Abstract

Investment is a component that is used as a standard for measuring economic growth in a country. The high and low level of investment in a country will greatly affect the cycle and economic activity in the country. One of the investment instruments that is increasingly in demand by the public today is the capital market, including the Islamic capital market. This is based on the phenomenon of increasing the number of investors in the Islamic capital market, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic which is dominated by millennials and z generations. The increase in the number of millennial generation investors is supported by increasing awareness of financial literacy. Another supporting factor is the development of technology and information systems that make it easier to invest in investment platforms that can be accessed on gadgets. So the purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the interest of the millennial generation of Parepare City to invest in the Islamic capital market. The influencing factors are financial literacy and investment platform as independent variables and investment interest in the Islamic capital market as a dependent variable. The research method uses quantitative descriptive research with the type of Field Research research (field research). The population in this study is the millennial generation of Parepare City, with a sample of 100 people. Based on the results of data analysis, financial literacy variables positively affect the interest of the millennial generation to invest in the capital market. The investment platform variable has a positive effect on the millennial generation's interest in investing in the Islamic capital market.

Abstract

Abstract

Purpose of the study: This study aims to examine the foundations, objectives, principles, and parental roles in Islamic family education and to formulate an integrative conceptual framework for strengthening tawḥīd-based character formation in the digital era. Methodology: This study employed a qualitative library research design. Data were collected through systematic literature review of classical and contemporary Islamic education sources, academic journal articles, and scholarly books. Data analysis used descriptive-analytical and interpretative methods with thematic categorization. Microsoft Word was used for data organization and documentation Main Findings: The study reveals that Islamic family education is fundamentally grounded in tawḥīd as the central value system shaping children’s moral and spiritual development. Five core principles were identified: tawḥīd orientation, parental role modeling, consistency, affection-based communication, and structured habituation with supervision. Contemporary challenges require adaptive yet principled implementation strategies within Muslim families. Novelty/Originality of this study: This study proposes an integrative conceptual framework that systematically connects theological foundations, educational principles, parental roles, and digital-era challenges. It advances existing knowledge by synthesizing fragmented discussions into a coherent model that bridges classical Islamic pedagogy with contemporary social realities.

Abstract

This article summarizes an independent internship project conducted at PT XYZ during September–December 2025 within the HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) function. The focus was evaluating the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 and the International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code in the port facility access control procedure, especially at the main gate and restricted areas. Data were collected through on-site observation, document review of access control SOPs, inspection forms, and risk records (HIRADC), and discussions with security, HSSE, and operational personnel. The analysis applied process mapping, risk-based thinking, HIRADC, and gap analysis to compare field practices with standard requirements. Results indicate that access control is implemented through layered controls: identity and permit verification, RFID-based access restrictions, CCTV monitoring, system logging (e.g., CTOS), and routine inspections. Key risks such as unauthorized access, human error during goods checks, and night-shift fatigue are mitigated by administrative controls, supervision, and shift management. Practical issues were found in reporting format differences and mismatches between field conditions and administrative records, requiring periodic verification and data standardization to strengthen audit readiness and continual improvement.

Abstract

Angkutan umum sebagai salah satu elemen dari sistem transportasi perkotaan memegang peran yang sangat penting bagi daerah wilayah. Kabupaten Bekasi sebagai pembina transportasi di Kabupaten Bekasi tentunya sangat berkepentingan dalam membina angkutan umum di wilayahnya. Salah satu wujud pembinaan (perencanaan, pengaturan dan pengendalian pelayanan angkutan umum) yaitu melakukan kegiatan evaluasi kinerja pelayanan angkutan pedesaan. Dalam melakukan evaluasi kinerja pelayanan, hampir seluruh zona di wilayah kabupaten Bekasi memiliki nilai rendah (dibawah standar) apabila dilihat dari analisis jangkauan pelayanan. Sedangkan dalam pengembangan dan penataan trayek untuk meningkatkan aksebilitas dan jangkauan pelayanan terutama pada zona taruma jaya, zona babelan, zona sukawangi yang saat ini sangat minim pelayanan angkutan umum. selain itu, untuk perbaikan pelayanan dalam meningkatan minat penggunanaa angkutan umum. Rasio kendaraan yang beroperasi dengan kendaraan yang diizinkan atau tingkat operasi akumulasi angkutan pedesaan di Kabupaten Bekasi yang masih beroperasi sebasar 103 %. Angkutan Pedesaan di kabupaten Bekasi sampai saat ini berjumlah 25 Trayek yang tersebar di wilayah kabupaten Bekasi.

