Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa Pengaruh Faktor-Faktor Bauran Pemasaran terhadap Keputusan Konsumen dalam Pembelian Di Café Brownhill, Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif.    Hasil uji t, variabel independen secara parsial, nilai t-hitung harga berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen secara positif, dimana nilai t-hitung variabel produkyaitu thitung4.543> dari ttabel1.6939, Artinya, karena t-hitung > t-tabel, maka dapat disimpulkan hipotesis (H1) diterima, variabel produk yaitu thitung3.755> dari ttabel1.6939. Artinya, karena t-hitung > t-tabel, maka dapat disimpulkan hipotesis (H2) diterima.  variabel tempat yaitu thitung3.035> dari ttabel1.6939. Artinya, karena t-hitung > t-tabel, maka dapat disimpulkan hipotesis (H3) diterima.  variabel promosi yaitu thitung2.187> dari ttabel1.6939. Artinya, karena t-hitung > t-tabel, maka dapat disimpulkan hipotesis (H4) diterima.  Hasil uji F diperoleh nilai Fhitung sebesar 22.499 dengan signifikan 0.000. menunjukkan signifikansi < dari 0.05. berarti produk, harga, tempat dan promosi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan konusmen dalam membeli.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the food security program in North Aifat Village, Maybrat Regency. The analysis technique used was qualitative descriptive, using the theory of Miles and Huberman, with 5 informants. The results obtained were that the most potential supporting factor in the food security program was the availability of large land in each family so that it could produce large-scale harvests. Another supporting factor was that the community already had basic knowledge related to agriculture. The constraints faced by recipients of the food strengthening program in North Aifat Village were the lack of continuous assistance, then for pineapple and dragon fruit farming businesses the constraints were the availability and use of fertilizers and overcoming pests. While for catfish and chicken farming the constraints faced were feed and marketing media.

Abstract

Establishing a continuously growing business capable of dominating the market is certainly the expectation of every entrepreneur. However, the increasing presence of competitors offering similar products has intensified business competition. In the midst of this growing competition, UMKM Pauwbili is required to take strategic measures to address these challenges by implementing product innovations and improving service quality in order to achieve competitive advantage. The purpose of this study is to determine whether innovation and service quality have an influence on competitive advantage. This research employs quantitative data with a sample of 40 customers of UMKM Pauwbili in Sorong City using a non-probability sampling method through purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Innovation has a significant influence on competitive advantage, (2) Service quality does not have a significant influence on competitive advantage, and (3) Innovation and service quality simultaneously influence competitive advantage.
