Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar dampak karakteristik pekerjaan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen, Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan datanya primer Populasi 40 orang. Dengan purposive sampling, dan sampel 38 orang. Teknik analisa data regresi Linear Berganda ,variable karakteristik pekerjaan dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap komitmen Y = 1,647+ 0,499 X1 + 0,541 X2. Uji T variabel X1Karakteristik pekerjaan bepengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen dengan nilai variabel 5,980>ttabel 1,689 signifikan 0,000 < α 0,05. Variabel X2 kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen anggota 6,750 > ttabel 1,689 nilai signifikansinya 0,000 < 0,05. Dari uji F yang didapatkan karakteristik pekerjaan dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap komitmen F hitung 370,090 > Ftabel 3,24 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Kontribusi Karateristik Pekerjaan dan kepuasan kerja sebesar 0,977 atau 97,7%. terhadap Komitmen

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Struktur Organisasi, Kedisiplinan, Motivasi terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan (Studi kasus Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kabupaten Solok ). Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 70 responden. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan diperoleh Y= 0,404 + 0,197X1 + (-0,252X2) + 0,201X3 + 0,315X4 + e dan uji t 2,473, [-2,505] ,3,487 dan 4,666 yang artinya bahwa variabel Kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan, Struktur Organisasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan, Kedisplinan berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan dan Motvias berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan. Dilihat dari nilai R Square 0,570 yang artinya Kepemimpinan, Struktur Organisasi, Kedisiplinan dan Motivasi berpengaruh sebesar 57% terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Pada Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga 43% dipengaruhi oleh faktor variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Dari analisis uji f nilai fhitung adalah 21,542 > 2,51 yang artinya bahwa Kepemimpinan, Struktur Organisasi, Kedisiplinan dan Motivasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of capital structure and net profit margin on company value in transportation and logistics sub-sector companies with a sample of 21 companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange using the purposive sampling method and based on the 2018-2021 sampling criteria. Based on the results of statistical analysis, it can be concluded that capital structure has a significant effect on the firm value of the transportation and logistics sector studied. this is proven by using the t test with a significant value of 0.003 > 0.05 and tcount 3.040 > ttable 1.989. so it can be concluded that capital structure has a significant effect on value based on statistical analysis it can be concluded that the net profit margin has no effect on the value of the companies in the transportation and logistics sector being studied. this is proven by using the t test with a significant value of 0.205 > 0.10 and tcount 1.277 < ttable 1.989. conclude that net profit margin has no effect on company value. it can be concluded that capital structure and net profit margin have a significant effect on company value in transportation and logistics sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021, with Fcount is 5.272 > Ftable 3, 11 significant value of 0.007 is smaller than the targeted significant level of 0.05. R Square of 0.115. This means that there is a contribution of 11.5% from the independent variables, namely capital structure (X1) and net profit margin (X2) to firm value (Y). While the remaining 88.5% is contributed or influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This research was conducted on employees at the Environmental Agency, Lubuk Sikarah District, Solok City. The purpose of this research was to find out how much influence Employee Work Efficiency and Standard Operating Procedures have on the Quality of Public Services. In this study, the population is 65 employees. With this type of quantitative research and sampling techniques using total sampling method. Data collection technique used is to use a questionnaire / questionnaire. Based on multiple linear regression analysis, of the Employee Work Efficiency variable and Standard Operating Procedures affect the Quality of Public Services Y = 21.179 + 0.367X1 + 0.336X2+ e. From the t test conducted, it was found that the Employee Work Efficiency variable had a significant effect on Service Quality with t count 2.711 > t table 1.999 and a significant level value of 0.009 <α 0.05, then H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. It is known that the Standard Operating Procedure variable on Service Quality has tcount 2.084 > ttable 1.999 and sig 0.041 <0.05. Then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. From the F test it is known that fcount is 5.518 > ftable 3.15 and has a significance (0.006 <0.05). Then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. From the Determination Test, the R square value is 0.389 or 38.9%. This indicates that the contribution of the Employee Work Efficiency and Standard Operating Procedures variable is 38.9%. While the remaining 61.1% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Pemerintah memiliki peran penting dalam mensejahterakan masyarakat termasuk masyarakat Nagari, salah satu cara dengan menfasilitasi lembaga tinggi dengan masyarakatnya dalam melakukan pembinaan agar dapat merubah pola pikir masyarakat untuk bisa berinovasi dalam merubah kehidupan yang lebih baik. Inovasi yang banyak menjamur saat ini memanfaatkan teknologi sehingga perlu juga dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat. Pembinaan dilakukan dengan langsung turun ke masyarakat dan berkumpul pada satu tempat untuk memberikan edukasi dan pemahaman-pemahaman bahwa masyarakat dapat melakukan hal lain yang produtif dengan impact nanti dapat meningkatkan pendapatan untuk merubah ekonominya. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam pembinaan dengan pemberian edukasi ini memiliki tujuan 1) Mempercepat pemulihan ekonomi, meningkatkan dan mengembangkan kegiatan usaha ekonomi produktif masyarakat. 2) Menunjang pengembangan wilayah melalui peningkatan kualtias sumber daya manusia dan pembangunan daerah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of workload and discipline on employee commitment at the Solok district youth and sports education office. The sample in this study were 79 respondents with the total sampling method. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis of the variables Workload and Discipline on Employee Commitment with a value of Y = 14.413 + 0.259(X1) + 0.303 (X2) + e. From the t test conducted on the X1 variable, namely Workload with a t-count value smaller than t-table 1.735 > 1.992, which means that the Workload variable has no effect on Employee Commitment, while the X2 variable, namely Discipline, obtains a greater t-count value from t-table 3, 832 > 1.992 which means Discipline affects Employee Commitment. While the results of the f-test analysis obtained the f-count value is greater than the f-table, namely 10.860 > 3.12, which means that Workload and Discipline together affect Employee Commitment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and examine how employee performance in one of Ministry in Indonesia is impacted by the physical work environment, workload, and productivity. 100 respondents were included in the saturation sampling approach used to select the research sample. With the use of SPSS software version 26, multiple linear regression techniques were used to analyze the data for this investigation. The findings demonstrated that employee performance was impacted by the physical work environment, workload, and productivity all at the same time. With a significance value of 0.000, the physical work environment has a considerable impact on employee performance to some extent. Employee performance is also significantly impacted by workload, and employee performance is significantly impacted by work productivity. In the coefficient of determination (R2), the corrected R Square value shows that all independent variables simultaneously has positive and significant effect on performance of employees in ministry office.

