Abstract

Bakcground: The differences in fat suppression MR images between Proton Density Fat Saturated sequence with STIR sequence in MRI pedis sagital view. This research aims to analyze the differences of SNR, CNR, and the details MR images. Methods: Secondary data were using by non-probability sampling technique with 10 purposive sampling of pedis MR images Proton Density Fat Saturated sequence and STIR sequence sagittal view in DICOM were done by using imageJ software. The instrument of this research consisted of a worksheet and questionnaire. Result: This research showed SNR p value/sig 0,000 < 0,05 and CNR p value/sig 0,575 > 0,05. In Proton Density Fat Saturated sequence sagittal view the detail of ekstra-articular fluids value is 1,76, tendon Achilles value is 2,88, joint space value is 2,86 and bone marrow value is 2,04, contrast resolution value is 2,418, noise ratio value is 2,32. Pedis MR images of STIR sequence sagittal view the details of ekstra-articular fluids value is 2,92, tendon Achilles value is 3,28, joint space value is 2,84 and bone marrow value is 3,4, contrast resolution value is 3,022 and noise ratio value is 2,44. Conclusion: There is a significant difference of SNR value, no significant differences in CNR value and value of MRI pedis sequence Proton Density Fat Saturated sagittal detail is clear enough to show tendon achiles, bone marrow, joint space and not clear to show ekstra-articular fluids. STIR nice to show tendon achiles and bone marrow and clear enough to show ekstra-articular fluids and joint space.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Hydronephrosis is a renal swelling due to urine buildup. Symptom of hydronephrosis is according to acute or chronis blockage, partly or all of renal, happened unilateral or bilateral. Blockage happened on urethra causes of illness from uretha distention. Urine can not flow by normally as usually as make new infection which could be stone renal and bleeding on urine. If blockage happened, it causes of failure renal. To evalution hydronephrosis can do by ultrasonografi examination. Keywords : Hydronephrosis, ultrasonografi (USG), renal, uretha.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Background: Radioteraphy is one of treatment theraphy to cancer. Radiation techniques in the breast cancer at Cancer Dharmais Hospital can be done with several techniques such as 3 Dimensional Conformal Radiotherapy (3DCRT), Intensity Modulated Radiotherapy (IMRT), Volumetric Modulated Arch Therapy (VMAT) depending on the planning by the radiation oncologist based on the stage and purpose of radiation. The purpose this research is to evaluation the treatment of radiotherapy using the IMRT breast cancer at Cancer Dharmais Hospital. Methods: The type of the research is used qualitative with a case study approarch of breast cancer using IMRT technique in a 47 years old female with IIa stage, curative therapy with fraksination 25x2 Gray (Gy). Results: The treatment of radioteraphy to breast cancer with the IMRT technique was chosen taking into account the low stage of the cancer, the location of the cancer that is difficult to reach when using the 3DCRT technique, the purpose of giving radiation that is curative, and the large number of Organ At Risk (OARs) must be protected. Conclusions: The treatment of radiotherapy to breast cancer using the IMRT tecnique at Cancer Dharmais Hospital is done through in several stages, such as : consulting a Radiation Oncologist at the Radiotherapy Polyclinic, do a simulation on the Computer Tomograpy (CT) simulator, calculated dose at Treatment Planning System (TPS), Process of geometry verification is done before the treatment and then continued with the process of treatment in the linac room.
