Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi pada rendahnya hasil belajar yang dicapai peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Fiqih pokok bahasan manfaat zakat, infak dan sedekah. Implementasi model pembelajaran yang digunakan dirasa kurang membuat peserta didik berperan aktif dalam proses pembelajaran, sehingga diperlukan variasi dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran yang lain. Perumusan masalah yang akan diteliti yakni peningkatan kerjasama, keaktifan, dan hasil belajar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Hasil penelitian model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe snowball throwing dapat meningkatkan kerjasama, keaktifan, dan hasil belajar. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan Presentase kerjasama dari 81,7% meningkat menjadi 95%. Peningkatan keaktifan dari prosentase 80% meningkat menjadi 90%. Peningkatan nilai rata-rata hasil pre test 62 meningkat pada siklus I menjadi 77,69 dan siklus II menjadi 83,1. Berdasarkan paparan data yang telah diuraikan, penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe snowball throwing dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar mata pelajaran Fiqih peserta didik kelas IV MI Al-Ghozali Panjerejo Rejotangan Tulungagung.

Abstract

Consuming halal food is obligatory for every Muslim. Not only food and drinks are required but also cosmetics. Every country, especially one with a Muslim population, is expected to ensure that the goods to be used are halal-certified. The purpose of implementing a halal certificate is to provide clarity on its halal status, which can then convince consumers to buy it. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of halal labeling, brand image, online customer reviews, celebrity endorsements and perceived advertising value on the decision to purchase halal-certified cosmetic products. This research was conducted on generation Z in Rembang Regency who had bought or used halal-certified cosmetic products. This research uses a quantitative approach with a correlation research approach, where correlation research is used to measure whether one or more variables have a relationship. The sample of this research was selected as many as 100 people using purposive sampling method through a questionnaire using the SPSS application. The data analysis techniques used are: descriptive analysis, instrument testing, traditional assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. The findings show that the purchase of halal-certified cosmetic products is significantly influenced by halal labeling, brand image, online customer evaluation, celebrity endorser, and perceived advertising value.

Abstract

Because information technology has changed so much over time, more and more innovations have been made to make existing technologies more understandable and more up-to-date. for example, in economics, business, entertainment, and other related fields. It is hoped that all members of society can participate in developing science and technology. Almost all types of businesses to date have used a computerized system. The computerized system is made to provide the best service because efforts to increase finances and satisfying services, especially for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are urgently needed. This business must present a system that can facilitate seller sales and improve customer service because the system used in this sales effort is still manual. As a result, this activity resulted in the creation of a web-based information system that makes it easier for Childs Aquatic Store customers to view product information and make purchases of these products online.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kedisiplinan diri dalam membentuk pendidikan karakter remaja dari perspektif Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif naratif, dengan metode purposeful sampling dalam menentukan subjek yang melibatkan tiga siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik Miles dan Huberman. Hasil Penelitian di MA Sa’id Yusuf menunjukkan bahwa kedisiplinan diri siswa berperan penting dalam pembentukan karakter dan ketaatan terhadap aturan sekolah. Sebagian siswa telah menerapkan disiplin diri, namun masih terdapat perilaku tidak disiplin seperti terlambat, tidur di kelas, dan tidak menyelesaikan tugas. Guru dan keluarga memegang peran strategis dalam menanamkan kedisiplinan melalui teguran, pembinaan, dan kerja sama. Sekolah diharapkan menetapkan aturan yang jelas, sanksi tegas, dan pembinaan berkelanjutan. Pendidikan karakter berbasis Islam diterapkan secara sistematis melalui pendekatan pengetahuan, pelaksanaan, dan pembiasaan untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai kedisiplinan, tanggung jawab, kejujuran, dan religiusitas. Dukungan guru sebagai teladan dan lingkungan kondusif menjadi kunci keberhasilan program ini.

