Abstract

Masa pandemi covid-19 berdampak pada ketatnya persaingan level minimarket, namun dengan situasi tersebut berdiri unit usaha minimarket baru yang dipelopori oleh Suara Muhammadiyah dengan nama LOG-Mart. Sejak dirintis pada tahun 2020 hingga saat ini, jumlah gerai terus bertambah hingga kini mencapai 63 gerai. Oleh karena itu peneliti tertarik melakukan penelitian tentang variabel apa saja yang mempunyai pengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen pada unit usaha LOG-Mart. Variabel yang menjadi fokus pada penelitian ini adalah kualitas produk, harga, distribusi, dan merek. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen LOG-Mart yang pernah melakukan pembelian lebih dari satu kali. Data diolah dan dianalisis dengan rumus regresi berganda menggunakan SPSS. Hasilnya adalah variabel kualitas produk, distribusi dan merek mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel minat beli konsumen. Sedangkan variabel harga tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen.

Abstract

Indonesia has implemented a policy of using biodiesel with a 30% biodiesel content, known as B30. The use of biodiesel also tends to have deposits that can clog fuel channels and filters. This can cause serious problems in the fuel system, especially blockages in the fuel filter. This research aims to find out which filter on the strainer is the most optimal in increasing the service life of the fuel filter on the 6374 CC diesel engine. In this study, the research approach used was a quantitative experimental type. The independent variable used in this research is the size of the filter on the strainer, namely 10 µm, 18 µm, and 20 µm, and the dependent variable is the service life of the fuel filter. With the data collection method using a filter density test tool. The data obtained was then processed into graphic data and analyzed using the one way anova method. The research results show that all strainer filters are able to increase filter life from 1,702 km to 5,106 km. The strainer filter with a size of 18 µm at km 5,106 is the most optimal filter. This happens because this filter does not require routine cleaning at every round-trip vehicle operation like a 10 µm size strainer filter and the discharge is slightly higher than a 20 µm size strainer filter.

Abstract

One important aspect in choosing a vehicle is comfort, where the suspension plays a significant role. The main suspension component, namely the Shock Absorber, has a crucial role in minimizing vibrations and optimizing driving comfort. The function of the Shock Absorber depends on the viscosity value of the damper, which must support the effectiveness of the suspension. A quantitative experimental type approach was used by taking data using a Vibrator meter. The test is carried out by dropping a load on a load test tool with predetermined variables with the aim of obtaining vibration values ​​on the Shock Absorber. This type of synthetic oil with a viscosity of 77.22 mm²/s, which is used as a filler for the front shock absorber on e-bomber electric bicycles, has the lowest viscosity among other types of oil, resulting in the highest vibration speed. The type of mineral oil with a viscosity of 79.35 mm²/s, which is used as a filler for the front shock absorber on e-bomber electric bicycles, has the highest viscosity among other types of oil, resulting in the lowest vibration speed. This type of semi-synthetic oil with a viscosity of 78.31 mm²/s, has a viscosity that is between synthetic and mineral oil types, resulting in a higher vibration speed compared to synthetic oil types but lower than mineral oil types.

Abstract

Automobiles are now the primary mode of transportation due to rapid technological advancements. One method for accomplishing ideal volumetric effectiveness and augment power is to change the camshaft. This study means to grow understanding in the auto world in regards to power and force and to assess the impact of changes in camshaft lift level on a 200cc limit bike utilizing pertalite fuel. The information from the review is introduced in tables and examined utilizing the two-way ANOVA technique and charts. The results of the analysis indicate that a comparison of the power data obtained by adding the lift height (test 3) yields a result of 16 66 HP at 8500 RPM. In the mean time, the force information demonstrates the way that the force examination of the three tests can be supposed to be the most elevated information of the three tests, to be specific (test 3) which is completed by adding a high lift to get a force of 17 59 Nm at engine rotation 5000 RPM. Abstract

This research is to direct the mixture of air and fuel exactly to the top of the midpoint of the dome in the cylinder head. In addition, Squish Head also determines the character of the motorcycle. Moreover, what is very prominent in the initial pull is that if the compression ratio is denser, the pull is lighter. This study aims to determine the effect of changes in the slope angle of the squish head of 15, 17 and 19 degrees on compression and torque. In this study, experimental research is used with a quantitative method, where information that can be calculated and measured is factual because it is in the form of numbers. Researchers to get the data will conduct tests using the dynotest tool. Changes in the slope of the squish head have an effect on the torque. At an angle of 15 degrees, torque is produced at 9.91 N.m at 6000 RPM engine rotation. Then at an angle slope of 17 degrees, the torque increases by 0.14 N.m to 10.05 N.m at 6000 RPM engine rotation. At an angle of 19 degrees, the torque increases by 0.17 N.m to 10.22 N.m at 6000 rpm.