Abstract

  The library functions as a multifaceted hub for knowledge acquisition, offering a range of services including access to library materials, reading assistance, educational support, information dissemination, foundational research activities, and various additional roles. Considering the previously discussed roles of the library, it is crucial for it to have superior facilities, deliver exceptional services, and improve the effectiveness of its librarians. This study aimed to assess how service quality and library facilities influence student satisfaction. This investigation utilizes a quantitative research approach. This study was carried out at the Campus I Library of Mahaputra Muhammad Yamin University. The subjects of this study consisted of all active students from Mahaputra Muhammad Yamin University who visited the library. The sampling method employed in this study was accidental sampling. This study involved a sample of 42 students. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to participants. The findings of the study indicated that the quality of library services and facilities had a partial impact on student satisfaction. The quality of library services and facilities had a significant impact on student satisfaction.

Abstract

Tidak hanya hasil kerja yang menunjukkan kinerja organisasi, tetapi juga proses kerja dari perencanaan hingga pencapaian hasil. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Hiliran Gumanti Kabupaten Solok. Tujuan diadakan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kecamatan Hiliran Gumanti Kabupaten Solok. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah pegawai Kantor Camat 11 orang, Puskesmas 22 orang dan Kantor Urusan Agama 11 orang dengan jumlah 44 orang. Dengan modus pengambilan sampel memakai model Total sampling. Modus pemungutan informasi yang dipakai adalah dengan pemakaian angket/daftar pernyataan. Hasil studi yang sudah dilaksanakan bisa diketahui bahwasanya gaya kepemimpinan berdampak kepada kinerja pegawai. Selanjutnya secara parsial kinerja pegawai berdampak melalui budaya organisasi. Sementara gaya kepemimpinan beserta budaya organisasi mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai secara berbarengan. Adapun besarnya pengaruh gaya kepemimpn serta budaya organisasi kepada kinerja pegawai sebanyak 28,1%. Dan selebihnya sebesar 71,9% ditentukan melalui variabel yang tak dibahas pada studi ini.
