Abstract

Agama Islam memandang pernikahan merupakan perjanjian yang sakral, bermakna ibadah kepada Allah, mengikuti Sunnah Rasulullah dan dilaksanakan atas dasar keikhlasan, tanggung jawab, dan mengikuti ketentuan-ketentuan hukum yang harus dilakukan. Hukum keluarga merupakan hukum yang paling tua dibandingkan jenis hukum lain, karena ketika berbicara keluarga maka yang perlu disepakati bahwa keluarga itu merupakan unit terkecil dalam masyarakat,yang minimal terdiri dari seorang suami dan seorang isteri. Tulisan ini untuk menggambarkan pemahaman tentang apa itu perkawinan,rukun dan syarat perkawinan, hukum perkawinan serta bagaimana pencatatan perkawinan dan hak keperdataan istri dan anak. Melalui tema ini berusaha untuk diuraikan. Adapun kesimpulan yang dapat dirumuskan perkawinan adalah suatu perjanjian suci antara seorang pria dan perempuan untuk membangun rumah tangga yang bahagia. Dan sah apabila telah memenuhi rukun dan syarat. Dimana Hukum dalam perkawinan ada 5 yaitu wajib, sunnah, makruh, mubah, dan haram. Dan perkawinan yang baik itu dicatatkan disertai pembuktiannya dengan akta nikah sehingga akan mendatangkan maslahat untuk pihak istri dan keturunannya.

Abstract

Investment is a component that is used as a standard for measuring economic growth in a country. The high and low level of investment in a country will greatly affect the cycle and economic activity in the country. One of the investment instruments that is increasingly in demand by the public today is the capital market, including the Islamic capital market. This is based on the phenomenon of increasing the number of investors in the Islamic capital market, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic which is dominated by millennials and z generations. The increase in the number of millennial generation investors is supported by increasing awareness of financial literacy. Another supporting factor is the development of technology and information systems that make it easier to invest in investment platforms that can be accessed on gadgets. So the purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the interest of the millennial generation of Parepare City to invest in the Islamic capital market. The influencing factors are financial literacy and investment platform as independent variables and investment interest in the Islamic capital market as a dependent variable. The research method uses quantitative descriptive research with the type of Field Research research (field research). The population in this study is the millennial generation of Parepare City, with a sample of 100 people. Based on the results of data analysis, financial literacy variables positively affect the interest of the millennial generation to invest in the capital market. The investment platform variable has a positive effect on the millennial generation's interest in investing in the Islamic capital market.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji transformasi kreativitas belajar sebagai strategi sosial pendidikan di era digital Perkembangan teknologi telah mengubah paradigma pendidikan dari yang sebelumnya bersifat konvensional menjadi lebih fleksibel kolaboratif dan kreatif Kreativitas belajar tidak hanya dipandang sebagai kemampuan individu untuk menghasilkan ide ide baru tetapi juga sebagai proses sosial yang mendukung pembentukan karakter peserta didik yang adaptif dan inovatif Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur penelitian ini menelaah berbagai sumber ilmiah berupa jurnal buku dan dokumen kebijakan untuk memahami peran kreativitas dalam proses pendidikan digital serta strategi sosial yang menyertainya Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknologi digital dapat menjadi katalisator bagi peningkatan kreativitas siswa khususnya melalui pembelajaran berbasis proyek eksploratif dan kolaboratif Kreativitas belajar terbukti mampu meningkatkan partisipasi motivasi dan pemahaman siswa secara lebih mendalam Selain itu strategi sosial pendidikan yang melibatkan komunitas belajar dukungan kebijakan dan kolaborasi lintas aktor pendidikan turut memperkuat ekosistem belajar yang inovatif Namun transformasi ini tidak lepas dari tantangan seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur kompetensi guru dan budaya belajar yang belum mendukung kreativitas Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya sinergi antara inovasi kebijakan dan budaya pendidikan dalam mendorong transformasi kreativitas belajar secara menyeluruh Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis terhadap pengembangan pendidikan yang relevan partisipatif dan berkeadilan sosial di tengah perubahan global yang semakin kompleks < p>

Abstract

Purpose of the study: This study aims to examine the foundations, objectives, principles, and parental roles in Islamic family education and to formulate an integrative conceptual framework for strengthening tawḥīd-based character formation in the digital era. Methodology: This study employed a qualitative library research design. Data were collected through systematic literature review of classical and contemporary Islamic education sources, academic journal articles, and scholarly books. Data analysis used descriptive-analytical and interpretative methods with thematic categorization. Microsoft Word was used for data organization and documentation Main Findings: The study reveals that Islamic family education is fundamentally grounded in tawḥīd as the central value system shaping children’s moral and spiritual development. Five core principles were identified: tawḥīd orientation, parental role modeling, consistency, affection-based communication, and structured habituation with supervision. Contemporary challenges require adaptive yet principled implementation strategies within Muslim families. Novelty/Originality of this study: This study proposes an integrative conceptual framework that systematically connects theological foundations, educational principles, parental roles, and digital-era challenges. It advances existing knowledge by synthesizing fragmented discussions into a coherent model that bridges classical Islamic pedagogy with contemporary social realities.

Abstract

This article summarizes an independent internship project conducted at PT XYZ during September–December 2025 within the HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) function. The focus was evaluating the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 and the International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code in the port facility access control procedure, especially at the main gate and restricted areas. Data were collected through on-site observation, document review of access control SOPs, inspection forms, and risk records (HIRADC), and discussions with security, HSSE, and operational personnel. The analysis applied process mapping, risk-based thinking, HIRADC, and gap analysis to compare field practices with standard requirements. Results indicate that access control is implemented through layered controls: identity and permit verification, RFID-based access restrictions, CCTV monitoring, system logging (e.g., CTOS), and routine inspections. Key risks such as unauthorized access, human error during goods checks, and night-shift fatigue are mitigated by administrative controls, supervision, and shift management. Practical issues were found in reporting format differences and mismatches between field conditions and administrative records, requiring periodic verification and data standardization to strengthen audit readiness and continual improvement.
