Abstract

Abstract. Balanced nutrition is a daily diet that contains nutrients in the type and amount according to the body's needs, namely gender, age and health status. Assessment of a person's nutrition is usually known as nutritional status. The success of a country to develop human resources is highly dependent on the nutritional status of its people. One of the factors that affect a person's nutritional status is people's knowledge of nutrition. One's knowledge can be seen from the level of education. This study aims to see whether there is an effect of the level of mother's education on the nutritional status of students who attend SMK Kesehatan Bina Sehat Nusantara Kabuapaten Bone. This research was conducted with analytical research method with a cross sectional approach. The research subjects were 33 students. Subjects who meet the criteria and are willing to take part in this study will fill out a questionnaire and their nutritional status will be measured through BMI (Body Mass Index). Furthermore, the data will be analyzed using Chi square analysis in the SPSS program. From the chi square analysis, it was found that there was no relationship between maternal education and the nutritional status of students at SMK Bina Sehat Nusantara, Kabupaten Bone. Abstrak. Gizi seimbang adalah susunan makanan sehari-hari yang mengandung zat gizi dalam jenis dan jumlah yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan tubuh yaitu jenis kelamin, umur dan status kesehatan. Penilaian terhadap gizi seseorang biasanya dikenal dengan status gizi. Keberhasilan suatu negara untuk mengembangkan sumber daya manusia sangat bergantung pada status gizi masyarakatnya. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi status gizi seseorang adalah pengetahuan orang tentang gizi. Pengetahuan seseorang salahsatunta dapat dilihat dari tingkat pendidikanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah ada pengaruh tingkat penidikan ibu dengan ststus gizi siswa yang bersekolah di SMK Kesehatan Bina Sehat Nusantara Bone. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Subjek penelitian adalah pelajar sebanyak 33 orang. Subjek yang memenuhi kriteria dan bersedia mengikuti penelitian ini akan mengisi kuesioner dan akan di ukur status gizinya melalui IMT ( Indeks Massa Tubuh ). Selanjutnya data akan dianalisa menggunakan analisa Chi squere dalam program SPSS. Dari analisa chi squere, didapati tidak ada hubungan antara pendidikan ibu dengan status gizi siswa di SMK Bina Sehat Nusantara Kabupaten Bone.

Abstract

Corona virus disease (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus which causes symptoms of fever, cough and diarrhea, thereby lowering the body's immunity. One way to improve the human immune system is to consume vitamin C. Vitamin C as an antioxidant that can improve the immune system in humans. This study aims to analyze the content of vitamin C in packaged drinks, namely, Hemaviton C1000 and Fanta Orange flavor. This research method is a qualitative test by looking at the color changes that occur using Benedict's reagent and AgNO3 powder. The results of the qualitative test of vitamin C in packaged C drinks, namely Hemaviton C1000 and Fanta with Orange flavor using Benedict's reagent and AgNO3 powder, respectively, were brick red precipitate and black precipitate which indicated the presence of vitamin C.

Abstract

Abstract. Enzymes that influence the inflammatory process are cyclooxygenase enzymes that function in forming a prostaglandin to form inflammation. The xanthorrhizol compound has anti-inflammatory effect, so the xanthorrhizol docking research was carried out on the cycloocxigenase enzyme to determine the interaction of xanthorrhizol compounds derived from ginger rhizome (Curcuma xanthorriza). The analysis of these compounds used bioinformatics with several software namely PyMOL v.7.4.5, PyRx 0.8, and Avogadro. This software helps to visualize the compound and see the potential inhibitor of the compound against the cyclooxygenase enzyme. The docking of the xanthorrhizol ligand obtained the -7.4 binding affinity which showed it could interact with the active site of the cyclooxygenase enzyme target protein.. Abstrak. Enzim yang berpengaruh dalam proses inflamasi yaitu enzim cyclooxygenase yang berfungsi dalam membentuk sebua prostaglandin untuk membenntuk inflamasi. Senyawa xanthorrhizol mempunyai efek antiinflamasi, sehingga dilakukan penelitian docking xanthorrhizol terhadap enzim cycloocxigenase untuk mengetahui interaksi senyawa xanthorrhizol yang berasal dari tanaman temulawak (Curcuma xanthorriza) analisis senyawa tersebut menggunakan bioinformatika dengan beberapa soft ware yaitu PyMOL v.7.4.5, PyRx 0.8, dan Avogadro. Softwere ini membantu untuk memvisualisasi senyawa dan melihat potensi inhibitor senyawa terhadap enzim cyclooxigenase. Hasil docking dari ligan xanthorrhizol memproleh binding affinity -7,4 yang menunjukkan dapat berinteraksi dengan sisi aktif protein target enzim ciclooxigenase

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : Menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan VCT pada ibu hamil peserta ANC di UPT Puskesmas Taretta Kabupaten Bone. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi observasional dengan desain studi potong lintang (cross sectional study). Lokasi dalam penelitian ini adalah di UPT Puskesmas Taretta Kabupaten Bone Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan mulai bulan November Sampai dengan bulan Desember 2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh sasaran ibu hamil yang berada di wilayah kerja UPT Puskesmas Taretta Kabupaten Bone Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan yaitu sebesar 3.609 ibu hamil. Responden penelitian adalah ibu hamil sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi di Puskesmas penyedia layanan VCT periode bulan November – Desember 2020. Dari 3609 sasaran ibu hamil dipilih 230 sampel secara proportionate stratified random sampling. Populasi dikelompokkan berdasarkan proporsi sasaran pada UPT Puskesmas Taretta Kabupaten Bone

