Abstract

This research is set to determine the factors that influence the customer in choosing BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Gresik which has a customer base of more than twenty thousand. This study uses a quantitative method with exploratory factor analysis. Characteristics of the population in this study is the customer BMT Mandiri Sejahtera. The number of samples at the time of the interview written test prelemenery test as 9 respondents, and to main test as many as 85 respondents. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling where the sample is taken from the customer BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Karangcangkring Central Office. Based on the results of the study indicate that there are six factors that affect the customers decision choosing BMT Mandiri Sejahtera. Six such factors as a result of reduction of the processing of factor analysis. These six factors are named by a factor of revenue sharing, religiosity factors, factors of marketing strategies, factors saving gift, factor customer service, and the administrative cost factor.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to analysis the influence of used slide powerpoint to student’s learning result of mathematics in grade IV SD Negeri 34 Pontianak City. The research method is used experiment with quaisy experiment design and the research design is used non-equivalent control group design. The sample of this research is 71 students of IVc and IVd SD Negeri 34 Pontianak City. The result of data analysis is to be found out influence of used slide powerpoint to student’s learning result of mathematics in grade IV SD Negeri 34 Pontianak City. The based on t-count is 2,064 to be found out influence of independent variable (X) to un-independent variable (Y). If to compare with t-table of rank significant 5% at 1,669. So, t-count more than to t-table (2,064 > 1,669) that so Ha is acceptance. Calculation of effect size of this research is to be found out influence of variable X to variable Y is 0,35. Keywords: Pengaruh, Slide PowerPoint, Hasil Belajar

Abstract

This research is to know kitab kuning learning management starting from planning, implementation, and evaluation at Husnul Hidayah Islamic Boarding School Karang tanjung Alian Kebumen. This research uses qualitative approach, while the research method is descriptive method. Technique of data collection is done by interview technique, observation, and documentation study. While in analyzing the data used is data categorization and data interpretation. The result of this research is found that (1) Planning Kitab Kuning at Husnul Hidayah Islamic Boarding School Karang tanjung Alian Kebumen is done with meeting all Masyayih, teachers and administrators to determine as subject matter of kitab kuning depend on every grade / class and who are teachers teaching kitab kuning based on grade or class.(2)The implementation of teaching learning proses is done by preparing class, consist of 5 classes ; Ibtida class, Jurumiyah class, Imrithi class, Alfiyah Class and Balaghah class.(3)The evaluation of learning Kitab kuning is conducted at mid-term semester and past term semester. The evaluation includes oral and written evaluations that cover the subject matter at mid-term semester and past term semester.

