Abstract

Purpose - To find out the description of the level of brand experience and customer-based brand equity in site wedding marketplace Bridestory visitors in Indonesia. Design/methodology/approach - The design of this study is cross sectional method. This research uses descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. A total of 135 respondents were selected using probability sampling. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. The analysis technique used is descriptive technique by using frequency distribution.Findings - The result showed that brand experience is in good category, while customer-based brand equity is in good enough category.  Originality / value - The differences in this study located on an object research , time research , a measuring instrument , literature that used , the theory that is used and the results of the study

Abstract

Objective – To describe and determine the influence of lifestyle on purchasing decisions.Design/methodology/approach – This type of research is descriptive and verfikatif with random sampling of 120 respondents. Data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression The design of this study is cross sectional method with a certain period of time.Findings – Based on research results by using simple linear regression analysis showed that there is positive lifestyles of consumers on purchasing decisions.Originality/value – The difference in this study lies in the object of research, study time, measuring tools, literature used, the theory used and the results of research. Keywords: Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Lifestyle Consumer Purchase Decision, Action Cameras, GoPro.Type Article: Research paper

Abstract

Objective - to know the description of entrepreneurial skills to business success.The design / methodology / approach - this study was conducted over a period of less than one year, the research design used was cross sectional method. This research uses verifikatif approach with explanatory survey method. A total of 34 respondents as samples using saturated samples. Questionnaire research is used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents and data analysis techniques used are simple linear regression.Findings - Entrepreneurial skills have a significant effect on business success.Originality - differences are found in independent variables, research objects and methods, population and sample research, research periods, measurement tools and research results, as well as sources of foreign theories and journals and books.

Abstract

Tujuan - Seberapa besar pengaruh perceived desirability dan feasibility terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa SMK.Desain/metodologi/Pendekatan - Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif, verifikatif, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 siswa. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda.Temuan - Dari penelitian terhadap pengujian hipotesis dapat diketahui bahwa perceived desirability dan feasibility memiliki pengaruh yang positif/katergori besar, baik terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa SMK..Orisinalitas – Perbedaan ditemukan dalam objek penelitian, periode penelitian, alat ukur dan hasil penelitian. Abstract

One of business potential that growing along with the emerge of the internet usage is e-commerce. The development of e-commerce create a dynamic and competitive business competition. Delivery Services Provider become one of the biggest business opportunity that grow in this field, this service become key to determine how good an online transaction is. The trust that consumers give to the company is key to build a good buying environment. This research is propose to discover depiction of users trust on Pos Indonesia Pusat services in Bandung City, discover depiction of repurchase intention trend on users of Pos Indonesia Pusat in Bandung City and to discover the influence of trust to repurchase intention trend on users of Pos Indonesia Pusat in Bandung City. Type of research that used is verified descriptive and explanatory survey as the method with the technique of simple random sampling with sum of the sample is 130 respondent. Technique that used for the data analysis are structural equal model with the assist of a computer software of SPSS AMOS 22.0. Result of this research in general shows a significant influence of trust to repurchase intention trend. The increase the repurchase intention trend, company should make a strategy to leave a good impression on consumers and build a connection with users. Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to see the description of financial reward, occupational health and safety and job satisfactionDesign/methodology/approachh - The design of this study was cross sectional. This research uses descriptive approach with explanatory survey method and total of 66 respondents. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. Analytical technique used is descriptive technique by using frequency distribution.Findings - Based on the results of the research using descriptive analysis, the results obtained that the financial reward is in quite suitable category with a score of representative 70,8%, occupational health and safety is in the good category with a score of representative 79% and job satisfaction is in the high  category with a score of representative 78,5%.Originality/value - This study provides a basic understanding issues of financial rewards, occupational safety health and job satisfaction. The difference with the previous research is the variable of appreciation which examined the disability only for financial reward, the object of research studied in service sector, theory and reference used the latest theories.

