Abstract

Oil palm estate in South-Sumatera is very promising for farmers, due to an emp a good prospect as the pulp material standard So that it is necessary to devlop the usage of, that physic waste, by producing the machine that can be used by cluster and stem waste. From the result of production those machines, it is considered to give the contribution to South-Sumatera Provines, not only to cnhanes the income to the region which have the oil palm estate, but also to open new job field in that region. Several prototype machene which can be made contains; chipping, pre-heating, refiner, max-resin applied, dry cyclone, mat-forming is the last machine from the pulp making or production proce last machine from the pulp making or production process. Those machinaes, producss. Those machinaes, produce an innovative, new technology in order to paper inde an innovative, new technology in order to paper industry development.

Abstract

Oil palm is very economic and high value, for every each part of the oil palm can bring the benefit to the owner. The waste that came from its stem and its old shell can be used as seeders. Its stem and its cluster can be considered as an alternative material standard in developing paper industry. So that it is necessary to analyzes the composition of fibrous carton paper in stem and in an empty cluster from oil palm, in order to get the paper which is fulfill the quality standard of paper. From the result, it can be interpretation that the percentage of average composition came from an empty cluster; cellulose (36,9%), lignin (16,5%), and hemi-cellulose (27,2%). In contrary the average percentage that came from stem: cellulose (36,56%), lignin (16,4%), and hemi-cellulose (26%). From the analyzes, that paper which is going to be taken is fibrous carton paper.

Abstract

One of the alternative for fosil replacing is biodisel which is produced from standard material like palm oil and sawit mentah. From the BPPT experiment, excessise biodisel has octan number to the piston machine, free sulfur, and produce a minimum smoke. So that, it is necessary to have methode due to a biodisel productcessary to have methode due to a biodisel production from CPO and jarak oil, in order to make manufacturing process in an eficient way. It is con an eficient way. It is considered that we hnsidered that we have to design biodisel manufacturing technology system continuously, which produced biodisel convertion higher. The experiment uses a standard material from PT PN VII. A standard material that fulfill the SNI. The result of biodisel redemen comparison analysis,with batch process, and produced 70% in spce, 82% in CPO. The next process from jarak oil produced 89% and 93% from CPO.