Abstract

One of the approaches that is increasingly popular in the world of education is gamification. Gamification is the application of game elements in the learning process with the aim of increasing student engagement, motivation, and understanding. The purpose of this study is to analyze the extent to which leaderboard gamification can increase student learning motivation, measuring its impact on the understanding of the concept of Aqidah Akhlak. This study uses a quasi-experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design to measure the effectiveness of leaderboard-based gamification learning in increasing students' motivation and understanding of Aqidah Akhlak material at MTs Negeri 1 Bandung. The results of this study showed that the average student comprehension score in the experimental group increased by 23.5%, from an average of 65.2 in the pretest to 88.7 in the posttest. Meanwhile, the control group only increased by 9.8%, from an average of 64.8 to 71.2. In addition, observations of student activeness showed that the experimental group was more active in asking questions (12.4 times compared to 5.7 times in the control group), interacting with teachers (9.8 versus 4.3), and participating in discussions (15.2 versus 7.1). This data confirms that leaderboard gamification can increase students' active participation in the learning process. In addition to increasing understanding and activeness, leaderboard gamification also affects student discipline and involvement in learning. The results of the observation showed that the task completion rate of students in the experimental group reached 94.5%, much higher than the control group which was only 76.8%. In addition, the student attendance rate in the experimental group was also higher, at 98% compared to 92% in the control group. This data shows that the application of gamification not only has an impact on academic comprehension, but also on aspects of discipline and student learning motivation. Thus, leaderboard gamification can be used as an innovative learning strategy that supports improving the quality of education in madrasas.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1.) To determine the role of the Koran teacher in improving the character of students in terms of discipline and responsibility at (TPQ) Al-Muqorrobin, Panjangsari Village, Gombong; 2) To determine the results of the role of the Koran teacher in improving the character of discipline and responsibility of students at (TPQ) Al-Muqorrobin, Panjangsari Village, Gombong. This study is a qualitative study. The subjects studied were the head of TPQ Al Muqorrobin, the Asatidz Council, students and parents (guardians of students). The data collection techniques used in this study were: observation, interviews, and documentation. The collected data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman data model, namely; data condensation, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The results of the data analysis that has been done are: 1.) The role of the Koran teacher in improving the character of students in the aspects of discipline and responsibility as follows: a.) Teachers as educators, teachers as motivators, teachers as evaluators. 2.) The results of the role of Koran teachers in improving the character of discipline and responsibility: a.) Discipline Aspect: As educators; teachers make themselves role models, provide regulations on duty schedules, punishments. Teachers as motivators; Koran teachers provide stories of successful and influential Muslim figures in the world, give gifts and appreciation. Teachers as evaluators are proven by the existence of exams, report card distribution. b.) Responsibility Aspect; Teachers as educators; by way of exemplary behavior from teachers, implementation of duty schedules, doing assignments given by Koran teachers. Teachers as motivators; Koran teachers provide appreciation gifts for carrying out tasks, carrying out duty schedules and raising the spirit of students to diligently perform the five daily prayers. Teachers as evaluators; proven by knowing the success of students in carrying out their duties and responsibilities

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran strategis pendidikan akhlak dalam menghadapi arus kemajuan teknologi informasi di era digital. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi literatur komprehensif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan akhlak memiliki posisi sentral sebagai fondasi dalam membentuk karakter generasi digital yang mampu memanfaatkan teknologi secara bijak dan bertanggung jawab. Tantangan dunia digital seperti kecanduan gadget, penyebaran informasi hoaks, cyberbullying, dan degradasi moral memerlukan penguatan nilai-nilai akhlak yang diinternalisasikan melalui pendekatan pendidikan integratif. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan model pendidikan akhlak berbasis teknologi yang selaras dengan perkembangan era digital namun tetap berpegang pada nilai-nilai moral universal.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of leverage, firm size and profitability on audit fee. The population in this study consisted of coal sub-sector mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. A sample of 8 companies used in this study was determined by the purposive sampling method. The data used is secondary data. Data analysis was carried out with descriptive statistics using panel data regression analysis techniques. The empirical results of this study indicate that Firm Size has a positive effect to audit fee, while profitability and leverage does not have significant effect to the Audit Fee

Abstract

This study analyzes the relevance of pesantren curriculum to religious moderation values within the context of Indonesian national policy, specifically the Directorate General of Islamic Education Decree No. 7272 of 2019. Using a qualitative approach with case study methods in Cirebon Regency, this research explores how variations in pesantren curricula can produce consistent religious moderation values through kitab kuning instruction and pesantren culture. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 25 informants (kiai, santri, alumni, and community leaders), participatory observation over 8 months, and curriculum documentation analysis from 4 different pesantren. Findings indicate that despite variations in curriculum structure across pesantren, the use of similar kitab kuning and internalization of pesantren values produce graduates with consistent moderate orientations. Religious moderation principles such as tawasuth, i'tidal, tasamuh, and musyawarah are integrated into sorogan and bandongan learning methods. Pesantren alumni prove to play strategic roles in maintaining social cohesion and countering radicalism in society. This research contributes to academic discourse on the role of traditional Islamic education in shaping religious moderation in the contemporary era.
