Abstract

Pelaksanaan pembelajaran saat ini menghadapi peralihan dari pembelajaran konvensial (tatap muka) menjadi pembelajaran online yang wajib memerlukan kecermatan seluruh warga kampus sehingga tujuan pendidikan terwujud. Pada proses perjalanan pembelajaran onlinemendapatkan persoalan seperti keluhan jaringan, mahalnya kuota internet, pembelajaran yang tidak efektif, terlalu banyak tugas tugas serta penurunan kompetensi mahasiswa dan lainnya.Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni mencari tahu pengaruh 1) Manajemen Pembelajaran Online pada Kepuasan Mahasiswa, 2) Kemandirian Belajar pada Kepuasaan Mahasiswa dan 3) Manajemen Pembelajaran Online serta Kemandirian Belajar pada Kepuasaan Mahasiswa di Masa Pandemi Covid-19. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 43 orang yaitu mahasiswa yang mengambil mata kuliah Penilaian Pembelajaran Ekonomi. Data dikumpulkan mempergunakan metode dokumentasi serta angket, kemudian dilakukan analisis product moment. Data dianalisa mempergunakanaplikasi SPSS 20.Temuan penelitianmenunjukkan ada pengaruh manajemen pembelajaran online (X1) terhadap kepuasaan mahasiswa (Y), dengan hasil uji t diperoleh t-hitung 3,635 >t-tabel - 1,987 serta bernilai signifikansi 0,003 < 0,05. Dan variabel Kemandirian Belajar (X2) memiliki pengaruh pada variabel kepuasan mahasiswa (Y) hal ini berdasarkan t hitung - 5,577 > t-tabel - 1.987 serta bernilai signifikansi 0,005 < 0,05. Terdapat pengaruh positif diantara manajemen pembelajaranonlineserta kemandirian belajar padakepuasan mahasiswa di masa pandemi covid-19 dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 44,202 yang bernilai signifikansi 0,000

Abstract

Entrepreneurial interest is one's desire to start trying, create jobs according to their own will without coercion from others. Interest grows slowly in a person according to what is seen in his environment. The main goal of entrepreneurship is to create jobs for yourself, which will then have an impact on other job seekers. Growing interest requires a strong self-concept and a supportive family environment, especially in entrepreneurial activities. The tight competition in the world of work causes more unemployment in society. So to overcome this it is deemed necessary to foster interest in entrepreneurship. The study with the title "The influence of self-concept and family environment on New Student Entrepreneurial Interest" aims to find out: (1) To find out the significant effect of Self Concepts on New Student Entrepreneurial Interest in Economics Education Study Program FPIPS IKIP PGRI Bali, (2) To determine the effect Significant Family Environment on Entrepreneurial Interests of New Students in the FPIPS IKIP PGRI Bali Economic Education Study Program, and (3) To find out the significant influence of the Self-Concept and Family Environment together on New Student Entrepreneurial Interest in the Economic Study Program of FPIPS IKIP PGRI Bali. The data analysis technique used is two predictor linear regression, Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the results of the study are as follows: 1) Self-Concept (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest. This is evidenced by the value of t-count = 3.990> t-table = 2.00 and Sig. = 0,000 <0.05. 2) Family Environment (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest. This is evidenced by the value of t-count = 3.236> t-table = 2.00 and Sig. = 0.002 <0.05. 3) Self Concept (X1) and Family Environment (X2) simultaneously influence the Entrepreneurial Interest. This is evidenced by the calculated F-value = 34.561> F-table = 3.14 and Sig. = 0,000 <0.05. Based on the results of the analysis above, it is expected that lecturers and faculty leaders will motivate students more in entrepreneurial activities. This will have a positive impact on students. Students can study or start entrepreneurship as early as possible.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of curriculum management at SMK Werdhi Sila Kumara Silakarang in Singapadu Kaler Village. In this study the approach used is management-oriented evaluation approach (EBM) with the evaluation model is the CIPP model. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Based on the quantitative analysis conducted, it is known that the implementation of curriculum management from planning, implementing, evaluating, and supervising is included in the very effective category. Through planning, the principal of SMK Werdhi Sila Kumara Silakarang together with the Curriculum Development Team compiled a curriculum program starting from the semester program, annual program, syllabus, Learning Implementation Plan, learning materials and learning media needed for one school year. While in organizing, the school prepares a curriculum that is relevant to national education goals and adapted to regional needs. These programs are then well introduced and implemented by teachers and students. In order for these programs to be implemented well, supervision and evaluation are carried out.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Micro Teaching Courses and Introduction to Schooling Environment (PLP)I on the Readiness of Prospective Teachers of FKIP Students, Universitas Mahadewa Indonesia in 2020. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires based on the Likert Scale which was tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis used was product moment analysis, regression analysis of two predictors, and tested the significance of the F price. The results showed that there was an influence of the Micro Teaching Subject variable on the readiness of prospective teachers with correlation results, this was evidenced by the value of rcount 0.648> 0.165; there is an effect of Introduction to the School Environment on the Readiness of Prospective Teachers with correlation results, this is evidenced by the rcount value of 0.704> 0.165; there is a simultaneous influence of variables between the variables of Micro Teaching Courses and Introduction to the School Environment on the Readiness of Prospective Teachers. This is evidenced by Fcount 58.129 > Ftable 3.09. Results Relative contribution (SR) X1 37.2% and X2 62.8%. R Square 54.8% with X1 20.4% and X2 34.4%, the remaining 45.2% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to 1) analyze the effect of teacher digital literacy on student interest in learning at SMA SLUA Saraswati 1 Denpasar; 2) Analyzing the influence of learning management on students' interest in learning at SMA SLUA Saraswati 1 Denpasar; 3) Analyzing teachers' digital literacy skills and learning management on students' interest in learning at SMA SLUA Saraswati 1 Denpasar. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, namely all teachers at SMA SLUA Saraswati 1 Denpasar. The research model consists of digital literacy (X1), learning management (X2) as the independent variable, and students' learning interest (Y) as the dependent variable. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires that were distributed directly. The method used in analyzing the data is correlation analysis and multiple regression with the help of the SPSS application. The results show (1) Teacher's Digital Literacy variable (X1) has an effect on Student Learning Interest (Y) this is based on the t-count value of 4.979 > 1.985. With a significant value of 0.000, the value is smaller than the specified significant level, namely (α = 0.05). (2) Learning Management variable (X2) has an effect on Students' Interest in Learning (Y) this is based on the t-count value of 5.129 > 1.985. With a significant value of 0.000, the value is smaller than the specified significant level, namely (α = 0.05). (3) Student Learning Interest (Y) variable F-count is 22.890 > F-table 3.09. With a significant value of 0.000, the value is smaller than the specified significant level, namely (α = 0.05). (4) the results of the determination test show that the amount of Adjusted R Square is 24.9%, the variation of Student Learning Interest (Y) is influenced by Teacher Digital Literacy (X1) and Learning Management (X2) while the remaining 75.1% is influenced by other factors. which were not included in this study.

