Abstract

Abstract: The problem of research is still low of reaction speed when performing gyaku – tsuki on the athlete of dojo disnaker karate club. Based on the problems, the writer gives the form of cognitive specific (gyaku – tsuki) exercise. This research is done to know how much effects cognitive specific (gyaku – tsuki) exercise to speed reaction to athelete kumite dojo disnaker karate club, when do the blow gyaku – tsuki get poin or not. The kind of research is experimental with design one group pretest-posttest design research. The population of research is athelete of dojo disnaker karate club which of 8 people. Altough example of technice is total sampling, and all of population become example. Instrument whole body reaction description analyzed and normality test is liliefors test on the significan level  (0,05) is rate pretest whole body reaction 0,1139. Next time, give exercise cognitive specific (gyaku – tsuki) about 14 time meeting on athelete amount 8 people. After that do post test whole body reaction produce avarage 0,2422. Based on data analisys pree test and post test there is a different number that increase by 0,014. From the test result analisys Thitung 2,475 and Ttabel 1,895 so Thitung > Ttabel. Can be conclude that cognitive specific exercise effect the result of increase reaction rate in athelete of kumite dojo disnaker karate club,Keywords : Cognitive Specific (Gyaku – Tsuki) , Speed Reaction

Abstract

The machining industry, especially machine tools, is currently facing increasingly difficult challenges because this industry is required to produce inexpensive, precise products and fast production times. guaranteed 1/100 mm more and can produce products efficiently. The research to be carried out aims to design control of a CO2 laser cutting machine. So that the machine can work automatically with the control system using the Arduino Uno microcontroller and can run the g-code program with precision and be able to form certain patterns or designs. This laser cnc machine also has several important components including motor drivers, stepper motors, arduino microcontrollers and cnc shields. The operation of this machine uses the ligtburn software. The machine workflow includes a PC (personal computer), g-code, lightburn, driver which will then produce output on the machine in the form of automatic movement.

Abstract

This study discusses the factors that contribute to the success of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) as a strategic instrument in village economic development. The study begins with a general portrait of BUMDes in Indonesia that shows variations in performance and sustainability, followed by an explanation of the legal basis for the formation of BUMDes such as Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages which emphasizes the importance of village economic independence. The urgency of establishing BUMDes lies in its ability to optimally manage local potential, increase village original income, and strengthen community participation in development. This study also highlights areas that have succeeded in developing BUMDes, such as in Central Java and Yogyakarta. which demonstrate good practices in village business governance and innovation. The key factors for the success of BUMDes include the availability of adequate capital and financial resources, human resource capacity and leadership quality, the suitability of business units with local village potential, active community participation and stakeholder support, and the implementation of governance and transparency. In addition, adaptive BUMDes management strategies, based on local potential, and upholding the principles of collaboration and professionalism are important aspects in ensuring business sustainability.

Abstract

Indonesia remains the world’s leading producer of palm oil, contributing substantially to the national economy. Sustaining productivity growth requires the development of superior varieties characterized by high oil yield, reduced trunk height increment, and enhanced oil quality. Dura Angola, a germplasm originating from Africa and introduced by PT Binasawit Makmur in 2010, offers the potential to broaden the narrow genetic base of Dura while providing valuable agronomic traits. This study aimed to identify promising genotypes and select superior Dura Angola populations based on phenotypic variation and genetic parameters. The research was conducted at Mesuji Estate, PT Aek Tarum, South Sumatra, on 1,029 Dura Angola palms planted in 2012. Traits evaluated included yield components (bunch number, fresh fruit bunch weight, average bunch weight), vegetative growth (annual trunk height increment, rachis length, leaf area, frond production), and oil yield components (fruit-to-bunch ratio, mesocarp-to-fruit ratio, oil-to-wet mesocarp ratio, oil-to-bunch ratio, and oil extraction rate). Data were analyzed using an Unbalanced Incomplete Block Design within a General Linear Model framework, followed by estimation of heritability, genetic and phenotypic coefficients of variation, and trait correlations. Significant phenotypic variation was observed for most traits, with high heritability detected in bunch number, fresh fruit bunch weight, rachis length, leaf area, fruit-to-bunch ratio, and oil-to-bunch ratio. Based on the integration of genetic estimates and phenotypic performance, ten elite individuals were identified from accessions A074/20, A040/22, A040/12, A095/05, A041/26, A041/22, and A075/08. These individuals are recommended as potential female parents for introgression with elite Dura lines or to produce commercial D×P hybrids. The utilization of these selected Dura Angola individuals is expected to broaden the genetic base of Dura, improve breeding efficiency, and support the development of superior oil palm varieties for sustainable intensification.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to (1) analyze the process of improving the quality of purchasing work for the procurement of food ingredients at the Cambridge Hotel Medan. (2) find out the implementation of the food procurement system in the purchasing department of the Cambridge Hotel Medan after improving the quality of the work system. This research was conducted using qualitative research methods by conducting interviews and the sample used in this study was the Purchasing Department Head. The author conducts interviews with purchasing staff and then the results of the answers are processed. The results of the research show that a). In the process of receiving food ingredients, the receiving party carries out a physical examination (physical check) of the food ingredients to ensure compliance with the specifications and quality of the food ingredients, although sometimes the receiving party itself is not consistent with receiving food ingredients that do not comply with the specifications ordered during the food ingredients. can still be processed by the user. b). In the process of signing a food procurement contract with a supplier, the purchasing party always compares market prices with those proposed by suppliers. The coordination model that has been running so far has been quite effective where both parties always use WhatsApp social media.