Abstract

Design/methodology/approach - The design of this study is cross sectional method. This research uses descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. A total of 107 respondents were selected using probability sampling. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. The analysis technique used is descriptive technique by using frequency distribution.Findings - The result showed that brand identification is in good enough category, while brand loves is in medium category.  Originality / value - The differences in this study located on an object research , time research , a measuring instrument , literature that used , the theory that is used and the results of the study

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi pada saat ini berdampak pada perubahan cara berbelanja dimasyarakat yaituberbelanja secara online. Minat membeli secara online yang dirasakan oleh konsumen munculdengan adanya rasa percaya dan persepsi risiko konsumen terhadap penjual online. Hal tersebutdapat menjadi sebuah strategi untuk para pemasar atau penjual online dalam membentukkepercayaan dan persepsi risiko yang positif di benak para calon pembeli atau konsumen. Penelitianini bertujuan untuk (1) memperoleh deskripsi mengenai kepercayaan membeli secara online padapengunjung website classifieds di Indonesia (2) memperoleh deskripsi mengenai persepsi risikomembeli secara online pada pengunjung website classifieds di Indonesia (3) memperoleh deskripsimengenai minat membeli secara online pada pengunjung website classifieds di Indonesia (4)Mengetahui mengenai besarnya pengaruh kepercayaan dan persepsi risiko terhadap minat membelisecara online pada pengunjung website classifieds di Indonesia. Variabel bebas (X) dalam penelitianini adalah kepercayaan (X1) dan persepsi risiko (X2) sedangkan variabel terkait (Y) pada penelitianini adalah minat membeli secara online. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory surveydengan teknik simple random, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 pengunjung. Teknik analisa datayang digunakan adalah linear berganda dengan alat bantu software komputer SPSS 21.0. Hasil yangdiperoleh dalam penelitian menyatakan bahwa kepercayaan dan persepsi risiko berpengaruh secarasimultan terhadap minat membeli secara online pada pengunjung website classifieds di Indonesiasebesar 43%. Sedangkan pengaruh secara parsial menunjukan bahwa dimensi benevolence dandimensi risiko kinerja memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan dimensi lainya.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian melalui linear berganda terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan darikepercayaan dan persepsi risiko terhadap minat membeli secara online pada pengunjung websiteclassifieds di Indonesia. pengaruh dari variabel-variabel ini memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan baiksecara simultan maupun secara parsial.

Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to knowing the description of working communiacation, job satisfaction and employee performance. Design/methodology/approachh - The design of this study was cross sectional. This research uses descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. A total of 57 respondents were selected using probability sampling. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. Analytical technique used is descriptive technique by using frequency distribution.Findings - Based on the results of the research using descriptive analysis, the results indicate that the description of working communication is in effective category according to score of representative 81,3%, job satisfaction is in high category according to score of representative 79,3 %  , and employee performance is in high category according to score of representative 77,8%. Originality/value -  This study provides a basis for understanding issues of working  communication, job satisfaction, and employee performance. The difference of this study with the previous research is located on the object which is the company in the retail industry that is Toserba Yogya Cabang Sunda Bandung, with the variables studied namely working communication, job satisfaction, and employee performances, and using different theory or reference from previous researcher.

Abstract

Aim – The aim of the research was to find out the influence of emotional intelligence, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior.Design/Methodology/Approach – The research design was cross sectional method. This research employed descriptive approach through explanatory survey method. There were 103 respondents selected through probability sampling. The questionnaires were distributed as the instruments in collecting data from the respondents. The analysis technique used was descriptive technique by using frequency distribution.Findings – Based on the research findings through descriptive analysis, it was found that the emotional intelligence was in the good category by score 9444 and percentage 81.86%, job satisfaction was in high category by score 12198 and percentage 80.56%, and organizational citizenship behavior was in the good category by score 11853 and percentage 82.19%.Originality/value – This research is the basic to understand the emotional intelligence, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior concept. The difference of the research and  the previous research was in its object aspect, which was West Java Regional Civil Service Agency in Bandung with the observed variables; emotional intelligence, job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior by using different theories and references from previous research.
