Abstract

ABSTRAKRadio Republik Indonesia (RRI) Malang, perusahaan ini bergerak pada bidang penyiaran di di Jl. Candi Panggung No.58, Mojolangu, Kec. Lowokwaru, Kota Malang, Jawa Timur 65142, Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh lingkungan kerja , pengawasan kerja dan disiplin kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja, pengawasan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja, dan terdapat pengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan antara lingkungan kerja, pengawasan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan.Kata kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Pengawasan Kerja Disiplin Kerja dan Produktivitas kerja  ABSTRACTRadio Republik Indonesia (RRI) Malang, this company is engaged in broadcasting on Jl. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the work environment, work supervision and work discipline had. This study uses a method with a sampling technique using a saturated sample technique. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan utuk mengetahui Pengaruh Brand Awareness, Brand Associations, Dan Perceived Quality Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Mie Instan Merek Indomie (Studi pada Mahasiswa Universitas Islam Malang). Jenis penelitian ini adalah Kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan probability sampling tipe metode proportionate stratified random sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data yang diperoleh melalui pengisian kuesioner oleh responden. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden serta menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS 16 for Windows.            Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Brand awareness berpengaruh parsial dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian mie instan merek Indomie yang menunjukkan nilai t hitung 3,178 > t tabel 1,984 dengan nilai signifikan 0,002 < 0,05. (2) Brand associations berpengaruh parsial dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian mie instan merek Indomie yang menunjukkan nilai t hitung 2,848 > t tabel 1,984 dengan nilai signifikan 0,005 < 0,05. (3) Perceived quality berpengaruh parsial dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian mie instan merek Indomie yang menunjukkan nilai t hitung 2,577 > t tabel 1,984 dengan nilai signifikan 0,011 < 0,05. (4) Secara simultan, brand awareness, brand associations, dan perceived quality berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian mie instan merek Indomie, hal ini terbukti dengan nilai uji F dengan signifikansi 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 dan, F hitung dengan jumlah 70,452 > F tabel dengan jumlah 2,70. Artinya Brand Awareness, Brand Associations, Dan Perceived Quality berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Mie Instan Merek Indomie (Studi pada Mahasiswa Universitas Islam Malang)Kata kunci : Brand Awareness, Brand Associations, Perceived Quality  , Keputusan Pembelian. ABSTRACT       This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Awareness, Brand Associations, and Perceived Quality on the Purchase Decision of Indomie Brand Instant Noodles (Study on Students of the Islamic University of Malang). This type of research is quantitative. The sampling technique used in this study was probability sampling with the type of proportionate stratified random sampling method. The data used are data obtained through filling out questionnaires by respondents. The number of samples is 100 respondents and using multiple linear regression analysis method. Data processing using SPSS 16 for Windows program.The results of this study indicate that (1) Brand awareness has a partial and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Indomie brand instant noodles which shows a t count value of 3.178 > t table 1.984 with a significant value of 0.002 < 0.05. (2) Brand associations have a partial and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Indomie brand instant noodles which show a t-count value of 2.848 > t-table 1.984 with a significant value of 0.005 <0.05. (3) Perceived quality has a partial and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Indomie brand instant noodles which shows the t-count value of 2.577 > t-table 1.984 with a significant value of 0.011 <0.05. (4) Simultaneously, brand awareness, brand associations, and perceived quality have an effect on purchasing decisions for Indomie brand instant noodles, this is proven by the F test value with a significance of 0.000 less than 0.05 and, F count with a total of 70.452 > F table with a total of 2.70. This means that Brand Awareness, Brand Associations, and Perceived Quality have a significant positive effect on the Indomie Brand Instant Noodle Purchase Decision (Study on Students of the Islamic University of Malang)Keywords: Brand Awareness, Brand Associations, Perceived Quality, Purchase Decision.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dimasa pandemi covid 19 yang ada di sebuah Intansi Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kota Malang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu dengan menggunakan data primer dengan teknik kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan program IBM SPSS 25for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial variabel kepemimpinan berpengaruh sifnifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, hal ini ditujukan dengan hasil taraf signifikasi 0,000 < 0,05 dan perhitungan uji t yaitu tabel (6,683) > (2,052). Variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan hal ini ditunjukan dengan hasil taraf signifikasi 0,000 < 0,05 dan perhitungan uji t tabel (9,405 > 2,052). Variabel kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja menunjukan pengaruh secara silmutan terhadap kinerja karyawan, terbukti dengan hasil uji F diperoleh signifikasi 0,000 < 0,05 dengan Fhitung > Ftabel yaitu 151.348 > 2,58.Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja dan Kinerja KaryawanABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of leadership and work motivation on employee performance during the covid 19 pandemic in an agency ot Malang City Disaster Management Agency. This research method uses quantitative method. The method of data collection is by using primary data with a questionnaire technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the IBM SPSS 25 for windows program. The results of this study indicate that partially the leadership variable has a significant effect on employee performance, this is indicated by the results of a significance level of 0,000 < 0,05 and the t test calculation is table (6,683) > (2,052). The work motivation variable has a partial attect on employee performance, this is indicated by the results of the significance level of 0,000 < 0,05 and the calculation of the t test table (9,405) > (2,052). Leadership and work motivation variables show a simultaneous effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the F test results obtained a significance of 0,000 < 0,05 with F count > F table that is 151,348 > 2,58.Keywords : Leadership, Work Motivation, and Employee Performance

