Abstract

Pendidikan berperan penting dalam kehidupan manusia untuk meningkatkan mutu dan taraf hidup masyarakat, menumbuhkan kesadaran berpikir praktis dan kritis dalam memecahkan masalah. Untuk menciptakan kondisi tersebut, matematika yang merupakan satu dari beberapa ilmu dasar yang kita pelajari mulai jenjang dasar sampai perguruan tinggi berperan dalam hal tersebut untuk menumbuhkan pola pikir praktis, mampu memecahkan masalah secara kritis, dan menunjang pemahaman studi-studi lain. Dalam prosesnya, terlepas dari berbagai revolusi pendidikan yang terjadi, matematika masih menjadi pelajaran yang ditakuti oleh siswa dan sering dianggap sukar. Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan analisis dan informasi tentang problem atau masalah pelaksanaan merdeka belajar dalan pembelajaran matematika. Metode kajian pustaka (literature review) digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu melalui serangkaian pengumpulan data dari berbagai sumber seperti jurnal, buku, artikel ilmiah, dan sebagainya untuk menginformasikan atau menggambarkan suatu kejadian atau peristiwa yang terjadi. Berdasarkan berbagai data dan informasi yang peneliti telah peroleh melalui penelitian ini, maka peneliti dapat menyimpulkan bahwa dalam pembelajaran matematika perlu adanya kreatifitas dari guru dan penggunaan teknik serta metode yang tepat di mana dalam hal ini munculnya program Merdeka Belajar dapat membantu menciptakan pembelajaran khususnya pembelajaran matematika yang efektif.

Abstract

The learning process should be an active activity for students to build their understanding. Even so, there are still many students who look bored and lack enthusiasm. The effort that needs to be done by the teacher is by giving rewards and ice breaker. This study aims to determine the impact of giving rewards and ice breakers on the learning process at SDN 04 Karangtengah, Cibadak District, Sukabumi Regency. This study used a type of qualitative research where the subjects in this study were teachers and fourth grade students. Data collection was carried out by observation and interview techniques with research instruments in the form of observation sheets and interview sheets. The results showed that the provision of rewards and ice breakers had a very good impact on the learning process in class IV SDN 04 Karangtengah. Thus it can be concluded that giving rewards and ice breakers is able to arouse student learning motivation so that it also has an impact on cognitive learning outcomes. Giving rewards and ice breakers can bring out the enthusiasm of students in learning, learning becomes more competitive, collaborative, and varied so that students return to concentrate and actively participate in learning.

Abstract

This research is based on the mathematics learning outcomes of elementary school students which are still low in terms of student learning outcomes. The current study reveals that as many as 66.67% of students have not been able to achieve the minimum requirements, especially in the section of geometry; reflecting a need to improve mathematics learning outcomes. This gap in learning outcome is due to the fact that a majority of students tended to be passive during learning. The STAD learning model is a learning model that emphasizes student activities and interactions for learning mathematics in the classroom. The research design used in this study is a one group pretest posttest design. The sampling method used in the study was purposive sampling from a class of thirty elementary school students with issues related to mathematical abilities. Data collection techniques consist of primary sources in the form of tests, interviews, and observations, while secondary sources include documentation and literature studies. The data analysis technique used is the t-test (or using the Wilcoxon test if the data is not normally distributed), and the Gain Test. The results showed that there is a positive influence of STAD model on learning outcomes.

Abstract

This service aims to help trauma recovery after the Cianjur earthquake, precisely in Cibulakan Village, Cugenang District, Cianjur Regency. In this activity, children become the focus of devotion because they are considered the most vulnerable victims. They lose the environment that should be a daily life to grow and develop, so this underlies the importance of this devotion so that these children can still live their lives as before. The service is carried out by carrying out psychological handling efforts in the form of trauma healing through psychosocial activities based on local culture based on the results of initial observations that have been carried out previously supported by information that shows that children in the village like games, especially traditional games. The result of this devotion is that the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the children grow again and their joy in living daily life begins to return to normal, even though previously they were faced with very stressful circumstances and even destroyed their mentality.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam lapisan masyarakat demi terciptanya masa depan bangsa. Pengabdian dengan judul “Penerapan Ilmu Pengetahuan Melalui Pendidikan di SDN 02 CIPEUNDEUY Dengan Metode Pengajaran Interaktif” dilakukan karena mempertimbangkan beberapa masalah yang ada di sekolah tersebut. Pertama, masalah yang kami temui yaitu jumlah murid 215 dari kelas 1 - 6 dengan jumlah guru 6 orang ini sangat kurang. Kedua, pendidikan disini masih tertinggal dengan adanya beberapa murid kelas 3 keatas belum bisa membaca dan menulis. Ketiga, fasilitas kebersihan sekolah yang masih kurang. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan metode mengajar interaktif maka dari itu yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan ini yaitu terbantunya tenaga pengajar, satu langkah lebih maju dengan mengenalkan positif dan negatif teknologi kepada murid, dan juga memberikan fasilitas kebersihan yang baru.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the need for more media use in mathematics learning. One of the impacts of the lack of media on learning mathematics is learning outcomes that could be more optimal. The media that can be used is technology, namely learning media based on the Quizziz application. The population of this study was students of SDN Dewi Sartika CBM, with the sample used being class 5 A of 35 people. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique. This study aims to determine how using the Quizziz application in learning mathematics affects student learning outcomes. The data collection techniques used were interviews, tests, and questionnaires. The data analysis tests carried out in this study were the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, T-test, and N-Gain Test. The results of the data analysis showed that the data values were normally distributed with an average Pre-Test score of 31.74 in the less category and an average Post-Test score of 66.37 in the less category. The results of the analysis of data testing through SPSS can be seen in the Coefficients value obtained by sig. 0.000. It turns out that the value of sig. 0.000 < 0.05. It means that H0 is rejected. This shows that using the Quizizz application in learning mathematics affects student learning outcomes at SDN Dewi Sartika CBM, Sukabumi City. The N-Gain test results show that the mean value is 50.30% in the less effective category.