Abstract

The development of the automotive industry is now experiencing a very rapid increase in the type of motorcycle. One of them is a motorcycle with automatic transmission or automatic motorcycle or CVT (Continously Variable Transmission). Matic motorcycle users often experience a lack of performance when used on daily trips. The mass of CVT rollers and springs is the main factor in the lack of performance of the matic motorcycle which is less efficient for its users. This research was conducted to determine the effect of increasing power and torque on motorcycles that are now declining in performance. The method used in this research is experimentation. Tests were carried out using a dynamometer tool to determine the comparison of the results of the variables carried out and compared to obtain maximum power and torque. The data obtained will be analyzed using statistical methods to evaluate the relationship between changes in roller mass and spring constant to power and torque. The results showed that the maximum power generated was at a roller variation of 11 grams and a spring constant of 33.78 N/cm of 7.19 HP at 6500 rpm engine speed. While the maximum torque is generated from the variation of roller 13 grams and spring 28.83 N / cm of 8.00 Nm at 6000 rpm engine speed.

Abstract

An increase in the number of vehicles should also be accompanied by improvements in technology that can increase engine efficiency and at the same time reduce air pollution. This research aims to determine the effect of using variations in the number of holes in the injector and the octane number of the fuel on exhaust emissions in motorcycle engines. The research method uses experiments with descriptive analysis. The independent variable is the number of holes in the injector, 4, 6, and 8 and the octane number of 90, and 92. In the exhaust emissions testing process using engine speeds of 1000 rpm, 2000 rpm and 3000 rpm. The bound variable is the emission of carbon monoxide (CO) gas and hydrocarbon gas (HC). Data from CO and HC gas emission testing results at 1000 rpm are all still within the permitted limits. Furthermore, statistical analysis shows that there is an influence of the number of holes in the injector and the octane value of the fuel on CO and HC exhaust emissions and there is no interaction between the octane value variables and the number of injector holes on the CO and HC exhaust gas values. The best results are CO gas emissions = 0.55% and HC = 66 ppm when using a 6 holes injector (standard) and using fuel with an octane value of 92.

Abstract

The rapid development of transportation technology, especially in motorbikes, has increased interest in modifications to enhance performance. Improving motorbike performance involves modifying the ignition system by upgrading the CDI and replacing standard coils with aftermarket ones. This aims to enhance engine performance since standard CDIs have relatively low output power and standard coils have limited output capacity, necessitating compatible CDI and coil upgrades.This research focuses on improving the performance of a 110cc 4-stroke engine using experimental quantitative methods and data analysis. The independent variable is aftermarket coil variations with higher voltage (up to 90 kV) and ignition mapping with a Programmable CDI. The dependent variable is power output. Data processing involves two-way ANOVA analysis of test result graphs processed in Microsoft Excel, averaging results from three tests per variation.Results show that setting the ignition at the 13th degree and using a BRT coil provided the highest power output, reaching 8.33 horsepower at 8000 RPM. This is because effective ignition timing and larger sparks are crucial for regulating fuel combustion in the chamber, leading to earlier and more powerful explosions..

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menemukenali kendala pengangkutan besi baja dari PT. Krakatau Steel Cilegon untuk pengiriman ke Semarang dan Surabaya, sebagai bahan evaluasi pimpinan untuk pengambilan kebijakan tentang pengangkutan besi baja dengan kereta api pada lintas tersebut. Penelitian dilakukan melalui proses pengumpulan data sekunder dan data primer di PT. Krakatau Steel dengan metode wawancara kepada manajamen perusahaan, serta melakukan pengamatan langsung terhadap kondisi sarana, prasarana, dan fasilitas penunjang pengoperasian kereta api untuk pengangkutan besi baja. Penelitian ini juga menganalisis perkembangan pengangkutan besi baja pada lima tahun kedepan (2013-2017), dengan menggunakan metode analisis forecasting yang menunjukkan terjadi penurunan pengangkutan besi baja WRD (Waiyer Road Drill) tujuan ke Semarang. Hasil analisis perlu adanya perbaikan prasarana, sarana, dan faktor penunjang lainnya, meliputi perubahan track dan membuat desain gerbong untuk pengangkutaan besi baja jenis HRC (Hot Rolled Coil) dan WRD (Waiyer Road Drill).

Abstract

Perkembangan permintaan jasa transportasi kereta api berdampak terhadap pengadaan sarana dan prasarana serta faktor penunjang lainnya. Terkait hal tersebut perlu adanya revitalisasi dengan pengaktifan jalur kereta api untuk memenuhi pengadaan dimaksud. Maksud penelitian ini adalah untuk menyusun konsep kriteria revitalisasi pengaktifan jalur kereta api. Analisis dalam penelitian adalah analisis kualitatif deskriptif yang dikuantitatifkan melalui pendekatan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP).  Diperoleh hasil kriteria revitalisasi pengaktifan jalur kereta api adalah prioritas pada pertimbangan teknis yaitu perolehan kembali lahan yang sudah banyak dikuasai masyarakat sebagai bangunan rumah dan fasilitas umum lainnya, serta pertimbangan non teknis berupa bangkitan perjalanan yang mendukung dalam rencana pengoperasian perlintasan jalur non aktif.
