Abstract

Agro-tourism can be an alternative option in increasing income for farmers without reducing the importance of the agricultural sector in building food security in various countries, including Indonesia. However, the potential for agro-tourism has not been properly explored, so that the number of visits is still less compared to other tourist objects. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the marketing mix consisting of product, price, promotion, and place on the interest of tourists to visit agro-tourism destinations. In this case the object is agro-tourism in Cibodas Village, Lembang District, West Bandung Regency. For data analysis, the researchers used a structural equation model (SEM) with the help of the WarpPLS application. The expected result is a model of the influence of the marketing mix on tourist interest in visiting agro-tourism objects in Cibodas Village, Lembang District, West Bandung Regency. The results showed that prices, promotions, and places had a positive and significant effect on interest in visiting agrotourism destinations in Cibodas Village

Abstract

Based on the results observations, the background of this research is the lack of personal selling and the lack of education conducted at Bank BJB Syariah KCP Arcamanik, causing a lack of interest in current account products at the Bank. This study aims to find out how the influence of personal selling on customer interest in iB Maslahah current account products at BJB Syariah KCP Arcamanik bank partially and simultaneously. The object of research in this report is the interest of iB Maslahah current account customers at the BJB Syariah KCP Arcamanik bank. The type of research is quantitative associative, with primary data type and using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, literature study, and questionnaires. While the sampling technique is incidental sampling, with a population of 173 people with a sample of 63 people who are iB Maslahah current account customers. The results of the study showed that there was is an insignificant effect between personal selling on the interest of current account customers at Bank BJB Syariah KCP Arcamanik by 9,9% with the results of the t-test where the value of t count>t table (2,572 > 1,670), there were There is a significant influence between education on customer interest in demand deposits at Bank BJB Syariah KCP Arcamanik by 4,4% with the results of the t-test where the value of t count>t table (2,497 > 1,670), and simultaneously there is a significant influence between personal selling and education on customer interest in the iB Maslahah current account product at Bank BJB Syariah KCP Arcamanik by 67% with the results of the F test where the value of f¬count->f¬¬table (4,927 > 3,15).

Abstract

One of the standard of a successful digital marketing campaign, is being able to maximize product and service promotion techniques using digital distribution channels such as; websites, Adwords, email or various other social network platforms. One of the ideal requirement of SMK graduates is able to succeed in the business world, therefore they must be equipped with good marketing skills. Seeing the importance of a marketer having Copywriting skills, Copywriting training is needed for them. The method used is the ABCD approach where the "assets" itself are the students of SMK Bakti Nusantara 666 whom have their own start up business. The training is carried out in the form of giving a basic marketing knowledge and giving them a set of training in how to write an attractive ad script and creating article’s titles by using a set of keywords, which had a high ranking in the Google search engine. The training itself was done in two days at school and Ma’soem University Language Center Laboratorium. From the said training, it could be concluded that, indeed, there is an increase in language skills and copywriting of each participant. And the average skill mastered by participants was writing CTA.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah fluktuasi penjualan pada pelanggan PT Bersama Zatta Jaya Tbk Bandung dua tahun berturut-turut pada rentang 2019-2023. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Digital Marketing dan Brand Awarenes terhadap Keputusan Pembelian baik secara parsial maupun simultan di PT Bersama Zatta Jaya Tbk Bandung. Objek penelitian adalah pelanggan PT Bersama Zatta Jaya Tbk Bandung. Adapun jenis penelitiannya yaitu kuantitatif asosiatif dengan jenis data primer dan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka dan kuesioner. Sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampelnya adalah probability sampling dengan jenis sampel simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara digital marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 47,2% untuk uji R2 dengan hasil uji t dimana nilai thitung > ttabel (9,361 > 1,290). H1 diterima, terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara brand awareness terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 54,4% untuk uji R 2 dengan hasil uji t dimana thitung > ttabel (10,815 > 1,290) artinya H1 diterima, Serta secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara digital marketing dan brand awareness terhadap keputusan pembelian di PT Bersama Zatta Jaya Tbk Bandung sebesar 60,2% untuk uji R2 dengan hasil uji F dimana nilai Fhitung>Ftabel 73,502 > 2,14

Abstract

Agriculture is the utilization of natural resources related to land, plants, animals (including fish) to produce human needs (both food, clothing, shelter and feed). One of the important components in agriculture, especially in land cultivation, is fertilizer. The problem that often arises among the farmers in Cisitu Village, Cisitu District, Sumedang Regency is the high price of chemical fertilizers sold, which often forces them to borrow money from financial institutions, ultimately putting a burden on themselves. Therefore, it is necessary to socialize the making of liquid organic fertilizer so that the community, especially farmer groups, are able to make their own fertilizer. The materials needed are affordable and easy to obtain. The main ingredient of making this fertilizer is rice washing water waste which is then added with em4 and brown sugar. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR) through 3 stages (planning, execution, results, and evaluation). As a result of this socialization, participants were able to understand how to make and apply liquid organic fertilizer to plants.

Abstract

Based on the results of observations, that the background of this research is the decline in the number of members in the last 2 years and the lack of public knowledge of the Cooperative. This study aims to determine how knowledge, attitudes and personality influence the behavior of members of the IKOPIN Jatinangor Big Family Cooperative. The object of research in this thesis is members of the IKOPIN Jatinangor Big Family Cooperative. The type of research is quantitative associative with primary data and uses data collection techniques in the form of observations, interviews, literature studies and questionnaires. The sampling technique is non probability sampling with convenience sampling type. The population is all members in the IKOPIN Jatinangor Big Family Cooperative, totaling 1,147 people with a sample of 100 people. The results showed that there was a significant influence between knowledge on the behavior of members; there was a significant influence between attitudes towards member behavior; there is a significant influence between personality on member behavior and simultaneously there is a significant influence of knowledge, attitudes and personality on member behavior at the IKOPIN Jatinangor Big Family Cooperative.
