Abstract

Berbagai cara untuk mengawetkan daging ayam yang telahdilakukan diantaranya, pembekuan dan mengolah menjadi produklain. Pengolahan yang paling banyak dilakukan misalnya, menjadisosis, tempura, nugget dan burger.Chicken nugget adalah salah satu produk dengan bahan bakudaging ayam. Produk ini berupa restructured meat dengan macammacamproduk sesuai keinginan, dipadu dengan sedikit tepungkemudian diselimuti dengan tepung panir, sehingga rasanya sangatdiminati oleh berbagai kalangan. Industri-industri olahan dagingselalu memproduksi produk olahan dari daging ayam ini.Dari hasil pemantauan, diperoleh hasil bahwa ibu-ibu yangtertarik pada pembuatan nugget adalah ibu-ibu yang mempunyaiwaktu relatif luang yaitu sebagian besar ibu-ibu rumah tanggayang tidak bekerja formal, misalnya sebagai tenaga paruh waktupada rumah tangga orang lain. Hasil ini sesuai dengan targetsasaran kami, karena tujuan pengabdian kami adalah untukmeningkatkan pendapatan ibu-ibu rumah tangga khususnya yangmengalami kesulitan ekonomi melalui pembuatan nugget ayam. Kata Kunci: Chicken Nugget, Peningkatan Pendapatan

Abstract

The low natural science learning outcomes of the students' grade IV of SD Negeri Kedungpucang Puworejo was caused by external and internal factors. Intern factors came from the students' side individuals and external factors came from the students' outside of individuals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the cooperative learning model that is guessing word towards the natural science learning outcomes of the elementary school students grade IV. The present research was quantitative research using a posttest as the design. The population of the research was the 40 students of IV grade which obtained through sampling. The data was obtained using observation, interview, test, and documentation. The analysis result obtained with t-test was t-count3,2062, with dk = (n1 + n2 – 2) = 20 + 20 – 2 = 38 and the significant level of 5% with price t(1/2α;38) was obtained t-table = 2,0244. Because t-count ≥ t-table is 3,2062 ≥ 2,02809 so H0 was rejected. In conclusion, the learning cooperation model of guessing words can improve the natural science learning outcomes of the students of IV grade. The implementation of the learning model will help the teachers to innovate the learning activity so the learning outcomes can be reached optimally based on the expectation.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Metode Kontrasepsi Jangka Panjang (MKJP) merupakan kontrasepsi yang sangat efektif dan efisien untuk tujuan menjarangkan kelahiran atau mengakhiri kehamilan pada pasangan usia subur yang sudah tidak ingin mempunyai anak lagi. Tujuan: Diketahuinya hubungan antara paritas, umur, dan pendidikan secara simultan dengan rendahnya penggunaan metode kontrasepsi jangka panjang (MKJP) di Puskesmas Totorejo Kabupaten OKU Timur Tahun 2022. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Populasi penelitian 98 responden. Sampel penelitian menggunakan total sampling dengan Penelitian ini dilakukan di Puskesmas Totorejo pada bulan Mei-Juni Tahun 2022. Hasil: Ibu yang menggunakan MKJP yaitu 25 (27,4%) responden lebih sedikit dari ibu yang tidak menggunakan MKJP berjumlah 73 (72.6%) responden. Hasil analisa bivariat didapatkan bahwa ada hubungan bermakna antara paritas dimana nilai (P- Value = 0,0025), ada hubungan bermakna antara umur dimana nilai (P-Value = 0,003), ada hubungan bermakna antara pendidikan dimana (P-Value = 0,006) dengan rendahnya penggunaan MKJP. Saran: Diharapkan setelah diberikan edukasi dan sosialisasi, ibu hamil dapat menggunakan MKJP. Kata Kunci : Kontrasepsi, MKJP, Paritas, Umur, Pendidikan

Abstract

Language learning is a complex cognitive process which involves mastering various linguistic components, with grammar serving as a fundamental pillar. Traditionally, grammar instruction relied on rote memorization and textbook exercises, often divorcing learners from real-life language use. This paper explores the transformative impact of technology on grammar pedagogy, addressing the limitations of traditional methods. The integration of digital tools, gamification, virtual learning environments, and adaptive systems has redefined grammar instruction, fostering dynamic and engaging learning experiences. The paper discusses the implications for both students and teachers, emphasizing the need for a balanced approach that harmonizes tradition and technology. Recommendations for future research highlight emerging trends and the evolving landscape of technology-enhanced grammar education.

Abstract

Recently, social media like Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook have been widely used for tourism destination attractiveness. The research investigates how to create a tourism destination image on Instagram from a social semiotic perspective. Data comprises 17 photos of Blue Flame posted by 7 Destination Marketing Organizations (DMOs). Applying the Visual Grammar framework by Kress & Leeuwen (2021), particularly the representational meta function, and Speech Functions by Halliday & Matthiessen (2014), this study finds how verbal texts support visual modes in creating the image of the Blue Flame at Ijen Geopark. Findings show that: (i) Narrative non-transactional action photos are more frequently used to promote the destination image; (ii) Statements delivering praise are most often used to give positive value to the destination; (iii) Narrative non-transactional action pictures attract more viewers’ attention; and (iv) Post with conceptual symbolic photos can evoke viewers’ interest to know more about the destination. Based on the findings, eventhough a picture is the main visual semiotic resource on Instagram, it needs support by verbal resources to make its meaning clearer for viewers. Practical implications of the study and directions for future studies are presented.