Abstract

The aim of the research was to determine the influence variables of promotion, price and brand awareness on Kaf's Dorayaki online purchasing decisions , both partially and simultaneously. The type of research used is quantitative. The population in this research is consumers who have made online purchases at Kaf's Dorayaki. This research provides results that promotion (X1) has a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decisions (Y) partially, namely t count > t table (3.625 > 2.018) and the significance value is 0.001 < 0.05. The price variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decisions (Y) partially, namely t count > t table (2.780 > 2.018) and the significance value is 0.008 < 0.05. Brand awareness (X3) has a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decisions (Y) partially, namely t count > t table (3.135 > 2.018) and the significance value is 0.003 < 0.05. The F test showed that the three independent variables in this study simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decisions . Based on the R square test, it was found that online purchasing decisions (Y) were influenced 79.7% by the three independent variables and another 20.3% is influenced by other variables

Abstract

The target of this study is to observe the impact soft skills & hard skills on employee performance. This study uses a quantitative method. The data source used is primary data, especially through distributing questionnaires. This study had a population of workers in the manufacturing department of PT. JFE Steel Galvanizing Indonesia. To take samples using saturated sampling a total of 95 respondents. This research provides results that the soft skills variable has an influence but is not significant on employee performance, given the fact that the sig level ( 0.299 > 0.05) and tcount < ttable (1.044 < 1.986). Then, the hard skills variable has a partial impact on employee performance, observed through the sign level (0.000 < 0.05) as well as tcount > ttable (16.422 > 1.986). Through simultaneous test results it can be seen that soft skills & Hard skills have a significant impact on employee performance, through the sign level (0.000 < 0.05) and Fcount > Ftable (186.578 > 3.097).

Abstract

The dominant concern of this year was the running concept of gender. Understanding aperson's gender is strongly influenced by the perception of gender. The higher the valueperception of gender, the more likely the persons were to understand it. Therefore, it wasimportant to measure the student perceptions of gender because the lower the genderperceptions of students, the lower students understanding of gender would be. If thathappened, it could be potentially causing violence danger and gender stigma done bythe students. This research was conducted on 532 students in Malang by distributingquestionnaires of student gender perceptions. The questionnaire was the result of thegender perception indicator development covering education, marriage and employment.The results showed that the average score of the respondents' perceptions of genderwas 8.31. This value indicated that the number was quite low because it should be themaximum number, that was 13. This indicated that the average score of students’ genderperceptions was about 63.92%.