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, era globalisasi berdampak besar terhadap kehidupan kita sehari-hari, termasuk memengaruhi nilai-nilai budaya lokal yang jika tidak terus dijaga akan tergerus habis oleh perkembangan zaman yang cepat. Maka peneliti bertujuan untuk mengkaji etnosains budaya Sunda yang dikaitkan pada pembelajaran IPA di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, yaitu penelitian sosial budaya, dengan pendekatan etnografi dan mencakup seluruh kajian kemanusiaan yang kompleks, kajian interpersonal, kajian sosial budaya. Teknik pengambilan data melalui wawancara dengan guru kelas 4 dan observasi pada pembelajaran IPA di kelas 4 SDN Cisaat untuk mengetahui kajian-kajian etnosains khususnya budaya Sunda pada pembelajaran IPA yang sudah diterapkan pada sekolah dasar. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini berdasarkan data-data yang sudah peneliti kumpulkan menunjukkan bahwa melalui penerapan etnosains terhadap pembelajaran IPA mampu menciptakan hasil pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan lebih ampuh, dikarenakan pada etnosains ini pembelajaran sains dasar akan dihubungkan atau dikaitkan secara langsung dengan berbagai kegiatan-kegiatan peserta didik sehari-hari atau yang sering dia temukan secara langsung.

Abstract

The challenge of improving literacy and numeracy is still a major focus in many countries, including Indonesia. Based on the Program for International Student Assessment (PISA) in 2022, the results of the evaluation of the literacy and numeracy skills of students in Indonesia again showed a disappointing ranking. This is in line with the problems found at the community service location, namely low student interest in reading. So this research has a goal as a community service effort to improve and optimize students' literacy and numeracy skills through a fun learning approach. This community service activity was carried out at SDN Gunung Sunda which is located in Cikakak District, Sukabumi Regency, West Java. The community service methods used are observation, lecture, and training methods. The results obtained in this study are students are more fond of reading and motivated in terms of literacy and numeracy by using a fun learning approach.

This paper discusses the influence of giving rewards and icebreakers on the learning process at SDN 04 Karangtengah in Cibadak Sukabumi. This paper used qualitative research with teachers and fourth-grade students as the research subjects. Data collection was carried out through observation and interview techniques with research instruments in the form of observation and interview sheets. The results indicate that giving rewards and icebreakers had a significant influence on the learning process for four-grade students at SDN 04 Karangtengah. Thus, giving rewards and icebreakers are able to arouse students’ learning motivation and it also has an impact on students’ cognitive learning outcomes. Giving rewards and icebreakers can produce students’ enthusiasm for learning. Learning also becomes more competitive, collaborative, and varied so that students return to concentrate and actively participate in learning.

Abstract

Program revitalisasi Taman Baca Masyarakat (TBM) di Desa Langensari dilaksanakan oleh mahasiswa KKN Universitas Nusa Putra dengan tujuan menghidupkan kembali fungsi TBM sebagai pusat literasi dan sarana menumbuhkan minat baca anak-anak. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, serta praktik langsung berupa perbaikan fisik bangunan, penataan buku, pembersihan ruangan, dan penyelenggaraan kegiatan literasi seperti bimbingan belajar, kelas Bahasa Inggris, dan prakarya ecoprint. Hasilnya, TBM kembali tertata rapi, bersih, dan menarik sehingga anak-anak lebih bersemangat untuk berkunjung dan mengikuti aktivitas. Selain itu, program literasi kreatif memberikan pengalaman baru yang meningkatkan kemampuan dasar, kreativitas, serta menumbuhkan kebiasaan membaca. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini berhasil menghidupkan kembali peran TBM dan memberikan dampak positif bagi perkembangan literasi generasi muda di Desa Langensari.