Abstract

UMKM are one of the strengths of the national economy. During the Covid-19 pandemic, UMKM are the sector most vulnerable to being affected, especially in terms of product marketing and sales. MSME Pande Urip Wesi (PAUWE) is a business engaged in iron equipment. This service activity aims to help the problems faced by Pande Urip Wesi. The solution offered in this activity is to implement digital marketing using the Google My Business application. This application can help UMKM actors so that their business can be found by potential customers on Google searches and maps. The method used in this activity consists of forming an activity team, conducting analysis, implementing activities and evaluating. The result of this service activity is the Google My Business application as a tool for online marketing and sales as well as providing training to business owners to have the ability to operate the Google My Business application.

Abstract

This activity aims to provide training and assistance to teachers of SD Negeri 3 Ubud in classroom action research and writing scientific articles. The output to be achieved after teachers participate in CAR training is that they can prepare proposals, implement CAR in class, compile CAR reports and make scientific articles for publication. The training method is carried out by lectures and demonstrations of questions and answers, exercises, and practices. The training material is presented with more practice than theory, with a ratio of 25% theory to 75% practice. The training venue was held in the class of SD Negeri 3 Ubud. During the implementation of mentoring, evaluation was carried out by post-test. The output of this service that meets the target is 80% of the teachers attend the training and pass the cognitive skills based on the results of the post-CAR training. Meanwhile, there are 30% of teachers who are able to make proposals, and 10 of them are ready to be written in scientific articles to be published in journals or seminars.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using learning media based on android applications on learning outcomes by using learning styles as a moderating variable. The calculation results obtained a regression coefficient of 2,745, the t-count value is 3,191 and the sig value of 0.002 is smaller than α = 0.05, then Ho is rejected, Ha is accepted. The second hypothesis test states that learning media based on android applications which are moderated by learning styles have a significant effect on learning outcomes with a regression coefficient of -0.030, a t-count value of -2.991 and a significance level of 0.004 which is less than α = 0.05, so it can be it can be concluded that learning styles are able to moderate the effect of android application-based learning media on learning outcomes. With the results of the Adjusted R Square value determination test of 0.709, which means that variations in learning media variables based on android applications and learning styles as well as the interaction between learning media based on android applications and learning styles are able to explain the variable business results by 70.9% and the remaining 29.1% explained by other factors outside this research model.

Abstract

Social studies education as a field of study given at the educational level in the school environment, not only provides knowledge, but also provides values, attitudes and skills in the lives of students in society, nation and state in various characteristics. To make social studies learning enjoyable for students, there needs to be teacher innovation and creativity in delivering learning in class. Because even now, social studies still seems to be neglected and is considered rote. Through the application of virtual classroom learning media with the help of e-modules and learning videos in social studies learning for class VI students at SD Negeri 7 Sesetan, it can have a positive impact on students. In accordance with data collection carried out by distributing questionnaires to 31 students in class VI of SD Negeri 7 Sesetan, the results obtained were that 95% of students gave positive responses and enjoyed participating in the learning carried out by the teacher.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan keluarga dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar produk kreatif dan kewirausahaan.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa, (1) Lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar produk kreatif dan kewirausahaan. Hal ini berdasarkan hasil uji t diketahui bahwa nilai thitung > ttabel (10,443>1,988). Disamping itu nilai signifikansi dari tabel diatas sebesar 0,000<0,05. (2) Motivasi belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar produk kreatif dan kewirausahaan. Hal ini berdasarkan hasil uji t diketahui bahwa nilai thitung > ttabel (8,420>1,988). Disamping itu nilai signifikansi dari tabel diatas sebesar 0,000<0,05. (3) Lingkungan keluarga dan motivasi belajar berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar produk kreatif dan kewirausahaan. Hal ini berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji Fhitung = 55,876 lebih besar dari Ftabel = 3,11 (55,876 > 3,11) dengan nilai signifikan 0,000<0,05 berarti lingkungan keluarga dan motivasi belajar bersama-sama mempengaruhi hasil belajar produk kreatif dan kewirausahaan. Nilai adjusted R2 sebesar 0,564 yang menunjukkan bahwa variabel lingkungan keluarga dan motivasi belajar secara bersama-sama dapat menentukan besarnya perubahan hasil belajar sebesar 56,4% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 43,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak disertakan dalam penelitian ini.
