grade students and was conducted collaboratively with teachers at SDN Klegen 04.Findings – State the main results of the study. Numerical data may be included, but should be kept to a minimum. State the conclusions and implications. The DI learning model can improve students' social studies learning achievement. This is evidenced by students who get the same or higher scores than the KKM 70.00, increasing from cycle I to cycle II. In cycle I, the completion of learning outcomes reached a class average of 72.3. While in cycle II, the completion of learning outcomes on average increased by 84.8.Contribution – Who would benefit from this study? These findings suggest that combining Direct Instruction with digital-visual aids can effectively improve elementary students' academic achievement in social studies. Therefore, educators are encouraged to adopt this approach to foster more meaningful and impactful learning, particularly in content-heavy subjects like social studies.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the integration of technology in education, especially the use of iSpring Suite as a learning medium that supports the development of students' critical thinking skills. This study uses a literature review method by analyzing various empirical studies and relevant academic sources related to the use of educational technology and the development of critical thinking. The results of the analysis indicate that critical thinking is an important cognitive skill that allows students to analyze problems, consider multiple perspectives, and draw logical conclusions. In addition, the use of iSpring Suite in teaching through animated content and interactive quizzes has been shown to increase student motivation and engagement. The conclusion of this study is that the use of technology-based learning media such as iSpring Suite can create a more conducive, interactive, and effective learning environment, and support a deeper understanding of the material than conventional lecture methods. The implications of these findings indicate that educators need to be trained to develop and apply interactive media optimally to improve the quality of learning. Further research is recommended to test the effectiveness of the use of iSpring Suite empirically in various subject contexts and educational levels, and evaluate its impact on improving learning outcomes and developing 21st century skills more comprehensively.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perhatian orang tua, gaya belajar, teman sebaya, disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi dengan motivasi belajar sebagai variabel intervening. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada kajian berikut mencakup seluruh peserta didik kelas X SMKN 2 Kota Madiun, yang berjumlah 132 siswa. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Analisis data melalui regresi linear berganda dengan SPSS versi 23. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian secara statistik menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial perhatian orang tua berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar, secara parsial gaya belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar, secara parsial teman sebaya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar, secara persial disiplin belajar berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar, secara parsial motivasi belajar mampu memediasi perhatian orang tua terhadap hasil belajar, motivasi belajar mampu memediasi gaya belajar terhadap hasil belajar, motivasi belajar mampu memediasi teman sebaya terhadap hasil belajar, dan motivasi belajar mampu memediasi disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar.

Abstract

This dedication aims to train the use of reference tools in scientific articles on Accounting Education students at Universitas PGRI Madiun (UNIPMA) in order to answer the need for publication of scientific papers and to adhere to the ethics of publication. The dedication is carried out to all UNIPMA accounting education students who will graduate in the even semester of the 2018/2019 school year by means of presentation of material, examples, practice, and evaluation of work results. The result is that all students can cite and create automatic bibliography in their respective articles.