Abstract

animals with a proportion of about 30% of the total protein in the body as a whole. Fish bones and scales can be used as an alternative source of collagen to replace collagen from land animals such as cattle or pigs due to concerns over issues of Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (BSE), swine flu and halal issues. The main objective of this study was to isolate collagen and determine the amount of collagen obtained from skipjack and tilapia fish bones. The research was conducted in four stages, namely deproteinization, extraction and freeze drier with proximate analysis. The results show until dry collagen is obtained. The results showed that the collagen obtained from skipjack fish bones was 18.82 and the collagen from tilapia bones was 16.21%. Abstrak. Kolagen merupakan salah satu jenis protein yang banyak terkandung dalam tubuh hewan dengan proporsi sekitar 30% dari total protein dalam tubuh secara keseluruhan. Tulang dan sisik ikan dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai sumber kolagen alternatif untuk menggantikan kolagen dari hewan darat seperti sapi atau babi terkait dengan kekhawatiran isu penyakit Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (BSE), flu babi serta kehalalan. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengisolasi kolagen dan mengetahui jumlah kolagen yang diperoleh dari tulang ikan cakalang dan tulang ikan Nila. Penelitian dilakukan dalam empat tahap, yaitu deproteinisasi, ekstraksi dan freeze drier dengan analisis proksimat. Hasil menunjukkan hingga diperoleh kolagen kering. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kolagen yang dapat dari tulang ikan cakalang 18,82 dan kolagen tulang ikan nila adalah 16,21%.

Abstract

Currently, various types of drinks have been packaged in instant form to make it easier for consumers to enjoy various flavors of drinks. Packaged sweetened drinks are a type of drink that is dense in calories and high in sugar but low in nutrition. This research aims to see the influence of the habit of consuming packaged drinks in class X students of Bina Sehat Vocational School. This research is qualitative in nature with data collection using a questionnaire distributed to students. The results showed that the habit of consuming packaged beverages in class X students of Bina Sehat Vocational School was included in the rare category with an average body weight of 45.5 kg which was included in normal nutritional status.

Abstract

Abstract. Antibiotics are a way to overcome the problem of disease in fighting infections caused by bacteria and are needed by humans in relation to the world of health. However, in the past year, many antibiotics spread have fewer effective results on human health. The objective of this research is to find the bioactivity of potential compounds from the Myristica fragrans plant which is thought to be able to be used as an antibacterial. Reverse docking study was performed using PyMOL software v1.7.4.5 (Schrodinger), PyRx 0.8 software, and SwissAdme Prediction. The results of this research indicate that the natural compound myristicin from the plant Myristica fragrans has the potential as an anti-bacterial drug with an affinity binding value of -5.2 only but is still low, compared with synthetic compound ampicillin which has an affinity binding value of -6.7. Abstrak. Antibiotik merupakan salah satu cara untuk mengatasi permasalahan penyakit dalam melawan infeksi yang disebabkan oleh bakteri dan sangat dibutuhkan oleh manusia dalam kaitannya dengan dunia kesehatan. Namun, dalam satu tahun terakhir, banyaknya penyebaran antibiotik memberikan dampak yang kurang efektif terhadap kesehatan manusia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bioaktivitas senyawa potensial dari tanaman Myristica fragrans yang diduga dapat digunakan sebagai antibakteri. Abstract

Natural tourism areas are places that prioritize the potential of natural resources as tourism objects, both in their natural state and after cultivation efforts. However, apart from its aesthetic and economic benefits, tourist areas also have several problems, one of the problems is an environmental problem. One of the famous natural attractions in the South Sulawesi area is the protection and management of the Puntondo environment. The aim of this community service activity is that through outreach and training activities it is hoped that it will be able to increase the knowledge and skills of the community, both peoples who living in the PPLH Puntondo area and around the PPLH Puntondo area regarding processing organic waste or food waste into compost. The activity began with a presentation through socialization of material about organic waste and compost fertilizer in general, then continued with a short simulation and introduction to tools and materials for making compost fertilizer from organic waste. The compost making process is carried out in a 20 L composter using EM-4 bioactivator. The results obtained from this community service activity are an increase in the knowledge and skills of the community in the Puntondo PPLH area regarding processing organic waste into compost.

Abstract

Early Childhood is a period when children will be more sensitive to receive various stimuli given. Every child born must have potential, therefore, from a young age they must be given a stimulus for all potential intelligence of children both physically and mentally. Introduction to plants through gardening activities for early childhood is used as one of the lessons to stimulate children's development because plants are learning media that are very easy to find in the surrounding environment making it easier for children to interact directly with the surrounding environment. This will make it easier for children to recognize and understand the importance of plants in everyday life and also stimulate children's thinking skills. This service was carried out at TK Tenriapakkua. Media soil in pots can also be used for gardening activities on land that is not large. The methods used in community service are socialization and demonstration methods. High enthusiasm was shown by students when gardening and being able to distinguish the parts of plants.