Abstract

Kabupaten Bekasi dengan Karakter wilayah yang luas dan sebaran penduduk yang relatif merata menyebabkan kebutuhan terhadap angkutan umum memiliki karakteristik unik, sehingga diperlukan analisa tentang sebaran pelayanan jaringan trayek terhadap sebaran penduduk belum lagi kebutuhan jumlah armada pada jam sibuk dan jam tidak sibuk yang sangat berbeda sesuai dengan permintaan. Asumsi yang digunakan saat ini dalam hal penyediaan armada angkutan umum adalah tetap untuk setiap waktu, sehingga pada waktu jam tidak sibuk banyak angkutan umum mempunyai faktor isian (load factor) rendah, sedangkan pada jam sibuk faktor isian yang terjadi tinggi. Di samping itu, rute angkutan umum yang baik harus dapat menjangkau seluruh wilayah dan memenuhi kepentingan beberapa pihak terkait seperti penumpang (user), pengelola (operator) dan pemerintah (regulator) yang pada umumnya kepentingan tersebut saling bertolak belakang. Misalnya, penumpang menginginkan jumlah armada yang sebesar mungkin sehingga waktu menunggu menjadi minimal dan faktor isian angkutan umum serendah mungkin. Angkutan yang beroperasi lebih dari yang diijinkan oleh pemerintah, sedangkan tingkat operasi berada dibawah 100 % artinya tidak semua kendaraan yang diizinkan digunakan sebagai kendaraan operasi. Hal ini disebabkan permintaan angkutan penumpang yang relatif sedikit, sehingga kendaraan yang beroperasi lebih sedikit. Hampir seluruh zona di wilayah Kabupaten Bekasi memiliki nilai rendah (dibawah standar) apabila dilihat dari analisis jangkauan pelayanan. Pengembangan dan penataan trayek untuk meningkatkan aksebilitas dan jangkauan pelayanan terutama pada zona taruma jaya, zona babelan, zona sukawangi yang saat ini sangat minim pelayanan angkutan umum.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of wood type and immersion time in plastic solution on the dimensional stability and mechanical properties of wood. This study used a completely randomized design with factorial experiments. The factors used consisted of 2 factors including wood type consisting of three types of wood: sengon, teak, bangkirai, and immersion time factors including three levels, namely: control (0), 20, and 30 minutes, each of which was repeated three times. The parameters observed included the dimensional change ratio (T/R), MOE, MOR, and compressive strength parallel to the grain. The test results for each parameter were analyzed using Analysis of Variance, and if there were significant differences, further testing was carried out using the Tukey test. The results showed that immersion increased the dimensional stability of wood as indicated by a decrease in the T/R ratio in sengon from 1.56 to 1.49 and teak from 1.64 to 1.58, while bangkirai had a higher value of 2.03–2.26. Tukey's test showed that the MOE values ​​differed significantly between wood species, namely sengon 1,239.17 kg/cm², teak 2,715.29 kg/cm², and bangkirai 4,669.53 kg/cm². The MOR values ​​were 571.34 kg/cm², 1,394.91 kg/cm², and 2,182.14 kg/cm², respectively. However, the immersion and the interaction between the two did not differ significantly. The compressive strength parallel to the grain also differed significantly between wood species: sengon (255.34 kg/cm²), teak (435.25 kg/cm²), and bangkirai (752.66 kg/cm²). The immersion treatments differed significantly from the control, but no significant differences were observed between the immersion treatments. The average compressive strength parallel to the wood grain increased with each immersion treatment, from 406.56 kg/cm² (0 min) to 514.07 kg/cm² (20 min) and 522.62 kg/cm² (30 min), without any interaction between the two factors.
