Abstract

Kurangnya pengembangan media belajar disekolah yang memotivasi minat belajar peserta didik berakibat pada rendahnya minat dalam memahami materi sehingga terjadinya penurunan pada hasil belajar peserta didik. Tujuan dilaksanakan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan efektivitas media pembelajaran berbasis android meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran IPA materi sistem pernapasan pada manusia kelas VIII. Penelitian yang dilaksanakan berupa penelitian pengembangan (R&D) yang menggunakan model 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Desiminate) dengan memberikan instrumen berupa wawancara, angket dan tes. Sampel penelitian yaitu kelas VIII yang berjumlah 31 orang di SMP Negeri 22 Kota Serang Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022. Efektivitas penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis android terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik dari hasil rekapitulasi nilai pretest dan posttest memperoleh nilai 0,69 atau dipersentasekan dengan nilai 69% yang masuk pada kategori sedang atau cukup efektif.

Abstract

This study aims to describe (1) the management of bridal make-up training in increasing entrepreneurial independence in Cidadap Village (2) the results of entrepreneurial independence after attending bridal make-up training in Cidadap Village. The research method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data sources in this study consisted of 12 people, namely 1 training organizer, 1 training instructor, and 10 bridal makeup training participants in Cidadap Village. The results of the study show that: (1) the stages of bridal makeup training management consist of training planning, training implementation, and training evaluation; the training activities have been carried out optimally with the results of the evaluation of the bridal make-up training indicated significantly, such as some participants have become independent entrepreneurs in this field of make-up. (2) the result of self-employment independence after attending this bridal make-up training is that participants gain new understanding and skills in the field of bridal make-up by utilizing their expertise as well as training tools and materials obtained during the cosmetology training activities as initial capital to become independent business actors opening services make-up at home like make-up for elementary school release, art stage, etc.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan dilatarbelakangi oleh mutu pendidikan saat ini yang masih terlihat rendah serta masih tidak sesuai antara pendidik atau pelatih dengan lulusannya. Pendidik atau pelatih seharusnya memiliki suatu kompetensi yang sudah tertuang sebagaimana mestinya dalam Permendiknas No.41 tahun 2009. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kreativitas kerja terhadap kinerja instruktur pada BBPVP Serang. Pendekatan pada penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif untuk mengetahui skor perindikator dan rata-rata pada setiap variabel. Populasi pada penelitian ini terdapat 77 Instruktur dan sampel dihitung menggunakan rumus slovin sehingga mendapatkan hasil sebesar 65 instruktur yang peneliti ambil untuk diuji sampelnya. Seorang pelatih harus memiliki kreativitas yang tinggi agar dapat menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang baik sehingga peserta pelatihan tidak jenuh, dapat memecahkan suatu masalah dengan tepat, memiliki disiplin waktu yang baik dan dapat berkolabolasi dengan para instruktur serta tim lain. Jika hal tersebut sudah terpenuhi maka dapat dikatakan kinerja instruktur pun dapat dikatakan baik dan memiliki kualitas yang sangat sesuai. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada kreativitas kerja terhadap kinerja instruktur dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi kreativitas kerja maka semakin tinggi pula kinerja instruktur dalam suatu balai pelatihan maupun di tempat apapun.

Abstract

This study was driven by three critical issues: (1) the weak implementation of work culture among vocational high school (SMK) teachers, despite their role as student role models; (2) the need to enhance teachers’ achievement motivation to continuously improve competencies and adapt to the rapid advancement of industrial technology; and (3) the suboptimal learning quality in public SMKs in Serang City, as evidenced by the low employment absorption of graduates. The purpose of this research was to examine the influence of work culture and achievement motivation—both individually and jointly—on the quality of learning. A descriptive quantitative research design was employed, utilizing multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS Statistics version 23. The research instrument, tested for validity and reliability on 30 teachers, produced 60 valid items across three variables and was subsequently distributed to 86 teachers from public SMKs in Serang City. The partial test (t-test) results showed that work culture (p = 0.002) and achievement motivation (p = 0.000) had significant individual effects on the quality of learning. Furthermore, the simultaneous test (F-test) yielded an F value of 84.179 with a significance level of 0.000, confirming that both factors had a strong and significant combined influence on learning quality. These findings underscore the importance of fostering a positive work culture and strengthening teachers’ achievement motivation to enhance the educational outcomes in vocational high schools.

Abstract

Objective: This research aims to map the trends in lecturer productivity research through VOSViewer-based bibliometric analysis. Theoretical Framework: This research explains the data analysis on the topic of lecturer productivity and its development using mapping tools on VOSViewer over five years. (2019–2024). Method: This method uses qualitative descriptive analysis to illustrate the performance of bibliometric analysis in forming a network visualization of the chosen theme. Results and Discussion: From the research results over five years (2019–2024), 1000 relevant published journals were found and classified into four clusters according to their publication years. Then, through the classification of journal data, a total of 66 articles published on the theme of lecturer productivity from 2019 to 2024 were identified. From the search results, there are 10 articles with the most or highest citations. It can be concluded that lecturer productivity is a field that can be combined with other fields to be studied. Research Implications: In the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, bibliometric analysis is necessary to visually display mapping tools, especially in the education sector. The VOSviewer software application serves as a mapping tool to discover new items or trends, keywords, and the evolution process of the frequency of specific themes in research to obtain various information about scientific developments. Originality/Value: This analysis step is used to facilitate first-time users in accessing and utilizing VOSViewer. This research explains the data analysis on the topic of lecturer productivity and its development using mapping tools on VOSViewer over five years. (2019–2024). Thus, this research is expected to serve as a resource for researchers conducting studies and determining research titles.