Abstract

This study aims to reinterpret the concept of jihad within Islamic law in order to clarify its comprehensive meaning and address widespread misconceptions that equate jihad solely with physical violence or warfare. The research employs a qualitative library research design using a normative-theological approach. Primary data are derived from the Qur’an and Hadith, while secondary data consist of classical and contemporary Islamic legal texts, scholarly books, and peer-reviewed journal articles relevant to the discourse on jihad. Data were collected through systematic documentation and analyzed using descriptive-analytical methods to examine the textual foundations, classifications, and objectives of jihad in Islamic jurisprudence. The findings reveal that jihad in Islamic law encompasses multidimensional forms of struggle, including spiritual self-discipline, intellectual and moral efforts, da‘wah, patience, and social responsibility, while armed struggle (qitāl) is limited to specific defensive contexts under strict ethical and legal regulations. This study argues that reducing jihad to warfare reflects a contextual and interpretative distortion rather than the normative teachings of Islam. The novelty of this research lies in its emphasis on jihad as an ethical framework of struggle rooted in justice, humanity, and the preservation of social harmony, rather than as a symbol of violence. The implications of this study are significant for Islamic education, as it provides a balanced and contextual understanding of jihad that can be integrated into curricula to counter radical interpretations and promote peaceful coexistence. This research is expected to serve as a reference for future studies on Islamic legal concepts and their contemporary applications.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the urgency, principles, and application of fiqh al-aqalliyyāt (fiqh of Muslim minorities) within multicultural societies, particularly in maintaining harmonious interfaith relations. The research employs a qualitative library-based research design by analyzing classical and contemporary Islamic legal sources, scholarly opinions, fatwas, and relevant literature to understand how Islamic law responds to the challenges faced by Muslims living as minorities in non-Muslim-majority countries. Data were collected through systematic document analysis of fiqh texts, the maqāṣid al-sharīʿah framework, and contemporary fatwa institutions such as the European Council for Fatwa and Research. The findings indicate that fiqh al-aqalliyyāt functions as a contextual and adaptive legal framework that emphasizes the principles of facilitation (taysīr), removal of hardship (rafʿ al-ḥaraj), public interest (maṣlaḥah), and consideration of legal consequences (maʾālāt). This approach enables Muslim minorities to fulfill their religious obligations while engaging constructively within diverse social, cultural, political, and religious environments. The study further reveals that the novelty of fiqh al-aqalliyyāt lies in its integrative methodology, which combines classical juristic principles with contemporary social realities, thereby offering practical solutions to issues such as interfaith greetings, religious practices, economic transactions, and political participation. The implications of this research underscore the importance of fiqh al-aqalliyyāt as a reference for the development of Islamic law, the strengthening of interfaith harmony, and educational discourse on Islam in multicultural contexts, contributing to a more inclusive and context-sensitive understanding of Islam in the modern era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang sistem pendidikan Islam di Andalusia serta peranan pemerintah dan ulama dalam membangun peradaban Islam dan memberikan kontribusi besar terhadap kemajuan Eropa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif berbasis studi kepustakaan dengan menganalisis sumber-sumber primer dan sekunder yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pendidikan Islam di Andalusia berlandaskan pada nilai nilai tauhid keterbukaan dan keadilan yang melahirkan kurikulum integratif antara ilmu agama dan ilmu umum. Pemerintah melalui khalifah seperti Abdurrahman III dan Hakam II memberikan dukungan penuh terhadap perkembangan ilmu dengan membangun lembaga pendidikan universitas perpustakaan serta mendorong kebebasan berpikir. Para ulama berperan sebagai penggerak intelektual yang memperkaya khazanah keilmuan Islam Andalusia berhasil melahirkan banyak ilmuwan besar dan menjadi pusat ilmu pengetahuan dunia. Pengaruhnya meluas ke Eropa melalui proses penerjemahan karya ilmiah yang kemudian mendorong lahirnya Renaissance dan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan modern.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dinamika dakwah dalam kehidupan sosial masyarakat Lontar Baru, khususnya pada komunitas RT 03/RW 07, melalui pendekatan perspektif antropologi dakwah. Fokus penelitian diarahkan pada bagaimana praktik dakwah dipahami, diterima, serta diinternalisasi dalam konteks budaya lokal yang memengaruhi perilaku keagamaan masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif, melibatkan observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, serta dokumentasi kegiatan keagamaan yang berlangsung di lingkungan tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses dakwah tidak hanya dipersepsikan sebagai aktivitas penyampaian pesan keagamaan, tetapi juga sebagai bentuk interaksi sosial yang erat dengan nilai-nilai budaya setempat. Adanya tokoh agama lokal berperan signifikan dalam membangun kepercayaan, memperkuat kohesi sosial, serta menjadi mediator antara ajaran Islam dan praktik budaya yang masih dilestarikan oleh masyarakat. Selain itu, dakwah yang dilakukan secara personal dan komunal terbukti lebih efektif dibandingkan pendekatan formalistik, karena dianggap lebih selaras dengan kebutuhan dan realitas kehidupan warga. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa dakwah dalam perspektif antropologi pada masyarakat Lontar Baru merupakan proses kultural yang adaptif, dialogis, dan bertumpu pada harmoni antara nilai keagamaan dan tradisi lokal. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan strategi dakwah yang lebih kontekstual dan humanis pada masyarakat multikultural.
